Ive had a lot of bad experiences in the past from other places in the springs, but the people here are amazing!!!They are very understanding and kind, and they helped me so much. I cant recommend going here more if youre looking to find a great place for you and your family. Its nice, quiet, and relaxed.Your going to be happy here, I guarantee it.

Dr Pickett, and his whole staff are incredible!The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Everything was on time and extremely professionally run office. They all communicate between them before & during your visit.They are very informative of the whole treatment before, during & after. Not to mention how honest, straight forward, friendly and helpful they are. My whole family goes there, and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else. I went in after I had a terrible experience at another dental practice and Dr. Pickett and Savannah assured me they would make this the best experience as possible and they did. I ended up recommending my Dad to them and they treated him so good he told me it was “the best trip to the dentist ever!”They even got him in for an emergency chipped tooth quickly and the process was super smooth.Thank you for the good experience. What can I say? North Powers Modern Dentistry is a great practice, especially since they have Dr. King as a part of their Team. Dr. King is easy to talk to and his ability to make you feel at ease is like pure magic; especially when it comes to my issues. The Dental Assistants are wonderful as well, I don’t want to leave them out here! They are professional and fast on their toes. I have quite a bit of dental work in my future, and I’m so thankful that Dr. King and the Team have my back!

My daughter was seen back in May of 2021 for some Orthodontist work. I made payments in advanced before any dental work could be done. In June we received military orders and we had to move. The dental office looked at my options on possibly transferring treatment, or cancelling plan. I couldnt transfer her orthodontist treatment and had to cancel. I have been waiting for my refund sine June. I call the office at least one or twice a month to check the status on the refund. I was told that the refund could take up to 6 weeks and that it has been sent (Understandable). I asked for a tracking number or a check number and they dont have that information. It is September 18th and I continue to call regarding this issue. I spoke to Erin the manager and once again they are reaching out to the their corporate office regarding the check that was sent out.

This place is amazing, Ive never had a better dentist/ dental care team. All of the staff are excellent. I have dental anxiety and a needle phobia and was treated with kindness, dignity, and respect through every step of my examinations, cleanings, and fillings. Shout out to Dr.Strong and Carolina you guys rock!

This place used to be really good but lately you end up waiting for HOURS (literally) when you show up on time, even early, for your appointment. They spent less than 10 minutes doing a cleaning for my daughter and then left her in the chair for over an hour for who knows what reason. Her appointment was at 1:30. She texted me at 2:15 to let me know I needed to babysit for longer because they hadn’t even started. At 4 PM I had to call the office to see if everything was okay because my daughter was still in the chair. When the dentist actually came in to see her, she was in there for less than 5 minutes. I pay good money for my dental insurance and while I understand that they’re busy, don’t schedule appointments if you don’t have time to provide service. The last three times we have been in, we waited for a minimum of 45 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. One time, it happens. Two times, I still understand - everyone is busy. A third time in a row - no. Either hire more staff or schedule fewer appointments.

I spent a total of about 8 hours in the Dental Chair over a 2 day period, I never felt uncomfortable, never in any pain, Dr. Pickett and the team are outstanding to say the least. I have been to many dentist in my years, and by far North Powers Modern Dentistry is the best. If you are looking for professional treatment by a very professional staff, North Powers Modern Dientistry is the place.

Dr. Tran made my experience as pleasant as possible! He and Zach completed my root canal right in exactly the time they said they would (despite my wonky roots), and I didnt feel a thing. The assistants and front desk also explained everything thoroughly before the procedure, so there were no surprises, financial or otherwise.

Dr. Pickett is the best!! I had to have a tooth extracted in preparation for an implant. He was so extremely gentle with me. He also handled my dental anxiety perfectly. I have extreme dental anxiety and started to have an anxiety attack during the extraction. He walked me through the attack with caring and expertise. I recovered and he continued the procedure and I was just fine. I am so grateful for his patience with me. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Pickett.Their office is Modern and they utilize new technology. Crowns in 2 hours ....crazy, but true at their office! They have an amazing office utilizing all the best equipment and protocols but at an affordable price. You get the best bang for your buck at North Powers Modern Dentisty. The staff is exceptional and I wont go anywhere else!

Emi my dental assistant was awesome, she was so sweet and laid back. And Dr. Thomas was amazing as well. Both of them did so great! Best dental visit Ive ever been to! My daughter and I Have been going to this dentist group for about 4 years and just left recently. Over the years, the staff have been friendly enough and always have helpful recommendations. The down side was that staff churn seemed to be higher than expected as the office always had new front office people and new hygienists, which stinks when you really like a hygienist. There have been a handful of times where wait time inside the office have been extremely high like waiting 2 hours for a cleaning. The last straw was when I saw the owner doctor and he shamed me for not going to the dentist DURING A PANDEMIC. And wouldn’t stop, and if he had looked he would have seen I go religiously to the office for a cleaning every 6 months for the past several years. You can tell the hygienist was uncomfortable as she was being extra nice after his rant. It’s too bad they have that owner, I would have put up with the quirks otherwise. Just don’t use the owner as you dentist and you’ll probably have a good experience.

This place was amazing. After my last office went psycho on me I felt very welcomed and at home here.

We had an appointment at 2:00 pm and didnt get called back till 3:20 pm. Front desk never communicated to us that they were running behind. I have had to wait 30 minutes before but never over an hour.

This place is top-notch! They answer your questions quickly, and pleasantly, coupled with having a clean environment and people who care makes going to the dentist much more relaxing. Even my son doesn’t mind going for his orthodontics as they are ever vigilant in making sure he is comfortable. Making an effort to explain everything in advance helps his anxiety and makes him feel more in control.

Mary is the BEST hygienist! I have had a lot of problems in the past, but since going to her, there is no pain and no stress. I also see Dr. Strong and Dr. Ferguson, and they are amazing!! Everyone in the office is very professional and always thoroughly address my questions. Ill never go anywhere else. It is such a relief not to fear or have to brace myself for dental visits, and my smile has turned out amazing as a result of their expert care!I cant say enough about this practice!!! I highly recommend giving them a try!

I have been going to dentists for almost sixty years. This group of professionals are by far the best I have ever experienced. They made every attempt to keep me pain free while doing an amazing job on a dental procedure. Finally, they spent time at the end of my appointment educating me on proper oral hygiene. This is the first time that I can say I will be happy to go back to the dentist.

This place is amazing! My fiance had to get a procedure done and the staff was so welcoming and polite. They also were very generous...they brought her a shake (strawberry) so she could have afterwards. I have never been anywhere that has that much customer care.Definitely recommend!

If you want to be treated by the best dental hygienist please ask for Kayla at North Powers Modern Dentistry. She does a very thorough job of the cleaning and teaches her patients on proper maintenance. Ive already noticed an improvement in my overall gym treatments.

I changed my review after I spoke to Dr Pickett and another dentist about the situation.I was told by my next dentist that would be putting in implants for two teeth that Dr Pickett removed, that Dr Pickets bone graft was an amazing job.Dr Pickett was only able to extract my teeth but because of my gag reflex, was not able to perform the implants.Dr Pickett gave me a ballpark figure of the cost and grossly understated that total cost.After searching, I found another practice to perform the implant portion but the price for the total procedure is 3x the ballpark figure originally figured by Dr Pickett. Even his fee for just the extraction cost even more than the ballpark figure that was expected for the entire process.So my rating is mostly based on his incredible bone graft job but poor cost estimate.His assistant, Melissa is amazing.The front office staff was ok and friendly but off point for resolution on calls and having someone greeting customers at the door (no one at the desk for over 20 minutes).

My original doctor was ZZZ replaced by Dr.Pickett, the first encounter occurred that day while I checked in for my appt and he comes strolling in from lunch 20 min after the appt. so Im waiting for someone to leisurely finish their lunch. I paid for my procedure upfront in cash so I had a post op appt. and I voiced my concerns about how disappointed I was and he offered me a reline and I asked begrudgingly how much is that gonna cost me? He replied, its free. So Im thinking that was nice of him to do that, well come to find out that the reline was part of the procedure and it was already paid for and he was well aware that he was lying because he is the owner I guess but he told me he was so I thought I had the best doctor of all. I called on 6/17/21 to make an appointment to correct my il fitting dental work and the sub standard materials or lack of care because the wire has begun to come through the thinly made partial and literally slicing my gum. So they made an appointment for the next day but called me back and asked could I come in immediately because there was an opening, I left work and got there in about 30min only to sit there for almost 45minutes and not be seen.I dont think Dr. Pickett gives a damn about patients only the $$$.

Been going here for years, even though I moved across town I continue to go to North Powers Modern Dentistry because the service is excellent!

DO NOT go to North Powers Modern Dentistry off Stetson Hills/Powers. They are scam artists!! Ive never had issues with my teeth; never even had a cavity in my life. The dentist told me last week that I needed a deep cleaning and if I didnt get it done immediately, I would have to see a surgeon for my gums because it would get so bad to the point where he couldnt help (scare tactic). My cost for this procedure after insurance coverage- $700! The total amount was about $2,000. I knew this sounded bogus so I went to another dentist today for a second opinion. That dentist couldnt believe that my dentist told me that! She said my teeth were perfect and that nothing was wrong with them. She measured my gums to fact check him and guess what, he flat out lied!!! The gums he claimed were a 5 were actually 2s or 3s. This same dentist did the same thing to my mom.... telling her she needed to have all this work done, but when she moved to another state, the dentist there told her that wasnt true! I repeat, DO NOT go there. Plus, this other dentist told me that even if I did need to get this done, he overcharged by $400 and added on a bunch of fake charges that they didnt even know what the codes were for. I wonder how much he already scammed us out of with my husbands teeth... 😠 😡 On top of that, during my cleaning my teeth were only polished/flossed. I didnt even receive the full normal cleaning, no scraper used at all. I also waited an hour+ after thecleaning for the dentist to check everything over. I almost walked out and that happened the last time as well.

I received a call about my appointment on a Sunday night that was scheduled for a 0700 Monday morning slot with news it was cancelled due to weather conditions by this office. Totally understandable, but when I went to call Tuesday morning to be reschedule I was told I needed to wait a full month before getting my appointment rescheduled. I was a little taken back by the wait time in between the appointments, and the lack of concern from the scheduler. I was going to be a first time patient, but with this first impression looks like I’ll be on the search for another dentist.

1st time for dental cleaning. Melissa was thorough professional and very informative on careof teeth. Dr Pickett is invested in the health of my teeth and well being.

I always get the best service when I come here. Erin and Kelsie always make sure I’m taken care of and always have the warmest welcomes. Worst experience with any dentist Ive ever had. And Ive been going here for years. I dont know why I just kept going thinking it would get better or that such terrible work was normal. Almost every time I went in, I had a different doctor. There was always some major work that needed to be done, even though this has never been the case for me historically. All the work seemed to unnecessary. And every time they did a crown or filling, I would have to come back sometimes 5 additional times for them to refit it or redo it or fix a crack, etc. One of the crowns I got was HUGE, it took up most of my mouth it felt like and they said that was as good as they could do. They also ruined my wifes teeth beyond repair and she has always had perfect teeth. I think this place borders on malpractice. Too much to go into in a short review so just steer clear.

Dr. Madejczyk and her team were a blessing I didn’t even know my family needed. They say I was told my son needed braces was extremely stressful for me as a single Mom, in that moment Dr Madejczyk and her team were SO supportive, they sat with me while I cried and patiently reviewed my payment options and were more like family than I can explain. Through the journey of my sons braces I faced my own medical condition and I have to say that I looked forward to seeing Dr. Madejczyk and her team because they always brightened our day. Currently being seen for a molar implant. A first for me but have been through this procedure with my husband with another dental office (a nightmare with lots of visits for complications). I am very happy with the skill of Dr. Abraham Thomas. No pain or difficulty with the extraction and implant. One post op visit in and healing very well! My questions were answered when I asked about the next steps of the process. I will recommend Dr. Thomas and North Powers Modern Dentistry to my family!

Went in due to sensitive teeth in 2017. Saw Dr Maryhen Arrieta and was told I had to have three crowns because of cracked teeth that could not be fixed any other way. I believed the dentist and went ahead with the procedures. It took over six visits and less than nine months later, I had to see two other dentists due to pain and have had no peace with how my teeth feel or fit; Never had any issue with my teeth prior to this except a few cavities. Not only was the procedure extraordinarily difficult on me but I was run ragged with repeat visits, had my lip split from all the stretching and pulling, had freeze burn/gum damage to one side etc. I put up with it because I was told at every visit and call that this was because I was a difficult patient to numb and it normally takes a while with some patients... sadly I believed it... Today, just 9 months from time of placement one crown has completely come off and I still have pain and sensitivity on every tooth that was worked on!!! A crown should not fall off when rinsing your mouth, it should not hurt for this long or take extreme effort with multiple visits for a ceramic crown!!! I am very disappointed and cant wait to hear from the office.

I had extensive treatment done last weekend and the whole team made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Pickett fixed all of my issues and educated me on how to prevent some future treatment needs. I would refer my friends and family here as I felt at ease the whole time.

I was there as a new patient for an emergency appointment due to my crown falling out. The first part of the appointment went well but after the x-rays were taken the dentist talked to me for a few minutes and said, Ill be right back. I was left in the room for 35 minutes and nobody came to check on me, I went looking for the assistant and dentist and found them working on another patient, they saw me and didnt even apologize or ask me to wait longer. They seemed confused. I went back to the room, waited another 15 minutes and nothing. So I left. I have never had such a bad experience at the dentist, ever. By looking at other reviews, looks like this is a common occurrence at this place. Ill be looking for another place.

I called to schedule an appointment for a root canal. I won’t mention the name of the office staff I spoke to but I found him to be unprofessional in doing his job. We scheduled an appointment however I asked him to call me back for an estimate of what my portion was going to be. He called me back 2 days later to confirm my appointment and then went on to tell me that he had a hard time getting through to my dental provider - Delta Dental?? So he couldn’t give me my portion of the procedure. I called a few other endodontist to get an estimate on this procedure and their office staff got back to me that day, usually within the hour to give me the estimate of my portion. I just found him to be lazy. If that’s how they are with their customer service then I’m not wasting my time.

Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Thomas Abraham has been my dentist for years, he cares about his patients. He also keeps up-to-date on the latest technology to enhance his patient’s dental well being. Highly recommend him.

Like most people, the Dentist is not a top priority or the most desired place to go. I used to force myself to go only when I couldn’t take the pain. But now, I am the total opposite! At North Powers Modern Dentistry, they treat you like family! (Think of the aunt who always have gifts and the good snacks.... that’s right, your favorite aunt!) Everyone from the front office staff, Dr.’s, Hygienist and Dental Assistants, we nice and courteous! I had the pleasure of having Dr. Miller and Ashley when I went in. These two are a match made by Dental Jesus himself. They are smart, professional and courteous! They were able to answer all of my questions and did an outstanding job on my teeth! They kept me calm, stress free and relaxed! (Never thought those words would be used when talking about the Dentist, did you?) Anyway, thank you so much Dr. Miller and Ashley! Because of you two, I can smile with confidence again!!!

Very professional and well run Dental Office. My dental hygienist Lori is fantastic. I highly recommend this office. Dr. Pickett is so personable and caring. He gets to know his patients and does an outstanding job taking care of my dental needs. His exams are very thorough and going to Modern Dentistry they have all the new advanced equipment. I was so amazed what this office could do. By far this is the best dental office I have been at for treatment.

Dr. Miller and her assistant Alex are probably the coolest duo that I know. They work together seamlessly, finish each others sentences and chit chat about regular everyday stuff that makes you feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. The entire establishment is professional and cool with it. I will not be visiting another dentistry office other than North powers modern dentistry.

I teetered between 2 and 3 stars. However I would give Lori, one of the hygenists, 5+ stars.My last service from this dental practice was in December 2019. In fact, it was New Years Eve day. I had major work done in one day to ensure the insurance plan covered all the services that were required.I was introduced to a new dentist at my checkup 2 weeks prior. It is challenging to come in for major service and have a dentist that you really dont know working in your mouth. The dentist kept banging the same front tooth with the instruments the throughout the visit. I do believe I will have to have it reviewed when I find a new dental practice.The main reason that I am stepping away and my rating for this practice is because their billing process is horrible. How do you set up automatic payment plans and you get late notice emails (and letters in the mail) from their parent company? On top of that, the office you have the relationship with cannot see that youve been sent late notices. This has happened multiple times in the very short time that I have been a patient of this practice.

Don’t waste your time coming here. I showed up 15 mins prior to my appointment and sat for an hour. Two people before me showed up on time to theirs and immediately was serviced. Worse place.

My wife recently required extensive work from North Powers Dental. Dr. Tran and his assistant were amazing. It was fascinating to watch them work so effectively together. Dr. Tran made sure my wife always knew what he was doing and he showed a great deal of concern for her well-being. He checked frequently if she was doing OK and the results were outstanding.We are so grateful for to Dr. Tran for his skill and caring.

While on vacation to Colorado Springs I had a filling fall out. I needed a crown and Dr. Pickett offered to squeeze me into his schedule to have the procedure done that same day. He was professional, caring and was able to explain details about my issue in a way I could understand. The procedure was efficient and quick. I have no pain and the crown feels perfect. I would definitely recommend Dr. Pickett and his team for any dental services.

North Powers modern dentistry has an horrible office staff theyre nice and friendly yet when I had an appointment I had to wait an hour before being seen,so whoever schedules the appointments is off are with messagestheir timing. Calls are not returned and you are on wait for well over 15 min. Any time! The only saving grace for this office is Dr.Thomas.

We’ve been patients of Dr. Pickett for over two years now and are very pleased with our experiences. I’ve had extensive dental work done over the past 67 years. My experience here has been the most competent by far. I have never experienced any pain and constantly am amazed at how little pain or sensitivity I’ve experienced through many different procedures. Dr. Pickett, aside from being a competent, nice, personable person, always thoroughly explains all procedures and goes over the x-rays to show what’s going on with my oral health. He also is willing to work with me when we decide on appropriate care and next steps. We also have found the office staff to be very friendly and responsive to our needs. Most of all, I think it’s important for everyone to be active participants in all matters pertaining to their health. This is a practice that responds to all concerns and questions.

Dr Pickett and his assistant Jessica was great. They made me feel comfortable the whole time while I was there. I would highly recommend Dr. Pickett. North powers modern dentistry is a nice place. Natalie at the front desk is always cheerful and helpful. If you are looking for a good dentist give Dr. Pickett a try. I was happy I did.

First and foremost dr. Hall is the most amazing doctor I have ever seen in the dental profession and find him and follow him wherever he goes in the world and you will not be disappointed as North Powers Modern Dentistry I understand why he left the practice 100% they never call in prescriptions when theyre supposed to they left me sitting in a chair for over an hour as it was scheduled as an emergency appointment because I was in extreme pain I could hear the colleagues standing in the background laughing and giggling and all having fun but no one actually doing any work to take care of the patient who was sitting in a chair in pain and unfortunately the desk girls are the ones who receive the worst because theyre the ones who have to answer the phones and receive the terrible terrible complaint against the doctors and staff inside this place do not use these people even if it is an emergency they wont help you

I have been going to to this office since 2016. Before coming to this office I have had pretty bad experiences with other dentists which caused me to dread even getting a teeth cleaning.I have seen Dr. Picket, Dr. Blamires, and Dr. Tran. All three of them have been so amazing! I am extremely pleased with my experiences with them.If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Everybody needs to come to this office. I recommend to all of my friends and family.

New to the Springs, I had to find a dentist. I picked this location since it was close and had good reviews. I had an infection and my Dentist, Dr Hall, was friendly and proscribed my antibiotics. Knowing I need lots of work done he suggested I come in for a 3 D X-ray to come up with a future plan. I was quoted a price by 2 different people. Today I go in for my X-ray and was quoted a different price. I was told that was the price only if I was on their discount plan. Hesitantly I agreed, only because I knew I needed to get a lot of work done. After getting the X-ray I was put in a room. You would think that at some point someone would come in there and explain they are running late or some sort of excuse. After 25 minutes I finally walked out. The staff is friendly, but I will be going somewhere more organized.

I had a wonderful experience during COVID as an emergency visit so I returned to get the rest of my work done. Had an 11 oclock appointment, they brought me back at 10:50. I sat there for 25 minutes without anyone coming. Dentist came in and pulled up xrays on the computer from someone else. He said we are a little behind so just hold tight. I sat there for over an hour without anyone coming back... even after asking people walking by. I walked out. No phone call apologizing, and I sent them an email.... nothing...

Jackie was my hygienist and she was so gentle. She took time, was thorough and most importantly made me feel very comfortable. I try not to go to the dentist office often and she made my experience so good that I’m even considering going back after six months for a cleaning. 😉 The dentist was also great, he was very patient, took the time to listen to me and didn’t rush it at all, although I got the sense he was a very busy dentist. Thanks for the great service.

He doesnt oversell dental work and makes a plan for you that will be the absolute best fit for you and your dental health.My schedule was very tight when i could have my work done and Dr.Pickett moved his PERSONAL schedule to see me. I am so thankful to him for that.Day of my appointment, i was made comfortable and relaxed. I was given meds for a conscious sedation (as requested) and once I was fully relaxed, Dr. Pickett got to work. He was gentle and kind. Later in the evening when my mind was clear and less foggy I noticed i had ZERO pain. None at all. I have NEVER experienced this, even after a simple cleaning. I am in awe of Dr. Pickett and the staff at North Powers Modern Dentistry.

I went in for the first check up in a long time and I had a lot of work to do.The staff was very informative and helped me develop a treatment plan. Now I feel confident in the plan and my chance at keeping my teeth into my twilight years.Everyone is also extremely friendly and helpful. No run around and straight to the point.

He cares about his patients over all health and takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why.  He understands dental work can be expensive and he and his team work within your insurance to get you what you need. He has a great beside manner and explains what hes doing. Dentist have always scared me but he put me at ease. Ive been a patient here for over 5 years. As an apprehensive dental patient, it started out wonderfully. However, it has declined steadily over the past few years. Dr. Pickett (who is a wonderful dentist) is spread too thin. Ive not seen him at my cleanings for at least the past two years. That was fine as Melissa was FANTASTIC and did a stellar job. Apparently, Melissa is gone. Went in for my scheduled cleaning, and the assistant who started my cleaning was extremely rude. I felt that he was extremely unprofessional from the get go. After blasting my cold sensitive teeth with freezing water which caused me to flinch, he asked if I had cold sensitivities rather than doing so before rinsing me. Additionally, he did a terrible job with the rinsing as my mouth was extremely gritty when he was done. When the new hygienist came in, she didnt introduce herself at all. Then, after doing my exam informed me my sensitivities were due to my gums receding. Again, Ive been a patient here for 5 years; weve done a lot of work on my teeth and they have gotten immensely better. Are they perfect? No. But the progress we have made is unknown to new people. I understand there is always going to be staff turnover, but you have patient charts for a reason.I would give one star, but Dr. Pickett truly is an exceptional dentist. Its a shame he is stretched so thin as the practice has suffered as a result.

Dr Frazier and her team are wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. The office is clean and everything from making an appointment, to x-rays, to cleaning was very pleasant. I had two crowns done in a single day due to their use of the CEREC system. A little bit more cost but so very worth it. I highly recommend this place of business.

Dr. Pickett has always been very kind and courteous and performs his job with the utmost professionalism. I had the pleasure of having Ashley work with me today. Last Friday I had some lengthy dental work done on my back molar. Jessica and Dr. Habte were exceptional, they were patient with me and worked with my fears and concerns giving me all the time i needed, even though it took longer than originally planned. I have a deep fear of the dentist but the kind staff at this office has truly helped me overcome these fears and gotten me back on track to better oral health. I would recommend this office to anyone who has a fear of dentists since they are so kind and willing to work with their patients. Five stars for sure!

Modern Dentistry was wonderful! I have not been to a dentist in 3 years because I am not much of a fan of dentists, but everyone here was so nice and friendly! Everyone made me feel very welcome and comfortable. They were quick too. I was checked in, got a full set of X-rays, a cleaning and was checked out in 40min.I would gladly recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I went in for a regular cleaning and discovered I had my first cavities. Not only did he make time to fill them the same day, but Dr. Tatarin put me completely at ease. He was fun, personable, explained everything thoroughly. I left feeling great about my teeth and confident about next steps. Thanks, Dr Tatarin!

During my recent visit, I was advised that I needed 2 crowns and complete scaling. The total with my insurance was almost $2000, without $5000. I did not have a good feeling when I visited. It felt like I was being herded from one person to the next.I went to Comfort Dental today. No need for any of the services they recommended at this time. They just want to keep an eye on things. They did a thorough cleaning and I am good to go. I would not recommend Powers Modern Dentistry. I understand that they are in the business to make a profit. My intuition was accurate. DONT GO THERE!!!

Dr. Pickett is amazing! Ive been seeing him for years. He treats every patient like a family member and is always honest. He puts down the facts and explains treatment options very well. Whenever I see him I never feel like he wants to do the most expensive treatment, like other dental offices I have been to. He always wants to do what is best for the patient. I highly respect Dr. Pickett, and hope to see him for many years to come.

First I have to say that Jennifer is a ray of sunshine, she just makes you feel so welcomed and yes giving your pet a name humanizes them more than you can imagine Jenny. Moreover, April is very professional and friendly because she is one of the few dentist out there that can do a cleaning without murdering your gums. All in all, this place is very hospitable and just fun, thank you guys.

My daughter saw Dr. Blamires today for some extractions and it was such a wonderful experience, Michael the assistant took great care of my daughter! Today I received a fill and was very satisfied on how professional the staff was. They were very detailed in explaining the entire process and made sure I was comfortable during the whole procedure. Kudos to Dr Pickett and his staff! They come highly recommended!

I have attended this dental office for about 2 years now and I have never had a truly negative experience. Dr. Pickett is professional, very knowledgeable, and an excellent dentist. I needed a lot of work done that I wasnt scheduled for, and instead of rescheduling me he kept fitting me in between other patients. Its greatly appreciated. The dental assistant seemed to assist him flawlessly, they were an awesome team. The front office never gives me any surprises, I know what I owe before any procedure or services are performed. This office has definitely earned our trust.

I found this place after I broke a tooth several months ago and I am so SO glad that I did! As it turned out, I had more work that needed to be done to keep my teeth healthy, and Dr. Terry L. Hagan has been absolutely wonderful in helping me have a great experience! He and his team are friendly, trustworthy and kind and have gone above and beyond to help me have a good experience and feel safe in a dentist office again. From the moment you call or enter the office, the staff are professional and cheerful and really make you feel cared for. I would (and do) recommend Dr. Hagan and North Powers Modern Dentistry to anyone!

Given what Ive had to endure through my required dental treatment plan (full extractions, four implants, and dentures- the works) North Powers Modern Dentistry has made it all as comfortable and cost effective as can be. No small feat there.I dont want to leave anyone out so Ill quickly regard their Receptionists, Assistants, and Hygenists- Theyre all fantastic. I do want to focus on a specific few though- Erin for her outstanding customer service skills. Shes always super nice and great at what she does. Dr. Eric Blamires- their Oral Surgeon Specialist for his ability, talent, friendly demeanor and ability to try to make hellish procedures as comfortable as possible. And finally Dr. Tyler Pickett- not only an amazing Dentist but their owner/operator. Words almost cant express what he and his company have done for me. To deal with my mouth took an all star team, and thats what youll find there. And to keep it as financially reasonable as possible throughout is appreciated too.

I needed to act quickly on my Dental procedure. Ms. Erin Duarte was working that evening and immediately got me in the next day. When I arrived she was so sweet and sympathetic to my situation and offered to wave the fee for my procedure on that day. She made me feel like everything was going to be OK as I was so overwhelmed with all the procedures and the expenses involved. THANK YOU for what you have done for me. I highly recommend all of the Modern Dentistry facilities.

I had a great experience with Dr. Frazier and her team. She made a crown and installed it in the same visit. Very convenient that I did not need to come back just to install the crown. Its hard to find time between work and kid. Scheduling was easy and the Dr greeted me at the front desk when I arrived.

Im a patient for life! Dr. Pickett is a warm, caring family man who goes out of his way to ensure his patients are comfortable and well cared-for. Emergency appointments are a priority, as is your comfort. Scheduling is realistic; no waiting in the lobby for an hour to be seen! Staff is friendly and respectful, always with a smile and a kind word. Children are welcome, and there is entertainment in the side of the office that caters to kids. Dentistry is gentle and your options are always completely explained, short- and long-term. Financing is available as a payment option and Dr. Pickett even pays the interest (I dont have Dental insurance so this is a blessing for me)!! Most insurances are accepted and the staff specialists make the process easy.On a more personal note, I refer all my friends and family to Dr. Pickett and will continue to do so. Ive never had a dentist I trust as much as Dr. Pickett.

Liam had an amazing experience for his first timeat the dentist. The environment was great.Everyone was super friendly. Cleaning went reallysmooth besides Liam getting scared from the noiseof the suction thing. But the dentist came in andchanged focus from it really fast and got Liamback to happy about being there. Then with nocavities they made Liam feel really proud. Liamwas very excited about hitting the gong and takinghis photo for the wall. He is still talking about it acouple of days after. Was a all around greatexperience. Very glad I chose this office for him.

Dr. Frazier and Molly are truly amazing! Had to have a crown done and these ladies made the whole process as comfortable and painless as possible. They explained the process, answered any questions, and yes, didn’t even feel the needle! Highly recommend them!

From the phone call to set the appointment, to the first visit, where I got a gift package for joining the Modern Dentistry team, to working out the finances and making sure everything was explained to me... the staff was awesome, the atmosphere was comforting, the doc was friendly, everyone was so great. I have two more appointments this month for some cavities, so if anything changes I will post, but so far, this has been a great experience. I am very happy to have made the switch from my previous dentist.

THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! Granted that I am the brother of one of the dentists there, but I live in Albuquerque NM which is 6 hours away. I have been to so many dentists down here and have never received the level of expertise that I get from these guys! They have the top of the line technology that gets the fastest and best long term results. So yes, you could discount this review because I have a personal connection to them, but I seriously am willing to drive 12 hours round trip just for them to be the ones to do a root canal or more recently an implant on my front tooth that has turned out amazing considering the two other dentists I consulted about it wanted to do a bridge across the front of my mouth which almost certainly would insure problems for me in 10 to 15 years from now.

I went in a few weeks ago for a horrible tooth ache and it ended up being more than I thought it would be, that was causing the tooth pain. Talk about people who truly care and are willing to help you and not make you feel stupid! I have always hated the dentist, but you guys have certainly made me feel more than comfortable with everything that I have had done! Thank you!!!

Im deathly afraid of the dentist office. I was in a lot of pain from a broken molar that I didnt take care of for years. They got me in ASAP and extracted my tooth. I didnt feel a thing. That was the first time that I didnt experience any pain during a procedure at the dentist. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Jeff Tatarin was the best and so was his assistant Gina even though she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. I will start seeing the dentist more often because of this team. Thank you for lessing my fear of the dentist.

Recently had work done here. Very professional and the dentist I picked turned out to be great at what he does. My only wish is that they had more consistency with their dental assistants. About 1 in every 3 is actually worth their salt and knows what theyre doing.The dental hygienist I saw did a great job and she was very informative.

He fully explains all the pros and cons of the treatment, so that I can make an independent judgment. His staff is also extremely helpful. Dr. Gardner has a great rapport with his assistants and hygienists. They work very well together. I was amazed at the superior care and true human-ness that he put into all aspects of my visit. He never talked down to me - neither did he apply pressure if I am not ready for the procedure. He took ample time to make me comfortable with the anesthesia and spent considerable time to do my restorations beautifully.My family and I have been very pleased with your professional, yet personable, service. Excellent dentist and backup staff. Referred to this office by a Colorado State Trooper. Who expressed his approval of this dentist. Dr. Pickett is a kind man who goes above and beyond the necessary fees to provide his service. He makes good on any questions regarding the on going push and pull of my dental insurance program. That translates into a fair and honest man. The front office girls are especially kind with excellent humor to keep an old man(Im 80) coming back for regular check ups and cleanings. Although I have felt the insurance company is less than honest we have worked out a system to pay the amount due, and then I will receive a return check if my part exceeds the insurance over-the-phone quote for services rendered. All-in-all you will not be disappointed with the effort to provide you with their best performance to please you. In the marine corp this proformance would be stated by an evaluation team as WELL DONE.

The entire staff at North Power Modern Dentistry is great they are friendly, kind, and sincere. I have been coming now for several years and have recommended a few of my fellow military folks who have also expressed satisfaction. Dr. Pickett and Dianna took care of me on my last visit, they both took very good care of me and I know this is my dentist for life.

Best Dental office we have been to. Staff is friendly and great. Not a fun visit BUT great people. A staff memeber went above an beyond to make sure I was comfortable, she lent me her own phone and head phones to use during the visit.
