I am a new patient of Dr.Vessels. I am a 75 year old women, and need some old crown replacements. Dr. Vessel is the best and changing dentists was a plus for me. Her staff is excellent, caring and professional. She offers exquisite pain relief and is concerned about your comfort. Also, she presented a printed out plan for my dental work, along with costs that I would have to pay as well as my insurance. No guess work.

Ive been seen by Dr. Vessel by many years and overall every visit has been great. The staff is very friendly, very professional, and they strive to keep everything as clean as possible. I once needed a cavity filled and Dr. Vessel was able to fill it immediately. The dental assistant needed to leave to get her child and Dr. Vessel told her to go without hesitation and filled my cavity by herself. Its good to see the boss take care of the staff. I work for a company whos motto is People, Service, Profit. When you take care of your People, they will give your customers good Service, and youll make a Profit. Dr. Vessel takes care of her staff who in turn will give you good service.

I love Miss Vessel. Her office staff are sweet, and service is fast. I really like that plaque removal doesnt hurt. Other dentists would make my teeth hurt, but here, cleanings dont hurt at all. Also, I only pay for work I need. Other dentists wanted to put me in braces for one MILDLY crooked tooth! Miss Vessel said that the only benefit I would get from braces was cosmetic. I love Vessel and will be going back.

Ive had three great experiences with Dr. Vessel and her staff! First was a cleaning and check up, and Dr. Vessel and her staff were kind, gentle, and took the time to explain things in laymans terms to me (what they were seeing in my x-rays, the plan for fillings, and what to expect with wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Vessel referred me to an oral surgeon who I had a positive experience with, as well). Next two times were for various fillings/follow-up, and again Dr. Vessel and her staff were gentle, quick, and professional. All these appointments have been during the coronavirus pandemic, and Dr. Vessels office was clean, social distancing and mask wearing enforced, and I felt safe from start to finish.

I moved to Cos in June. I found that Dr. Vessel was the only dentist with no negative reviews? Dr.Vessel and her staff did a wonderful job on my bridges and crown. I had a tooth that needed to be pulled because it was giving me problems for more than a year. I was a little nervous going in but Dr. Vessel and her team did an amazing job! No pain at all! The whole procedure was very quick. I will definitely keep going to Dr. Vessel for all my dental needs!

Update: i am very sad to say that i do not feel that my case was anywhere near resolved. If the xrays were free of charge, i am now paying $198 for the( what i see as unnecessary and a gimmick) photo exam of my mouth, I called the office in response to Dr.Vessels request to do so, and absolutely no concessions were made to me. Im not even sure that claims were sent to BOTH my insurance companies, since what i owe is still quite high for next to nothing, (five minutes of their time) and I was informed that they charge 18% interest to bills not paid in 60 days. Im on social security, I am disabled and unable to supplement my income in order to pay. Im sorry I ever went in there. I know Dr Alice has a reputation for caring, but I feel less than so, and that perhaps money is more of the motivator here. If i pay what i can afford, it will end up being only $5+ dollars per month after the interest. No other doctor, of any type, has ever charged me interest. Oh, and it was not the PPE that made me feel like i was regarded as less than desirable. I was the safety officer at the largest lab company in the state of Hawaii; Im used to PPE. It was the vibe and manirisms I was referring to. Anyway, I feel that nothing was really done to make things any better for me. I just want to cry.I was extremely disappointed with my visit to Dr.Vessel. I am 56 years old and have never,ever had any dental issues. I have diabetes now so now have developed my first two, very small cavities. I was a dental assistant for 3 years, so I kinda know what I know.When I came in to see her, she and her assistant both acted like i was the scum of the earth. I understand there is a pandemic going on, but jeez! They were backing away from me like with their hands up, which made me feel really unwelcome. Im a normal looking, mature woman and I did not appreciate that.Anyway, after her assistant took my Xrays, Dr.Vessel used a camera to look at my teeth. A camera! What, her eyes arent good enough? And WHY would you do that procedure on someone who just told you that they cant afford much( I had just bought a new car), knowing that my insurance would never cover such a thing. I did not get anything else done, no cleaning, no fillings, nothing ,because I wanted to check with my insurance company about what was covered first.Now I got a bill for $268!! For DIGITAL Xrays!? That is insane! I am madder than a wet cat. Thats highway robbery. And now I find out my insurance only covers Xrays once every 3 years. So now I have cavities that need filling, and no Xrays to give to another provider to get it done. I feel trapped and ripped off.Im sure Dr.Vessel meant well in her exam of my mouth, but she should have asked me before using the camera. EVERYBODY knows dental work is expensive, so why make it worse? Doesnt exactly encourage people to go to the dentist.Sorry this was so long but I really need to blow off some steam.

This is the best dentist I have ever been to. Every single person there is friendly and helpful. They treated me like family from the first phone call. I would recommend Dr. Vessel and her staff to anyone. I have never had to wait at all to be called back. By the time I sit down, there are ready to bring me back.

Dr. Alice Vessel and her staff are the best in the business. They are professional, friendly and caring. I have had many advanced procedures including crowns and root canals, and I can honestly say that Dr. Vessel performed them quickly and virtually pain free. I have never had strong healthy teeth (genetics), but Dr. Vessel has done an excellent job maintaining and caring for mine for many years. No one likes going to the dentist, but I really do not worry when I see Dr. Vessel because I know I will be cared for compassionately and professionally.

Alice is awesome. I went in for a routine cleaning and left with my teeth feeling cleaner than I have ever had them from previous dentists. The cleaning was not only done thoroughly but also done carefully so as not to aggravate my gums when scraping. The hygienist and Alice were also very honest with me; they cared more about doing their job right rather than the big dollar signs. I used to be told that I needed braces desperately because Ive lost 1/3 of my teeth from grinding. Alice did mention braces for one slightly crooked tooth that I do have, but was sure to alert me to the fact that it would only be for aesthetics. My previous dentists tried to tell me that I get plaque build up on my bottom teeth as a result of genetics. The hygienist assured me that that was not so; its perfectly normal. These dentists dont try to rook you over; they do their job with care and passion.Even better, I accidentally came in on the wrong day, but they still took us right away, as they had an opening in their schedule. Unlike other dentists, they did not send me away or leave me waiting for hours to only find out that I cannot be serviced that day.

Dr Vessels office and patients rooms are very clean. Went for my cleaning appointment and was surprised Dr. Vessel did my cleaning. In spite of a couple of guffaws (regular hygienist on vacation - temp didnt come in - dental assistant had an emergency and had to leave - x-ray machine down). Dr. Vessel and her smile was ready to step up to the chair and do my cleaning.
