If you are a nervous patient like I am (blame it on my childhood experiences), this is the place to come. Dr Pollary is the most patient dentist I have ever been to. He calmly tells you what he’s doing and chooses a path that has the patients best interest in mind. I think I’m over the hurdle of extreme fears because of this experience. His staff is most accommodating and that’s just frosting on the cake. I’d recommend Dr Pollary family dentistry to anyone!

I came for the first time and I loved the cleaning, I brought my husband and son in and they loved the cleanings as well. The whole staff is amazing from receptionists, to assistants, and the hygienist and Doctor. The doctor is very detailed and makes us understand the why behind everything. Highly recommend this place. They even speak Spanish!!

Dr. Pollary and his staff are amazing! I am always very anxious about going to the dentist, and hadn’t been to one in 5 years. When I came in for my first appointment, they were extremely nice, non-judge mental, and worked hard to make sure I felt comfortable. My cleaning was quick and painless, and after finally coming in I have been back several times to get any work I needed done. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I schedule my appointments, and my stress of going to the dentist is so much less since I’ve started coming here. This is the best dentist ever. The whole team is, really. I actually go to the dentist like Im supposed to because I enjoy seeing them so much! We had to leave the springs for a military assignment in California, but came right back to them when we were restationed here. Its obvious they are a strong work unit, but its like they are family. and when my kids and I come in, they make us feel like family, too. I would highly recommend making them your family dentist.

I’ve had horrible experiences at dentists for most of my life. This is the first time in a long time I’ve walked out without mild ptsd from all the pain. Highly recommend his work. Dr. Pollary and his staff are super kind/personable and it feels relaxed here.

Well now I have to fork out 2000 dollars for a root canal at a emergency clinic. I told your office that i was in pain and needed a root canal before you put the permanent crown on the tooth. You told me if I am still hurting you world do a root canal after the crown was placed. I am in so much pain and you tell me the next available date is on May 18 2021. My face is now swollen with pain and I cant take the pain until the 18. The medication I was given does not work. I inform your receptionist and all they tell me is I am such a sensitive person. Oh please, what kind of medical office tells a person in pain they are just too sensitive. Waste of hard earned money for something that could have been avoided if they would listen to the patient.

Dr. Pollary and his team were literally amazing all around. I have always been terrified to go to the dentist so I have to get mentally prepared several days in advance. Jess was the hygienist that worked with me and I cannot say enough great things about her. I was on the verge of tears when I arrived because I was so nervous and freaked out. Not sure if she knew that and worked some magic or it was just her normal level of care for her patients. She made the entire process so comfortable and absolutely ZERO pain. Dr. Pollary came in, asked me relevant questions trying to pinpoint what my needs were. He then gave me a couple different suggestions of paths to take to get me where I wanted to be. They were all SO SO great. Ive lived in Colorado Springs my entire life (43 years) and Im so glad I finally found a caring, experienced dental office. Such a relief.

I had not been to the dentist in almost 30 years, but I went to doctor Pollary because my extended family, parents, sister, nephews, all highly recommended him. My experience was great. They were very nice and thorough. We came up with a game plan for my gums and teeth and I am happy to go again.

He’s straightforward with a personable “bedside manner”.They do speak Spanish. They do take Medicaid.

This is the best dental experience I have had. The staff are friendly, welcoming and make you feel at peace. The hygienist takes the time to thoroughly clean my teeth everytime and do not rush. They are wonderful with my kiddos and make them feel at ease. I highly recommend!

Great service in every aspect.. from start to finish. The people there are extremely nice and unlike a lot of offices, they actually go by their appointment time. They also do exactly what they say. They don’t try to find other issue with your teeth. And they didn’t leave me with an embarrassing feeling bc I know my teeth does need a lot of work in the back lol

I am so glad I switch dentists and came to Pollary Family Dentistry. I was dissatisfied with my previous dentist office, and nervous to change, especially during the pandemic. But Dr. Pollarys office was just so warm and welcoming. Ashley, was just so amazing, she heard my concerns, listened to my frustrations, and really got to know me, feel like were best friends. When my husband and I stepped into Dr. Pollary’s office, we hadn’t been to a dentist in 6 years for numerous reasons. Because of this, I was worried that with seeing any dentist we would be shamed or scoffed at for not getting regular checkups.After looking at multiple offices and reading the reviews, we decided to go with Dr. Pollary’s office. Glad we did! Everyone has been so nice and helpful. When I asked questions they were answered in an understandable manner.Although my husband had ZERO cavities (jealous), I had to have a couple filled. I haven’t had that many cavities in my life, but watching the doctor and the dental assistant do the work on my teeth was like a choreographed dance. Everything went smoothly and other than the shot was pain free.They don’t do amalgam fillings here, which is awesome! And they respected my preference for no fluoride. Next I’m hoping for the sensitivity on my tooth to reduce now that the cavities have been filled and the filling has been adjusted for tightness. Thank you, Dr. Pollary and staff!

Great practice, made me feel comfortable throughout the whole thing and I have dental anxiety of sorts. Always made sure to ask if I was comfortable and seemed to have no problem with me interrupting if I needed something.

Dr. Pollary is my office’s suggestion to many patients and when I was in need of a filling I called and they got me in right away even though he was not my regular dentist. During the global pandemic I missed a dental appointment and was in need of a cleaning so I called Dr. Pollary’s office and they once again got me in right away. I had such a good experience with his hygienist and staff who are incredibly kind and caring to everyone I told my mother to go for a visit too. As a public school teacher for the past 19 years, I am very discerning related to the services I receive. When I entered his office for the first time, I thought you had to win a beauty contest to be employed there. Patricia, Jess, and Ashley each are attractive ladies with lovely smiles. I trust fat cooks and workers at a Dentist office with great smiles. I neglected my dental hygiene (stupidly) and needed some work done. Each visit, I grow increasingly impressed with the immense skill of Dr. Pollary and each of his staff. They have the personalities that leads me to believe they were top performers in their classes and perfectionists by nature. One would expect them to be rigid, however, they work together so comfortably and deftly, I feel totally at ease. This is the best dental practice I have ever been too and only regret not getting there sooner. I am so happy that my mouth is healthy again. An A+ to Dr. Pollary and his awesome staff!!

My visit to Pollary Family Dentistry was pleasant. I had not previously associated that word with a visit to the dentist. The work was not painful, even though I had 2 fillings, one a replacement that needed to first be drilled out. Both Dr. Pollary and the staff were successful in making me feel glad to be there.They were accommodating. They went the extra mile to find a time that would work with my vacation schedule. At the office they let me borrow sunglasses because the light was bothering my eyes. At the end of my appointment they suggested places that I could find something to eat that were both nearby and appropriate for a mouth full of anesthesia. These are examples of the extra care you can expect if you make an appointment with Pollary Family Dentistry.

Had a last-minute wisdom tooth extraction yesterday and while it sucked because wisdom tooth extraction, I can’t imagine a more positive experience. The staff is wonderfully personable and Dr Pollary took time out to follow up and check in on me, even after hours.

Dr Pollary and staff were wonderful. I was a new patient experiencing extreme pain and they were able to get me in same day. They were so kind and considerate that I hardly knew I was at the dentist. I know I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve finally found a dentist I like and respect.

I really feel the staff cares about you as an individual I really dont like going to the dentist I get anxiety but I felt really comfortable and at ease he took the time to explain to me in detail what he was doing and what I was looking at when I was looking at my x-rays. He took the time to answer any questions I had I did not feel like I was being rushed. I would highly recommend him.
