Yunique is amazing she will work around all your scheduling needs. This office is open 7-7 and Saturdays! I can easily make my dental appointments without missing work!

Hands down one of the best dentist offices I have ever been to. BothDr Parkin and Dr Espinoza take the time to explain everything to their patients and help them feel comfortable. The office staff is amazing, extremely friendly, and always welcoming. They do their best to fit you into the days schedule in the event of an emergency. I especially love how Dr Espinoza takes the time at the end of each day to call her patients, no matter the reason for your visit. If you are looking for a new dentist, I recommend giving them a call.

I had never had a problem with this dentist office untill last week. Im embarrassed with how everything unfolded my last visit. The walls are very thin and you can hear the nurse rudly discussing your through the walls. So if I can hear her talking bad about me. EVERY OTHER PATIENT can hear. I have never been treated by a nurse this way and now Im convinced thats why shes a nurse at a dental office. Absolutely NO BEDSIDE MANNORS. Thank you this experience. I just moved to Colorado Springs and hadnt found a dentist yet when my tooth started killing me. Cheyenne Mountain Dental Care took me immediately, treated my infection and then Dr. Espinoza successfully extracted my tooth. They set me up for appts to take care of 5 years of neglected dental care without making me feel bad. I got the red carpet treatment. I have found my new dentist in my new community of Colorado Springs!

The staff at Cheyenne Mountain Dental Care took real care of me . I was so afraid that since I had not been to a dentist in over 20 years I would get the What for speech. To my surprise they treated me like family, was very concerned about my safety and all my concerns. They took my x-rays and I had to giggle at the fact it wasnt that big bulky plastic thing we used to have to bite down on and try not to gag as they took the x-rays. Now it is digital and the piece you bite down on actually fit in my mouth and wasnt uncomfortable. They had a little issue with me due to I had no idea what they were doing or wanting. But with Jesus help in calming me down and the staff being so wonderful, kind, and soft spoken it all got done in a about 4 minutes. I was impressed. All the dentists were kind, soft spoken, and let me know what options I had to look forward to. I was able to see what they were doing with lazier scanners and boy was I surprised of how my mouth looked inside. I was asked to stay for a cleaning due to someone canceled and with much needed cleaning and Jesus at my side I agreed. The cleaning was easier than before. Everyone was kind, understanding, and very helpful in getting me to calm down, relaxed and in the positions they needed me to be in. It was nice to get two visits done at the same time. I was brought in on Monday to go over a portion of what they want to do and this surprised me due to I have only had the You will do or we will not pay policy. To actually have a choice and an input of my care really makes a difference. Thank you everyone for all the special love, understanding, care, and concerns you gave to me and helped me through. Now to see how long it will take to come up with the money to pay for everything. Please dont wait too long to get your teeth taken care of. Went to the dentist for the first time in 12 years and they were very kind, courteous and professional. They accepted my tricare dental insurance and were very quick to fit me into their schedule. They explained everything they were doing and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be back in the future!

I had a terrible experience. I had a few cavities filled and the dentist never even checked the fillings. When I came back to this place for the dentist to exam me, the assistant did and told me I was good to go. I went and got a second opinion and the filling was in the wrong shape and put a hole into the tooth next to it. My nerve was directly exposed and I had to have an emergency root canal. I called to report this and they didnt even care. If youre looking for someone to help you, dont go here.

Booked a teeth cleaning for noon. Got there at 11:45 as requested to fill out paperwork.Left 90 minutes later without getting a teeth cleaning.Really disappointed because the hygienist and dentist were very nice.UPDATE: I found a new dentist and am STILL struggling with Cheyenne Mountain Dental. I called them to request they send my records to my new dentist. Called during business hours, left a voicemail, nobody called me back. Fast forward to my new dentist appt and they don’t have the records. Called CMD, they said they need a signed form from me, so I asked why they never returned my call to tell me this. No reason given. So I get the form and immediately emailed it back, requesting they complete this ASAP and to email me when done. Today is 2 weeks later, I call them and they “didn’t get to the request” and say they will do it immediately. I’ll be calling back this afternoon because I have no faith.I’m so glad I switched offices.

I was visiting in Colorado Springs and developed an infection overnight after a flight. I called them the next morning and was so relieved to find someone open on a Saturday morning and willing to see me (as an added bonus they accepted my insurance!). Unique was wonderful about getting me in as quickly as she could. Dr Parkin and Meghan(?) were very kind and gentle considering I was in pain and freaking out a little since it came on so fast and I was having to deal with this when not at home. They took an x-ray and showed me the problem. He prescribed an antibiotic and pain medication that got me through a few hours wander at Garden of the Gods the next afternoon and a shorter visit to 7 falls the day after. Not nearly as much as I had planned but better than spending the whole visit in pain in a hotel room. A week later I am home, have had a root canal, and am still working to clear up the infection but words cannot express how much I appreciate their attention last Saturday morning.

Just left the office and I’m really frustrated. When I made the appt I specifically told the person on the phone that my insurance had changed, I told her the name of the insurance company and she asked if I had a card and I said no that they never sent one. I asked if that would be a problem she said no and to just come in. So I scheduled the appt and took time off of work to come in only to find out that there was no note that my insurance had changed, and they were about to charge me for my old insurance that I didn’t have anymore. Luckily I asked them if the information was updated. So they said they needed the phone number of the insurance company and a bunch of other personal information but the one thing I didn’t have was the phone number. So they couldn’t verify the insurance. If the person that made the appt had told me what I would have needed in order to verify insurance I could have came prepared for that. But I was told nothing. I finally found my insurance paperwork that has a phone number on it but by the time I found that number it was too late to be seen for my appt. So I took time off of work for nothing and still need to make an appt which I will now make with another dentist that I will find in town. I have had communication issues with this office in the past but never wrote about it until now. So yea, this will be the last time I use them. Staff is friendly, but communication is absolutely key for me.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Parkin for the past 8 years and there isnt a better dentist! He is professional, kind and caring - after having a crown or root canal procedure, what dr. calls his patients, in the evening, just too see how they are doing?! His staff, from the front office to the hygienists and dental assistants are the greatest - they are personable and provide excellent patient care.

Went in 4 weeks ago and the visit was great. Really felt like I would be happy to come here. In the last 4 weeks, I have called them twice to follow up and have not received a single call from them to schedule anything. I have good insurance and money to pay my share. I suffer from anxiety and am so proud of myself for going the first time and following up. I really need some work done and seeing as that was my first time at the dentist in over a decade, doubt I will try again if this is the result.

I would first like to say that the customer service is superb! Each staff member I came in contact with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The receptionist was so sweet, she offered water or coffee and also put a movie on for my small child. The assistants were great, along with Dr Parkin. He took his time discussing my treatment and all of my concerns. The office manager went over the finances for my future treatment and was really nice and professional. And I didn’t feel overwhelmed. His lead Assistant did an amazing job on my front teeth and assured me if I had any concerns, they would address them immediately. When they walked me to the front to check out, Yunique was so pleasant and went above and beyond to reiterate my treatment, what was most important next, and found appointments that work great for my schedule. So had to make another account to make it a point that the dentist is not very helpful and don’t care about my health what so ever. Wouldn’t clean my teeth or yet alone exam me cause of high blood pressure yeah I was nervous af and don’t like the dentist office go figure my blood pressure was high. Well they obvious don’t care about oral health which leads to heart disease. I wouldn’t wast your time with this place still haven’t received a actual reason why…… total joke of a place

This place refused me services and discriminated against me because I could not wear a mask due to my medical conditions as a veteran. I had no desire to create an issue for anyone. I said, I have no symptoms, but if I make you uncomfortable, Ill sit outside to fill out my paperwork, which I did. The receptionist went to talk to her boss, whom I assume is Dr. Parkin from the paperwork, and then she came out and told me they wouldnt see me because I, REFUSED to wear a mask. Just complete disregard for me as a human. They treated me like I was unwilling to follow rules, and they never acknowledged the pain I suffer based on my history of reactions to the mask. I asked how they were going to look at my teeth with a facemask on, and they said I would take the mask off. I offered to continue to sit outside while waiting, and that wasnt good enough; it was submission to their imposition over my body that they wanted. Im embarrassed and distraught and I feel like they belittled me and treated my anxiety with complete disregard, even though I treated their anxiety with respect by giving distance and sitting outside in the cold. Ironically, they had a back the blue poster in the window. Usually if you support police officers, you also support veterans. But when I needed care, they didnt care.

Takes my insurance and has good parking. The inside is clean and orderly and they take temperatures for all incoming customers.

Would not recommend going here I hand a history of high blood pressure caise of my anxiety and they refused service. 2 days I wasted coming here

Today is our sons 2nd visit, he has always been deathly afraid of going to the dentist his whole life! Finally at 8 years old we have found an office that not only has a dentist who is great with children but also an entire staff who has made him feel right at home! It is no longer difficult to get him to go to the dentist. Brushing at home is not as big a chore as long as I mentioned Ms. Natalie, one of his favorite dog lovers and teeth brushers hes met! I cant say thank you enough for what this office has been able to accomplish with my son!

Today I went to Cheyenne Mountain Dental Care for the first time and I must say - I could NOT be happier with my experience! After not having dental insurance for awhile there were some things I knew I would need done. We went over my dental history, did some x-rays, I got an exam, and we came up with a (might I say very affordable) treatment plan! They were very up front about what needed done and sat down and discussed long term cost with me after the appointment was over, which I really appreciated. When making my appointment I expressed concern that I wouldn’t have anyone to watch my two year old during my portion of the appointment and the receptionist quickly said I was welcome to bring her and she could sit in the room with me, that they had toys and coloring books and didn’t mind keeping an eye on her at all! She also had her first appointment, and they did so great with her! With it being her first visit she was of course a little confused, but they did so so wonderful with her.Also, I am in my late third trimester. The staff was all so accommodating and caring. Brought me a bottle of water without me asking, frequently asked if I was comfortable in the chair, and made it clear that if I needed to move or get up and move for a second that all I needed to do was say the word and we could pause whatever it was we were doing! It was nice to have staff who understood the discomfort and was so ready to help my experience be as comfortable as possible!Overall, I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you have kids or anxiety surrounding dental care! The staff is so kind, the environment is very friendly, and the treatment is high quality but affordable!

This place is amazing! My dental office closed the day prior due to virus, and I happened to chip my front tooth that very day. 🤦🏻‍♀️ They worked me in, fixed my tooth BETTER than it looked prior to the chip, and were the friendliest staff ever! They didn’t tack on extra costs and the whole office ran so smoothly. Julia (sp?) was the assistant that took care of me and she was so meticulous!!!! I will be changing my dental office just so I can continue care with them.

I am someone who has pretty intense anxiety and I have had some not so great experiences with a previous dentist, but this is by far my favorite dentist practice I have been to. The front desk staff has been very friendly and helpful. The dental hygenists and assistants were extremely informative and careful as well as friendly. My dentist, Dr. Parkins, was really nice, informative and helpful. They were a bit busy while I was in the office, but I did not wait more than 5 minutes at times. They were quick, efficent and gentle! Also, with my insurance the co-pay/deductible was so affordable and I received a DEEP and EFFECTIVE cleaning. My pearly whites are nice and smooth! I honestly cannot wait to go back to get my teeth cleaned again- that is a lot coming from me if you actually knew me. Thank you Cheyenne Mountain Dental Care for such great care!

Visited Dr. Espinoza in Oct. 2020 and was told I had four cavities after an exam, xrays, and Dr. Espinoza using a fancy handheld device that beeped when it supposedly detects cavities. Odd considering I havent changed my eating/drinking/brushing/flossing habits in 6 months since my last visit to a different dentist for a cleaning and exam and xrays. I only have one cavity and it came about when I was 13 and Im 38 now. So the total to get four fillings came in at over $800. I skipped it. Soooo... my father is a highly respected family dentist back east with eons of experience using digital xrays to diagnose cavities. In Dec. 2020 he did a thorough exam and xrays and found nothing. No cavities. All he needed to do was apply a fresh, new sealant on one molar. Im not impressed with Dr. Espinoza stating I have four cavities (which they showed me on a high-res monitor and I could swear what they claimed were biting surface cavities were simply staining in the grooves of my molars). I could have easily been taken for an $800 ride, getting fillings on perfectly healthy teeth. Not a good experience after getting a second opinion from the one dentist I totally trust with my oral health, my dad.

First time here and I love it! All the staff from the front office to back is happy smiling welcoming and make you feel comfortable. Any questions or concerns I had they were able to answer an help. They provided the best dental care I’ve had by far. I highly recommend coming here!

I chose to come here because of the reviews. The place is humble and clean, very relaxed environment. Dr. E was really nice and what I liked most about her is that she would explain exactly what she was going to do. I went because I had cracked a filling on my molar. It hurt really bad, I called and got an appointment that same day. Ended up deciding on a crown, had a temporary crown put in that same day. Came back 2 weeks later and got my permanent crown put in. The entire time I did not feel pain. And the best part is that it did not break the bank like I thought it would. Overall, I had a good experience, the rest of the staff is really cool, too. Theyre pretty nice, but not too nice where it feels fake. By the way I did not write this for free coldstone lol I dont even like ice cream. I wrote this review because I genuinely enjoyed the way they took care of me. I would recommend this place to my friends and fam.

I recently switched to Cheyenne Mountain Dental from another local dental office and let me just say they have been great! They were timely, professional and above all informative about everything. They went into detail when I asked questions or brought up concerns, and brought up their own concerns but explained stuff in great detail. They work with you on what you can and cant do, but prove your health and comfort come before all else. Great experience so far and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office.

I seen Dr. Espinoza today (31july2020) and she was amazing!! From the greeting, to anesthetic(amazing no pinch at all!!), to her working in my mouth not once did I feel uncomfortable or pained. I normally metabolize anesthetic quick and today it lasted all of the appt and some. With me being a dental assistant and knowing the process of being in the chair; every question, concern, and comment was answered very thoroughly by her and the EDDA(Tanya, I think thats her name) working on me!! I am very picky with my mouth especially with me being an EDDA myself, Id do my own fillings if I could, haha. She was great and super friendly!! My anesthetic wore off and I do not have sensitivity like normal(sensitive teeth suck)!! Thank you!!All in all, the staff is amazing, friendly, and professional!! 10/10

I have been coming to Dr. Parkins’ office since I was 11 years old. His staff is always extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I was getting x-rays and asked for a something smaller and Carmen was very kind in adjusting everything for me. It made the experience (which is normally painful and uncomfortable) more enjoyable. I thank Carmen, Paige (for not being made because I mistakenly read the wrong time for the appointment), and the always amazing Dr. Parkins.

Grateful to have found this place. Affordable prices with a dentist who is passionate about what he does. Also the whole staff is great! Usually I dread the dentist but they have such a great group of people who work there. They’re great at their job and are super flexible in getting you treatment, quickly if need be.

The staff is knowledgeable, but lacks some communication skill. On my first visit, I watched one dental hygienist (Brittany) snap at another (D? Sorry I dont remember the full name!), when it wouldve been more appropriate to discuss the issue in private and not in front of a patient (looks unprofessional and makes me wonder what else is wrong with the place). Brittany was also a little abrasive, and seemed to care more about getting to her dog than attending to her human patient (me, in the chair). At the end of the appointment, they told me to wait in the room but no one came back for me. Eventually D came in and kept me company because I told her they told me to wait there. After about 10 min when no one came, she walked me out to the front where it didnt look like anyone was planning on coming back for me. It seems like communication and patient systems need to be improved. I left feeling weird and like I didnt want to return for the other procedures that I need. Despite this negative experience, I decided to give them a second chance and went back for more work (also it is convenient as I can walk to this office from my house). This time, they were just fine. I am hoping my first negative experience was just one off day.

This is the best place for dental and ortho care. Every member of the staff is super friendly and helpful. My daughter just got her braces on and they made it fun and easy. They have a lot of staff, so appointments are easy to book. Open on Saturdays is a plus. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

This place is great! I did tons of research before deciding this is the dentist I would choose, and I’m not disappointed! I cannot say enough good things about every staff member and the dentist. I have a serious phobia, and all of the staff went out of their way to treat me with compassion and respect. I am by far not the easiest or most pleasant patient during my visits, and the entire staff makes me feel as comfortable as possible. This will be my forever dentist!

Had an appointment at 0800. I tried to leave by 0920 since the dentist still had not come into the room. I tried to stay friendly, but I had another appointment at 1000. It was an appointment scheduled by the Military and was told I would have to stay until the dentist signed off on the paperwork. I would not go here as my regular dentist. The staff were friendly it just seemed that they were not well organized. A clock would be beneficial to their office.

Everyone here is professional and friendly. I waited a little too long for my first appointment even though I was there early. The next appointment was prompt so Im going to assume that my first visit was just on a busy day.The clinic runs very efficiently and the professionals here operate as a team; they do no skip a beat. I went in for a cavity fix and a cleaning which involved several individuals working on my teeth. The process was near seamless and fairly quick.This office uses some of the most advanced and up-to-date technology that Ive seen in any dental office. Great place to go for quality service and one Id recommend to any of my colleagues for their dental needs.

The women are so amazing and friendly and they take time for your concerns and listen. I absolutely love this dental place. I would recommend you come here for you dentist appointments.

Best experience i had ever had, everyone made me feel so welcomed and provided excellent service. The hours of service they provide also makes it easy to make appointments around your work schedule. I especially dont like going to the dentist but Cheyenne Mountain Dental care are just so wonderful and caring people. I am absolutely glad i found this place through my own research. Excellent service. I didnt have to wait long at all. The staff was very freindly. They had some really nice equipment including a wand camera that they use to take pictures of your teeth. This is much more comfortable than having to hold your mouth open forever while someone pokes around in there. I will never go to another dentist.

Staff and cheery and competent. Not a dentist so I dont know. A little slow to get to you but very professional and a comfortable place

Came here for a checkup and left with a lot more knowledge of my teeth than any of my other dental exams.Bri at the front desk was always very kind on the phone and happy to help. A+ customer service!Natalie, the dental hygienist I saw, was sweet and with Dr. P, they extensively looked into issues that other clinics simply shrugged off or said “you can fix that later”. My husband, Roland, had an exam and perio maintenance...the best he has experienced in his 66 years. We live at CO & GA and will always continue to use your DentalCenter instead of GA. He was very impressed!

By far the greatest experience at the dentist I’ve had yet . Friendly staff and doctor ❤️ ( I got all my silver filling. Removed and replaced with tooth colored fillings and a crown ).

Polite and curious staff. While I was in the waiting room a lady had a young child around 2-3 Yrs old. The receptionist actually supervised the child while mom got dental work done. That exceptional this day and age. The dental hygienist I saw was professional, well educated and...well... beautiful...which always makes having dental work alot better.

Had two fillings today done by Dr. Rowley and they are so perfect I can’t tell the difference between my regular teeth and the ones filled. She is definitely a dentist that pays very close to detail and ensures her patients are comfortable. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

Excellent environment, great staff, very helpful. Had to wait a little past my appointment time but was a busy day. Was able to get my procedure changed through my insurance with in minutes of finding out that what I was suppose to get done wasn’t what was needed to be done. Excellent service

This was a wonderful experience for being at the dentist. I was welcomed by Brianna with a friendly and positive attitude. It was a very short wait then I was brought back. During the cleaning everything was explained in detailed by Christina. Dr. Parkin was great. He was very nice and wasnt overwhelming. This was the best dental experience that I have had in a really long time.

I hadn’t had any dental care since I was in high school, so I was very nervous going in. The staff totally put me at ease! They were gentle and friendly. I am very satisfied with my experience.

When my wife & I first went there it was great and Dr Parkin was very nice but when we purchased a water pic that leaks they didn’t want to take it back. But eventually did. But since that they made me feel bad for returning a product that wasn’t working correctly I canceled our future appointments. I even said if you gave me an additional discount I would keep the leaking from the sides on the counter water pic. His office manager said no. And when I returned and she wasn’t nice at all (No smile) that’s when I decided I will find a friendlier place. I have gotten record reviews Google has told me. Maybe because I’m honest! Have a good day!

I was having major pains due to my wisdom teeth which needed to be taken care of immediately. I called the office as a new patient and they took me in that day for an appointment and scheduled me to get my wisdom teeth out just two days later. The staff is super wonderful and so accommodating. Great, great experience- highly recommend!

My daughter and I are recent new patients. Dr. Rowley and the staff have been AMAZING!! I had to come back for some dental work and Dr. Rowley proved today that she is truly there for the patient. I am so happy to have found this dental office.Ever heard of OraSpa? Natalie does cleanings in a spa like environment, I have never been more relaxed in my life. This office is so great working with my dental anxiety and they are super affordable - a rare combination.

Cheyenne Mountain Dental Care is a great office! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They were able to get me in fast for a consult and I also had my braces put on that same day! Very affordable too! I’ve already recommended someone else to check them out!

TOOK my 7 year old in and Ariel was our Assistant. Ariel showed lots of pride while she got down to my daughters level and made sure she was comfortable. She did such an Amazing job speaking to my daughter as I would have. She was patient and considerate. I was concerned for my daughter at arrival but was immediately relieved once this young lady stepped in. I spent most of my visit with Ariel however everyone from the receptionist to the Dentist to the appt. Setter was all professional and amazing. Thank you to everyone who took part in our visit.
