Dr. Patterson and his staff are wonderful. I was able to get a quick appointment after breaking a tooth and Sheila and the entire staff put me at ease and thoroughly explain everything. She is non-judgemental, does not blame or shame you in any way. And understands that life is hard and no one is perfect. She also encourages me in positive and realistic ways. My top teeth have always been bad and the majority of my upper teeth were crowns and bridges. After a bridge broke, I was told that what was left of my natural teeth werent in good enough condition to do more crowns/bridges. I had a huge decision to make. Implants? NOPE...TKoo expensive even with my dental insurance. Denture? Well the price was good but I kept bobbling with having to get a denture. Well I made the decisio to do the denture. Dr. Patterson and his staff were amazing through the whole process and still are as adjustments are needed often. I feel so much alive and confident with my new teeth being able to smile again. Thank you!!!!

Wonderful, caring, and knowledgeable staff. I have terrible dentist anxiety and they made it as comfortable as possible, no shame or pressure. Normally the technicians interact with you and the actual dentist just pops in for the scary parts but the Dr Patterson was very involved and gentle as well. Covid19 precautions were in place but the sterility was not off putting at all.

Dr. Patterson is an awesome dentist, very skilled and very kind! I am a lifelong dental patient ...nothing in my mouth is normal. There is always something going on and he has always been able to fix me! I don’t have dental insurance any more because I am retired. I have signed up for a plan with minimal monthly payments that provides discounts on all treatment, a couple of free cleanings and even an emergency visit or two. Well worth it !!! He has a wonderful staff, and his hygienist Taryn is hands down the best I have ever encountered. There are lots of dentists in this town..so glad I found Dr Patterson!

Being fairly new to the Springs, I was looking for a dentist to do a full set of crowns on both my upper & lower teeth. I did not feel comfortable at this dentist office. They were rude at the front desk, and asked me for my insurance information three times, although I already gave it to them by phone. The hygienist was rough with my teeth and the dentist did not even see me at the end of the cleaning. Not sure why. I would not recommend Mountain Springs Advanced Dental.

Just recently started going here and I’m quite pleased. Taryn is a great hygienist and very thorough. We came with a game plan to start flossing and saw quite an improvement with highly improved depth numbers. I was not a big flosser until now. I came to this dentist as a referral from Dr. Reck, dental surgeon. I have had nothing but problems from the beginning. Part of my denture broke . I paid for the first brake. Then it broke again and he says I must pay. One of the bolts was faulty and that got taken care of, but I feel that should prove the faultiness. This dentist has no compassion for the changes Ive gone through with losing all my teeth. This is not an inexpensive journey and there is no turning back. He is arrogant and couldnt care less. If youre looking for a caring dentist, this is not the one.

Still sitting outside the office and I couldnt bare to drive away without making sure I review this amazing experience! Taryn was hands down the most absolutely amazing dental hygienist that I have ever had the pleasure to complete this procedure. She was incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, patient, caring, so incredible at her job that right away I decided to schedule and appointment for my daughter and my fiance. Dr. Patterson has always been a delight and I trust his care completely. My mother was the first person to come to this office and I am so happy shes referred us. This was my second visit Mountain Springs Advanced Dental and the atmosphere and the care was superb, as it was with the first visit. The visits were for a detailed examination, and the development of a comprehensive care plan. The entire staff was genuinely friendly, introducing themselves immediately and explaining all processes and procedures. Dr. Patterson spent ~45 minute discussing his finding with me and my husband, explaining all my options clearly, to include potential cost of those options. The lack of pressure regarding my option selection was very refreshing. I left the office after making my decision feeling confident that the care I would receive would be 1st class. I would (and will) highly recommend Dr. Patterson and Mountain Springs Advanced Dental for both basic and complex dental procedures.

When you find a great dentist, you hold onto them. Dr. Patterson is cheerful, honest, and an excellent provider. His staff is wonderful. Were very pleased with the care he provides our family.

I have upper dentures. My dog thought they were a chew toy. These guys took me in same day, had them repaired the next day, and have started on a replacement that will fit better. During this, I called them because a bottom tooth started giving me pain. Again, saw me same day, then got me into a surgeon same day. I will go here for anything I need in this area. Best dentist ever!

I had several cleanings, filling repair, and just recently a crown placement. What can I say other than absolute professional appearance and attitudes, along with high quality work. I have never felt lack of value and thought cost/rates were very fair. Colorado Springs probably has a dozen great practices like this one, but can guarantee Dr. Pattersons practice will do a great job. Gotta take great care of your teeth, so this review is to me more important that a restaurant or mechanic review.

I have had a very hard time being confident in my smile, and for the first time I can say that I will very soon be able to have the smile of my dreams. I wanted to come in for veneers and dr Patterson and his staff were out for my best interest. They want me to keep my healthy teeth so I was given a path that will take longer but better results in the end. This is going to be amazing and I’m so excited for my journey! I am half way through Invisalign and then by New Years I’ll have 8 new veneers.

Dr.Patterson took over my previous dentists practice about a year ago. I was nervous about using a new dentist, but I have been pleasantly surprised by his excellent work on my teeth. I have had a filling repair, a crown replaced, and an implant crown designed to fit my mouth perfectly. I have had no problem with food being trapped under this implant crown at all! To start I like most do not like going to the dentist. However, for the first time I never felt nervous or uncomfortable. The staff from the front desk to the Dr., are absolutely wonderful, kind, always making sure you are comfortable and if there is anything you need.
