Dr. Savaglio is amazing! Really down to earth and easy to talk to. The staff is great too, super friendly, thorough, understanding, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Tatarin and the rest of the team I met here are amazing! I have had two extractions here with bone grafts and will be getting implants after the bone integrates. The experience has been wonderful and I feel amazing now.

I went to see about getting implants. Staff was nuce ...i paid in advance to get a discount. My suggestion is wait and confirm your dentist is staying or leaving. My dentist left and i was ts now it will cost more money???your dentist leaving should not effecr your cost..so i thought..the icing on the cake was when i called to get a tooth pulled, whic i alreasy paid for. I was informed it would cost would.cost.almoat an additional 200 to get the toothe pulled. I was informed the dentist in the office doesnt pull teethe and i would need to see a surgeon to get the toothe pulled?????? Now i am still waiting for my refund

I always hated going to the dentist but these guys are great! They have been treating my husband, two kids and I for several years and it is always a good experience. I went in today with a painful tooth after loosing a filling. I was prepared for a root canal and crown but they were able to replace the filling for a surprisingly low cost. I was in and out in less than an hour.

Firstly, I would like to simply say that there are so many great dentist, but I have never been so happy with an entire office. Cassie at the front desk and had to help me with my insurance info, i think it my card was expired or something simple, but I was unaware, and so she called and made sure I could be seen, and to verify cost, because neither one of us wanted any surprises later by being billed because of non payment! She had them send me new cards, and that was so nice of her, she was very nice and very understanding. My dentist is Dr. Terry Hagen, he has got to be the nicest most professional dentist i have had. Id give him 10 out of five stars if i could. Hes funny, he tells jokes to make you calm down. I hate the dentist, but he makes it bearable. Hes honest and always tells me to make sure I take care of my teeth, and any concerns that he has from my x ray, and I always tell him Ill be back later. Hes my familys dentist for life, we arent going anywhere! 10 stars for Falcon Landing!

I cant express how wonderful Dr. Terry Hagen and his staff are! I hate going to the dentist, so unfortunately but the time I go, something is probably wrong and costly. I had a pain in my tooth that I feared was more than a cavity. I was sure he was gonna pull or Id have to get a root canal. Instead Dr. Hagen told me it was close but he could save this tooth with a filling. I was on the cusp of a rot canal and Im so glad they took the time to see me. I HIGHLY recommend this office. Super clean! But, most importantly, he prepped me for every shot, took the time to understand I hate needles, and gave me all the options to helped me make the right decision. Thank you Terry and your staff for a great experience!

I love the care my family receives at Falcon Landing! The staff always remember us and makes sure the experience is fun and painless for us all. They are friendly and really care about us, we are not numbers on a list, they call us all by name! My kids wear fun sunglasses and watch movies while they have their teeth cleaned. Its easy at Falcon Landing, and I trust them completely with our dental and Orthodontic care.

I have been going to Dr. Terry Hagen at Falcon Dental Group for two years now, and I love the level of professionalism and care that I receive from Dr. Hagen and his staff. I have transferred my entire familys dental care to Dr. Hagen. My son needed major gum scaling and they did an amazing job of making a kid who hates the dentist feel calm about having normally painful procedure completed.I highly recommend the office for Dr. Hagen as well as his amazing staff.

My 16 yr old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth cut (a rough experience for anyone young or old) they were amazing! professional and super efficient and even joking at the right times. I am a self-admitted nervous cat when it comes to the dentist. The staff at Falcon Landing Dental were sensitive to my needs and eased my nerves during my entire treatment plan. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a great dentist in Colorado Springs. Dr. Hagen even made sure my crown was done in a single visit, as they have the ability to create a custom crown on site within a matter of minutes. Was a great experience overall.

DR FERGUSON IS AMAZING! He is the periodontist. He worked seamlessly with the dentist to do an implant on my front top tooth that had been knocked out. Dr. Ferguson was able to place the implant in a way that allowed the dentist to create a temporary crown and place it that very same day (I didnt have to leave without a tooth there, or even one of those temporary flipper teeth). I didnt feel anything during the procedure and the recovery has been surprisingly painless considering the gum and bone grafts that needed to be done.One of the best parts is that Dr Ferguson was very generous to me as I do not have dental insurance.

Nice clean office, nice staff. Dr. Robert W. was very thorough, informative, attentive and careful. The dental assistant and X-ray tech Barbara was very nice and gentle. They were quick and easy to get in and out without sacrificing quality of service. Id say overall definitely a 5-star experience. I dont have a single complaint!

Dr. Hagen was very gentle with me which is a huge deal because I suffer from severe facial pain due to Trigemnal Neuralgia. He did a root canal and a crown on a canine. This is by far THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE! The staff are terrific, and make you feel very comfortable. The doctors have the BEST bedside manner and make you feel very at ease. Extremely disappointed in the service provided by this office. The dental assistant was extremely inexperienced. She consistently hit my bottom teeth with instruments as she entered and departed my mouth. I had to listen to the Dr. correct her when she used irrigation when it wasnt necessary, suction wasnt provided when needed.....causing the process to take much longer than normal. This same assistant seated my temporary tooth and did a horrible job. I have had enough dental work to know that the area needs to be extremely dry prior to seating a temporary and IT WASNT. Here we are two weeks later, and my temp has fallen out of my mouth in the middle of a meeting. When contacting the office, I was informed that the dentist was too busy to fix it himself because he had several new patients on the books for the day, so Id have an assistant replace it.They billed my insurance for work that was not done, when I inquired I was told this a normal process however; when Aetna called they labeled it a mistake. The staff was very crass about the process but has agreed to submit a revision.I thought that because I came from an outstanding dentist within this group that I could expect the same level of care from this provider and I was sorely mistaken. They were extremely nice, friendly and professional until a problem surfaced. I switched providers because I had an emergency and I wanted a dentist a bit closer to home, but I see that I certainly need to drive for quality. Back to Cheyenne Mountain Modern Dentistry I shall go where the staff is experienced, professional, and their billing coordinators have integrity.

Best place in town! Doctor Hagen was just great. professional, friendly and upbeat. Same with all the staff. He was very concerned about my pain. Their was none. He even stitched me up and I feel no pain the next day. Im pretty sure all the negative reviews are from the last owners. It was a great experience.

**Complete Scam** Spent thousands of dollars to have a root canal with a crown. One year later the crown broke straight down the middle and they will do nothing to fix it, not even a discount on the price. If youre looking here I would highly recommend instead using Todd Rodgers Dental 2465 Research Pkwy # 100. They not only have a much nicer office and better prices, they also offered me a discount to help offset the poor service of Falcon Dental.

Dr. Terry Hagen and team are a complete scam. Immediately upon entry they diagnosed with periodontal disease without even doing the initial cleaning and exam. Felt like a sales gimmick all the way to influence revenue for the company. 0 care or forthcoming on the matter from Dr. Hagen. Since, I have been to Audubon Dental and received no diagnosis or concern with periodontal disease issues. How could this be?

5 stars! I was greeted when I came in the door and then was offered a beverage and then only sat in the waiting area for about 90 seconds! It means a lot to me if I have an appointment with someone then they are ready to see me at the appointed time, not wait for another 30 minutes flipping through old magazines.My experience was fantastic and that was with a cavity filled. They made sure that I was comfortable and told me what they were doing when the were doing it so I was never in the dark.Great job guys! Plus they take Careington Ins!We will be back for sure!

Dentistry was OK some of the TECHs were great! The Financial handling however is horrible, Receipts are hardly ever correct, after a year of making payments I am still waiting on a detailed readable (for a lay person) Invoice. It should show all the details like you get from any other establishment, How much charged, how much paid, how much is owed. Never in my life of 70 years have I seen such a financial mess of money handling! The people there are trying but Ive been waiting a long time for it to be delivered. Yoda says: Do or Do not! there is no try !! Also I cant wear my new partial dentures to eat anything, I have to take them out to eat. I wear them so I dont have missing teeth in my smile! I hate that I am paying so much for something I cant use! So to have the financial part of this Bargain, (NOT) so mixed up is just another big Burr in the hide! if you know what I mean!!

They can’t seem to keep their dentists. I went there four times and had a cavity filled the last time. The dentist that filled it didn’t seem to care very much and got annoyed when I told him I was still feeling the drill. 6 months later I go to a new dentist and he says that the one here at falcon landing didn’t cover the original cavity and it has to be redone.

These gals and guys are fantastic! Their entire staff is warm and welcoming, making visiting the DDS as pleasant experience as it could be.Dr Cynthia does an amazing job with her dental care, she has taken extra time to make sure everything was explained and all options were explored.The billing side has been spot on with my insurance as well. I could not be happier with my dental care.

Stay away! Dishonest practice. My daughter went today and was told she had periodontal disease and needed to spend over $1000 for treatment. This is not true. She came for the new patient special, $59 cleaning and X-rays. The cleaning was a 15 minute job. Hardly cleaned the teeth. Stay away from this place. Very disappointed this dentist is so dishonest. A wasted 2 hours. All they want is your money, no concern for the patient.

I have been going to this location for several years now. The staff is polite, kind, and very prompt. I actually look forward to getting my 6 months cleanings. The staff took the necessary time to make sure that my filling was comfortable. The in house whitening is worth every penny. I get daily compliments on my newly white smile. The manager Angela made an excellent suggestion on an electric toothbrush that they sell in house. I couldnt be happier... unless they made you lunch... yep the only thing I could ask for.

Pain, Pain, Pain.😱😱😱 STAY AWAYI’m a 38 male and went in to clean an infected bone graft. The doctor never offered me any kind of anesthetic, even when he saw me shaking on the chair. I left the clinic and cried in my car. I was in shock.If you like pain, this is the perfect place for you. If you don’t, find another doctor.After this procedure was done, I asked for a refund so I could do the bone graft again at another clinic and after trying for months I got my refund denied.I assure you there are better clinics in Colorado Springs. The staff are friendly and patient in working with me to answer all of my questions. Cassie at the front desk is really friendly and helpful. In one visit I had two crowns put in, a root canal, and two fillings. Dr. Hagen and his assistant, Jennefer worked as fast as they could and they were really thurough in all everything they did.

Dr Hagen and his staff have always been awesome everytime I come in. I can truly say they care! Definitely will recommend them to anyone I meet that has dental needs!

I dont normally write reviews but I wanted to give these guys the great review they deserve! I never write reviews for places but my experience with falcon landing dental was better than any dentist Ive ever seen. I was in extreme tooth pain and they scheduled me to come in that day after not being able to get an appointment anywhere else. They were beyond friendly and understanding and they worked with my situation no problem. I ended up needing a root canal and crown, and Ive literally had small fillings done at other dentists that were more uncomfortable than the ROOT CANAL I received at falcon landing. Ive never had a better experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone

I have never had an experience worth raving about in a dental office — until I found Falcon Landing Dental Group. WOWS all around at the excellence in dental and human care delivery.I visited the Springs from out of town and found their office via my dental insurance. From my first call to the office to schedule an appointment, I felt like I was being taken care of at a standard of care unprecedented in my dental healthcare experience.Over the course of two visits (within one business week, super grateful they could accommodate me during my short trip!), I had a wisdom tooth removed by Dr. Blamires, an on-lay placed by Dr. Hagen, and a full cleaning, irrigation, and laser scaling done by Chitlada (RDH). These three practitioners are excellent at what they do: from reviewing my diagnostic exam and x-ray findings, reviewing my medical history, keeping me informed on all that was going on during treatment (especially while they were working intra-orally), being acutely attentive to my airway and breathing, educating me on the importance of maintaining my dental hygiene daily, and providing me with the knowledge and tools to do so — I couldn’t say “thank you!!!” enough.The assistive staff made complete the professional operation of the office. Lindsey and Catherine were the first faces to greet me warmly when I walked into the office; they were crystal clear and concise when reviewing administrative aspects of treatment (i.e. consent forms, finances, what to expect with treatment, accommodating my schedule on such short-term notice). Knowing I was going to have a longer visit on the day of my tooth removal and filling, Lindsey set me up with entertainment in the form of “Finding Nemo” — from my chair!The dental supportive staff were terrific in communicating with me, from small-talk while they set up equipment for treatment, to delivering patient education for dental hygiene while they worked on my teeth — this includes the technician conducting my initial x-ray imaging who was so brightly positive on a Monday morning, the dental assistant who answered my questions so thoroughly pre-op, who talked me through and gave her comforting touch on my shoulder during the inevitable uncomfortable part of my wisdom tooth removal, and the dental assistant who made sure my on-lay filling was placed perfectly with repeat imaging and consulting Dr. Hagen.Wows all around. I previously had such anxiety about walking into a dental office .... EVERYONE on this team of professionals played into vanquishing my anxieties. The quality and professionalism of services delivered was so impressive. They empowered me with the knowledge to continue taking care of my teeth at home daily. I can’t recommend this location after my experiences - I was frustrated, disappointed & annoyed with the whole process. Multiple other dentist visits later made it clear I was correct not to proceed with any other Falcon Landing appts.

The owner made a deal with me for treatment with my child, and totally backtracked on the entire arrangement. Also when contacted the owner and the office manager. They conducted themselves in a unprofessional manner pertaining to issues that had nothing to do with the services provided by the business.
