I brought my 1 year old in for a fever that his PCP couldn’t see him for due to their covid restrictions. We were welcomed in by a warm front line staff. It was a quick and smooth check in. I really want to highlight Chase(not sure of his title). His bedside manner was top notch. I loved that he spoke to my crying son and didn’t just jump into what he needed to do, this even included a covid test, which I was really nervous about. The physician was able to identify the problem and effectively explained to me plan of care for my little one.

Personally, I had a wonderful experience. I cant say the same for my daughter in law (same vehicle 😕). But, my video visit, tester and follow up video visit were all pretty smooth. And, this really meant so much because I was feeling horrible. So, their professionalism and precision care went a long way. Thank you Team Marque.

I was given good and fair treatment. The wait time was long but as is with most places. But once I was seen it was good and quick. I got the help they could offer until I could see my primary. So Im happy they did a great job!

I got swabbed for COVID. The results results were supposed to be ready within 15 min. I sat and waited 45 min still no results. I went back up to the front desk and asked heavy set girl with the glasses if my results were ready. She replied “Oh yea I just have to print them out. Give me a second” . The girl with the glasses at the front desk is rude . She needs to take a customer service skills course. If she wasn’t so busy chatting with co worker maybe she’d be able to do her job and print the results instead of having people waiting for an unnecessary amount of time. I do not recommend!

All staff at Marque Urgent care are great! From the receptionist who has a great positive attitude under difficult conditions to the X-ray tech and attendants inside- even though I am one of so many seen all day, they still have the energy to treat me as if I was their only patient of the day with much care and cheerful spirit.Thank you!

Dont trust the online pricing as it is quite frankly incorrect. Showed up for a physical (on the website claimed $50) had to pay $129 out off pocket. Took my ID to bill and told me to sit down. Waited over an hour just to realize they forgot about me. even after reminding them i still proceeded to wait for what seemed like forever. The service is just simply terrible. Very disorganized, staff doesnt seem to know whats going on. Very disappointing. Would not recommend Marque urgent care to anyone! Your needs obviously arent very urgent to them.

I am very impressed with the quality of care at this facility and the compassion and empathy of the staff members. I visited this facility on 4/15. I did not get the name of the intake nurse, she is wonderful and got my information inputted quickly and my husband and I waited for about 10 minutes in a very comfortable waiting room. I had fallen and needed to get a gash in my lip checked along with my knees. Jessica took great care of me, checking my BP and getting a brief history as to what happened. Karen, the PA on duty is excellent; very caring and thorough. She was very encouraging and knowledgeable. She called to check up on me the next morning. I really appreciated that, and we chatted for a few minutes. Donovan, another nurse, cleaned up my face and did not hurt me at all. I have a follow-up on Tuesday with Karen to be sure all is well. This is a very well run facility with excellent staff members. Highly recommend.

The place is clean and they took care of my issue right away. Friendly staff, I would definitely use their services again if need be.

The people there are very nice. I thought I would be there for a couple hours but that was not the case. They tried there best to get me in and out as fast as possible. The nurse was very nice. For a UC packed with people overall it was pleasant, fast and great people working there.

Everyone was genuinely nice and caring. Great customer service. Friendly staff:). It was our first time there.

Karen was very kind and considerate regarding my visit. She even did a follow-up call the next day to find out how I was doing. People are very professional, patient and friendly, this place is not the typical urgent care , these people treat you like they know you and with care. Starting From the front desk , the wait was not very long . They deserve a 5 star

Do not come here for your covid vaccine appointment. They make you pick a time and then when you show up at your appointment time they say appointments don’t actually matter and that it’s just to “reserve a spot.” Meaning that someone with an appointment later than yours will get seen before you and you’re basically operating on their time. The only plus is the friendly staff, but I would honestly go somewhere else that actually respects appointment times, especially when your insurance is paying for it.

I got there with my Mom and they got us in almost immediately. All the employees always have a great attitude even while their customers don’t. Just amazing! The facility is ridiculously clean and they take the Covid transfer situation seriously. I wish I could use them as my General Practice Doctors office. I’m fine with whoever they assign to me. Thank you for what you do.

The entire experience was great. From the front office personnel to the medical practitioners--- all excellent. Additionally, I was delighted to receive a call the following day from the Doctor that saw me. The doctor followed up with me regarding my wellness, changes with my injury and if there were adverse reactions to the meds. I really appreciate the service that Eastlake Marque Urgent care provided me.

We are not from the chula vista area. We were just visiting family when our son had an accident and ended up with a head lac. We literally walked up to the door and they put us in a room immediately. My son was seen and treated with stitches within 15 mins of arriving. The staff was great and friendly. Dr. Walker was amazing and quick. I cant tell you enough how great our experience was being that this was an emergent situation with a screaming 2 year old. They were very well prepared and made it so easy for us. Thank you!!

The process went efficiently. Our appointment time was honored or maybe a little early, the paperwork was not long and invasive, and our technician was amiable and answered our questions to our satisfaction. You all hit the RARE trifecta!

The staff was professional and friendly. However, they seemed overwhelmed by the amount of patients showing up with appointments, many at the same time. Marquee should not overbook people requesting the covid vaccine shot or to take a covid test. Most people waited outside in a chair, standing around the pillars or in their car. It was just too crowded.

Best blood work ever by the male with tats. It was the first time I’ve never had it never hurt when the needle goes in he must of done a magic trick being so experienced. It seems like they keep the potential covid people from going in the building which is comforting if your concerned.

I was notified and registered very quickly. staff was very courteous and professional. I recommended Marque Urgent Care to many of my friends and family.

Service was quick and professional. They even had someone contact me afterwards to ensure that my information was correct and find out if I needed any additional assistance or had any questions.

I was tested for COVID 19 and never received notification of my results. They have my email and cell number on file. I called them multiple times and THEY NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. I then tried to leave a message multiple times and their mailbox is always full. This is no way to run a business, there is ZERO interaction with the patient unless one is to go knock on their door a second time.

I had a very positive experience. Staff were friendly, prompt and professional.

Dr Walker is amazing. He made me feel welcomed and guided me carefully as he was examining me, so I knew exactly what he was doing and why. I felt at ease the whole time. Just like any urgent care, theres a wait time, but its well worth it. I checked in online and it was super easy to just wait and be called.

PA listened carefully as I explained my symptoms, understood what was going on, and followed through on getting me the appropriate medication. Polite, professional, and thorough!

Please avoid this place if you actually might have a serious medical issue! They mis-diagnosed me , had a EKG done because I had some light headedness, doctor didnt know how to read the EKG data ...then they sent me to Sharp Emergency Room because he said it was irregular? ..Sharp ER doctors laughed at these guys after reading their documentation they wrote up, after thorough testing at the hospital nothing was wrong with me and said EKG was flawless. Doctor said the light headedness was from lack of iron..took some vitamins Im great now...so like I said Please avoid these doctors, save your time and avoid the unnecessary stress with these pre-med student doctors 😡🤬 ....fyi have friends who went here too and same complaints..

Very fast and reliable service.I was so sick and they took me in right away.Dr. hirt called me within the hour through zoom. I have medicine and a prescription within a few hours.******************——————————————-Update a few months later...Had a home accident and needed stitches.They took me in immediately, doctor stitched me up, and did an amazing job. I was in an out in less than an hour.All of the STAFF was AMAZING and friendly.Saved me HOURS if I would have gone to the E.R.

I really liked how the doctor listened to my symptoms and medical history to make the diagnosis. I’m asymptomatic with UTIs and because of that often end up in the ER with a kidney infection. I was grateful that the Marque doctor took that all in to account and we worked together to get me the treatment I needed.The staff was kind and courteous.

This location is amazing!! They get to you fast and super friendly. There follow up is great even late at night.

I am 79 yrs of age and in all visits to an Urgent Care this is the best experience I have had!The staff from the front desk through the back office staff are so friendly, efficient, polite and caring. The waiting room was very clean as well as the exam rooms.Dr. Wilson was very thorough and had a great bedside manner!Oscar, is a Jack of all Trades, he not only fulfilled the exam room responsibilities but did the x-ray also.All of the discharge orders were well explained and medications ordered properly.I am a retired RN and have worked in many venues of the medical field and I can say this was the best!

Excellent service starting with the folks at the front desk, medical assistants, and the doctors and physician assistant (PA) personnel.

Everyone was very sweet. When you do not feel well it’s really nice to have people that work there to be caring. Even said they hope I feel better when we left. Good customer service is so hard to come by these days.

From patients point of view, Harssison at Eastlake Marque is the best. Even longer wait time, totally worth it as a patients.

In the midst of Covid chaos, I needed urgent care for my daughters foot (toenail removal). Marque Urgent Care Eastlake staff were QUICK in their efforts to aid us. I would 100% recommend this location for all of your urgent care needs.

Dr. Kuykendall and his staff were amazing. Very professional, but also with a great bedside manner. The doctor’s assessment of my injury was thorough, and treatment was quick. Karina in he front office was very helpful, from walking me through the intake process to confirmation of my prescription at the pharmacy, and she was very understanding of everyone in the lobby. It was an extremely pleasant experience. Even though I was at an Urgent Care, it still turned out being an easy Sunday morning.

Called at 4:00 pm and made a reservation. They said 6:00 pm. So I waited and arrived on time, it’s 8:00 pm and I’m still waiting. I’m a mother of three and I’m pregnant, can’t waste 2 hours + of my day. Not worth it. It’s better to go to the ER.

My husband got bitten by a dog and it tore his eyelid and scratched his eye. We dont have any insurance and of course it was on a Saturday night I found this urgent care. Not only were they able to see us almost immediately but from the moment I called, and we walked through the door and throughout the procedure every single person was super friendly, super helpful, and totally amazing. The girls at the front desk Marilyn and Ty were super sweet and absolutely understanding. The physicians assistant, who is better than most doctors Ive ever been to,. Harrison Kuykendall PA-C (physician assistant) had better technique, better bedside manner, and more kindness and humility than any doctor Ive ever been to. We will spend the money to come here for anything more than cough and flu to see him. It was a very delicate procedure that took a lot of patience and kindness especially for a big guy who doesnt like needles, they made him feel totally at ease and took the time to put him first. I could go on and on but the nurse Abel and another one,I didnt catch her name unfortunately, were superb she had to give my husband a tetanus shot and we distracted him while she gave it to him and he didnt even know he had gotten a shot, really amazing!!! Love you all

Everyone is super nice and helpful. I came in as a walk in and was seen very quickly. I also made an appointment for my daughter and they let me change it and move it up so I wouldn’t have to drive back from home. I would highly recommend this place because they seem to care more about the patients than the money. Great people.

The front office staff was very cordial. During the covid 19 the place was consistently sanitized. I received great care by Harrison, PA.

The male nurse is rude, very poor people skills for his field. I was quiet and in pain, no yelling or being disrespectful or rude. Patients deserve better service.

I live close by so I come here whenever I am sick or any other medical issues. There is never that long of a wait which is awesome. The waiting room is nice. The employees are always friendly and caring. They do follow up calls and genuinely seem to care. I would definitely recommend.

Worst clinic ever. I made an appointment to get screened for COVID. Not only did they not ever provide me with a zoom link for the virtual appointment, they sent me a text they were running behind AND THEN they failed to give me a heads up before hand that my new scheduled time was actually not available and that is why they never sent me a link. I then spoke to a nurse the next day who scheduled me to get screened. I waited for 45 min in the hot sun to get tested . I was told it would take 3-5 days to get my results. Finally on the 5th day (today) I got a text saying that my results were in. I was told I had to schedule and appointment with the provider however they do not have anything available until 2 days from now and given my experience with the other online visit I didn’t want to schedule or wait that long to get my results. I called and the lady at the front desk said she was not allowed to discuss my results with me, only the provider was. So now it’s been all day and I am still waiting for the provider to contact me. Oh also they don’t close until 8pm so looks like I’m going to have to wait a few more hours. I also came here in September of 2019. I have a fear of doctors offices and when I had to get my bloodwork I was anxious and scared. The doctor made fun of me for being so scared and then proceeded to shame me given the reason of my visit asking “why didn’t I come in sooner”. Worst customer service ever, I do not recommend this place to anyone .

When I was scheduled I was told that it was a drive-thru testing site, so does the website. I was extremely disappointed to learn otherwise. Upon arrival there were about eight people standing in line waiting to be tested. The gentleman I stood behind was extremely sick,he was coughing uncontrollably and struggling to breathe. He asked if he could be able to go to his car and wait to be tested in which they agreed. When they went to the car and tested him he passed out behind the wheel. It was disheartening to see that no medical attention was given to this gentleman whatsoever and the staff was very much aware of his condition. They walked away as though nothing was wrong, didnt call for any medical assistance for him or anything. This gentleman was so sick he couldnt even drive his car, he was still sitting in the parking lot when I left almost an hour later. It wasnt until I asked the staff to please provide medical attention to him that someone finally checked on him and offered him some cold water. He was sitting there with his head leaning back gasping for air, you can see his throat moving up and down up and down and he was fighting really hard to breathe. I felt very much in danger as far as my health is concerned I am a 60 year old with high-risk medical condition and being there put me in a very dangerous situation and others as well. I dont understand why you are advertised as drive thru when that is not true. Some of us are doing our very best to do our part and protect ourselves as well as others and that situation puts us at risk.

We were the last patients and we were in need of a doctor for an infection. Marque Medical was the only one open till late and it was worth the drive from the south. Receptionist, medical assistant and doctor were all pleasant and that made us more at ease despite any pain and discomfort. Very informative and encouraging staff and would definitely recommend friends and neighbors to go there especially if late at night. Thank you Marque Medical.

It was clean facility and they attended me quickly. The MA was nice and took vitals correctly.The doctor that helped was so nice and had amazing bedside manners and did not have me in the room waiting for a long period of time. He prescribed me medication and when i got to pharmacy i had no issues. It was an amazing experience especially since i was feeling really sick. I took the medication and i feel so much better. I will definetly go there again

I set up an appointment as a new patient so easily and quickly! I used telehealth and it was very efficient, i got an appt. same day. Next day I went to the curbside service for COVID testing. Only took 2 minutes! All staff were polite and helpful.

I felt horrible and turned out to have the flu. Everyone was very compassionate and did their best to make me feel as comfortable as possible. Now if there can be a better way to TEST for flu the visit would have been perfect

The staff is always very friendly and doctors are always pleasant. We recently came in and were seen within the hour. I was impressed with how smooth the process went from check-in to check-out. Dr. Walker is very thorough and I am glad he was available at the time because my family is familiar with him since we used to also go to the same clinic when they were Partners Care. Great improvement from management especially the assistant to the manager who was very very helpful and friendly. Cons? None so far

I am so lucky that Marque is 2 minutes from my home. I didn’t have to wait in Urgent Care for hours upon hours. I walked in with a severe infection, got my diagnosis and got a shot to hold me over until I filled my prescription the next morning. The team was amazing!!!!!

I had a virtual appointment and no one showed up to it. I really needed the appointment and I also wish I would have gotten a nice professional heads up.

Got there 10 min before they closed on a Saturday night. Took us in without hesitation. They save me a trip to the ER. They took an x-ray in my sons elbow and confirm that he had no fracture. We were seen in a fairly fast time and were out in no time without feeling rushed,thanks great experience.
