This time I felt that I have found the right PCP. She had taken off where me and my first two PCP had left off, I felt that she was truly concerned with my on going issues, she made me feel like that she actually cared for my well being. She was quick to get back with me via email response. I see that she is caring for her patients and is able to give you a response by the end of the day.

I had a great experience! Very nice staff and it was a breeze getting an appointment there. All of my questions and concerned answered! They also accept Tricare

I took my sister in law for 8:30am appt. and they took her in right away. The doctor is very pleasant and took her time at explaining the results of her previous test. Treating her as a patient not a number, she like that.

Such a bad place!!! Tried to establish primary care here and made a appointment 1 week ahead of time. Arrived early on my appointment time and The receptionist told me she just tried to call me because they dont take my insurance. They had a whole week to call me & they lied to me about trying to call me day of appointment. This was my only day off & and I needed a refil my medication that day. So now Im screwed without my meds & need to wait a week until my next day off. Very rude & unprofessional staff. I would not considered going here if I were you!

Friendly staff and finally a Dr. with great bedside manners. Had a very good visit, thorough and efficient! I highly recommend this facility and the Doctors.

You can’t go wrong with any of the Perlman Clinic locations around San Diego, however their newer Chula Vista location is my go to urgent care. Always clean and the doctors are very caring. I never have to wait when I book an appointment ahead of time online.

The team is great, friendly, caring and always available/willing to help. I love that the front desk staff knows my name even though Ive only been there few times. Ive been having issues receiving care and support from the VA (since 2014), but (Dr.) Alonso Chan, PA-C has ALWAYS been supportive of me and has given me hope that I will receive the care and resources I need. Takes a lot of stress off of me and my caregiver so I can focus on getting better instead of time and stress of advocating for myself. You will feel like home and family here. They always return my calls and usually have same day appointments. Thank you EVERYONE at Perlman Clinics throughout San Diego!!! 😘🤗

I love this clinic. Recently chose this clinic as my primary and they are awesome. Very efficient and on schedule and they take their time and listen.

I was so excited to hear that this clinic open up another office in Chula Vista. I can now go to refill my prescriptions much more conveniently at an office that I already trust. I’ve been to two other of their locations and I imagine that this one will be just as great. From the outside it already looks super nice and clean. And as always when I called to make an appointment the staff was friendly.

The day after Christmas, I went to three places and each had wait time of three hours or more. By luck and chance we drove by this clinic that is within two blocks of two other urgent clinics. We were able to get seen right away, and most importantly received excellent and courteous service. Bonus: the clinic is next to a pharmacy, and we were able to walk over after the visit to pick up the Rx the clinic called over for us. Definitely keeping this place on file for future urgent care needs.

Today I was feeling really lousy at work and so I called to make an appointment with my doctor at Perlman Clinic. I was around the Chula Vista area and lucky for me they just opened this office. While I was hesitant of trying a different location I was pleasantly surprised that it felt like I was at my own doctors office. The care and attentiveness the doctor provided me was great. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area!

I had an amazing experience here. The staff was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable at my visit. I am afraid of needles but this was one of my best experiences with a blood draw and a vaccine. Not to mention PA Chan listened to all of my concerns and addressed them accordingly. I am looking forward to continue with this clinic with any of my health concerns. GREAT PLACE!

This office is beautiful! I have been under the care of Perlman Clinic for a few years and recently moved to Chula Vista. They finally have a clinic closer to my house and I cannot be more excited. Not a surprise this new clinic has professional staff and an inviting atmosphere.

I have been coming to this urgent care in Chula Vista since it first opened up. I hated my regular urgent care I had been going to for years so I was beyond elated when I heard another reputable facility was opening up within a mile from my house. The doctors are amazing and the clinic is always clean and cozy.

From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and like everyone there genuinely cared about me and my health. Going to the doctor doesn’t seem like a chore when you come here!

This office is well taken care of. The staff is super efficient and they always accommodate to your needs. Definately recommend this clinic!!

It is embarrassing but I really want to share my beyond amazing experience I had at Perlman Clinic a few weeks ago. I had never had a urinary tract infection before so needless to say I freaked out a bit when I had pain in that area. My mom said it was most likely a UTI and told me to go to an urgent care. She did some research and found this Perlman Clinic location near my house. The doctor I saw didn’t make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable, in fact she said UTI are some of the most common things she sees in women my age coming to their clinic. Two weeks later all the pain is gone. Thanks so much!!

This clinic opened recently and I could not be happier with the care I have received here. They treat their patients with the upmost respect but at the same time remain fast and efficient with their service.

My daughter wasn’t feeling well so I brought her into Perlman Clinic. To my surprise they diagnosed her with strep throat. I had previously brought her to a different urgent care that had said she was suffering from the common cold. I won’t ever go back to that other doctor ever again. I’ll be coming back to Perlman Clinic.

We go here and the attention is good the only problem is there make us some blood test and send it to LabCorp a week later call us and said for some reason the blood test are not completed and the we need go again but this time to the lab without extra charge and when we go to the lab they try charge us again and when they call the perlman office they said they can charge us again so we need call again after by in the lab for 2 hrs waiting and the girl in the front desk the perlman don’t have idea where is our original blood also dont have idea about the payment about nothing they make us wait in the lab and said we call you back the people in the lab said they never send our blood. My husband lost 2 days from work

Two stars because the staff is friendly and I’ve had good experiences at the Hillcrest Perlman in the past. Doctor was also very attentive and thorough. Unfortunately their issue is with their processes. After taking both my wife and I’s blood and sending to Labcorps, we received a call the following week from the doctor stating some tests had been missed or our specimens had been lost (was told both at different times). Was asked to come in the following Monday for paperwork I could bring directly to Labcorp to redraw blood and complete the missing tests. Upon arrival to Labcorp the next morning we were told we would be billed again. After having Labcorp call the office he confirmed that Perlman did in fact state we were to be billed again. This is not what we were told by Perlman staff. I had to call back myself and explain to Perlman that that was incorrect. They told Labcorp and I that they would figure it out and to standby for confirmation. I decided to drive into the Perlman office myself to straighten it out. On my way I received a callback from Perlman staff (call center) who were extremely rude stating this was all my fault and I was confused and mistaken. If I could give the Perlman call center negative stars I would as they were the worst part of Perlman I dealt with. Extremely unprofessional, poorly trained, and lacked knowledge, avoiding questions they did not have an answer to getting defensive when they did not know. I believe her name was Marta. Last I checked, I was a patient and not responsible for drawing and sending in blood. I pay my copay and the clinic takes care of billing issues they may have with a 3rd party lab, not me. Upon arrival at this clinic, the staff apologized profusely, took blood from my wife and I, and said they would do their best to resubmit and clear up any billing issues. Again to summarize, my main issue is with their lab work being contracted out to Labcorp which in my opinion is run very unorganized and deserves their own one star review. Maybe I am expecting too much from an urgent care clinic, but Perlman hardly met my expectations and I will be taking my care elsewhere from now on.
