The nicest, caring, and thorough doctor I’ve had. Helped me get through my mammograms, colonoscopy, and keeps me going. 😊

Dr. Lozano is great, they try to accomodate everyone so the wait is a little long but schedule your appointments at end of day, the wait is worth it. Another doctor, who was awful Toledo ignored my gallbladder symptoms for over 1 year, Lozano ordered an ultrasound and I was diagnosed within 4 days and referred me to a surgeon. If it wasnt for her, I would have suffered much longer. She doesnt play around, she orders whatever tests are needed.

Go somewhere else. Dr. Lozano is below average doctor. Not a thorough doctor. Everything to her is normal. I ended up having pneumonia. Go somewhere else!

I was kept waiting for 1 1/2 hours. Once the doctor walked in, there was no apology or thanks for waiting. Then her office staff, after receiving one test result, said theres nothing wrong with you. Ah yeah, I have a type of COPD and constant coughing with discolored mucous. Im sure Im just fine. Now Ive been trying to get my records transferred to a new pulmonologist. As expected, no luck yet.

Im 23 years old. when i was about 14-15 years old i fell playing volleyball and hurt my knee and i couldnt walk at all and i went to dr lozano, and she took a quick look at my knee and was like oh your fine your young just walk it off!throughout those next couple years my knee cap would pop out here and there, and AGAIN she said pretty much the exact same thing. i moved to VA, and i saw another dr at the age of 20, the dr felt my knee around took xrays, mri, and LITERALLY said wow whoever told you to walk it off was NOT a dr, you have a torn ACL torn Miniscus and your patella is almost flipped i dont even know how your walking!i had to get a surgery. and now i have a screw in my knee!thanks not so dr lozano!!
