The Service was very quick, and so was the process. I applied for my medical marijuana card online and got connected to the licensed medical health professionals. Soon , they provided me with my MMJ card approval. Highly recommended to everyone!

I judged them based on their positive reviews and it was a mistake. I’m frustrated and disappointed in the way I was handled as a customer. Let me first put it out that they are a scam. They are not ‘quick’ and do not offer an easy ‘full refund’. I had to talk to 3 different people just so I could get a refund because I did not get my recommendation on time. I do not recommend this clinic at all.

Feeling cheated. I spoke to Miles. He affirmed that I will get a MMJ card after evaluation. They first charged me for seeing the doctor and then again asked for money to get a pdf copy of the recommendation. No pdf, no recommendation, no refund. Stay away, these people are scammers.

Beware! Avoid this site!Im not sure what these other reviews are about but this place was terrible!I submitted the application in the morning. The site says 10 minutes or 30 minutes, depending on where you look. After 30 minutes I contacted them and they told me I would have the recommendation within a couple of hours. Three hours later I tried to contact them via the live chat on their site (the same way I had spoken with them earlier) but there was no response to any of my messages even though their system said they were online. Several hours later tried to contact them, again without any response, so I opened a case with PayPal to get my money back since they were apparently unable to provide the products and services that they promised.I would give zero stars if I could because by all indications, this is some sort of scam.

I approach them around 3 days back and nobody contacted back, you can see how irresponsible they guys are. When I asked for a refund, but they clearly said no to refund. I wish I could rate them with a zero star rating.

It was really a good experience. I dont need to visit any office or need to make any appointments. They approved me soon for Medical Marijuana Card after the evaluation process.
