Holy HELL the customer service here is ATROCIOUS. Its a VERY abusive environment! -- Please do not do business with these shady owners and staff team youll have a better time finding an actual kind and welcoming environment

Subpar facility with shady practices ( therapists having sexual relationships with kids, fraudulent notes for billing), clinical director therapist Dawn Jennings and her illegitimate son are frauds. Sadly care more about taking in foster children to receive money than providing actual trauma informed care. Therapist beware of this woman as she will not sign any hours as well as discriminate towards people of color( Asian, African American, middle eastern ). Facility will be run smoothly without current clinical director . Report fraud whenever it occurs please.

Hello,Im here to inform everyone to beware of this facility, Ive sent family members here only for them to be treated poorly by the hands of the incompetent staff & administrators here.The behavioral training and mental health services New alternatives administer are even more detrimental to clients mental health as their standards of treatment are belittling & impolite behavior; making the clients feel bitter and miserable.I believe there needs to be a new admin team in place in this company otherwise; there cannot possibly be a good future for it.- Martin J

This place was fine at first but as you settle in you see how this place is a joke. my life was already upside down from traumas from my past. Staff can be abusive verbally and even physically at times and there’s nothing done to them once the damage has been done. you can report it but it goes no where. If you did have a good experience here, you and I both know you saw something that wasn’t normal. This place is and the system itself is made to make you fail. All you have is yourself in there.

I spent a couple years living in there and I was great.

Best place ive ever lived. Run really wella f staff really care.

They allow people facing criminal charges to council young adults. Very poor choice making on who they hire.
