I prefer giving this place absolutely no stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. Save your money and do not go there. I called to get quote for cool sculpting for under chin, they refused to give quote over the phone so I went in for consultation. They looked at my face for 2 seconds without a mask and said yes your a great candidate. They recommended I do 2 treatments 1 month apart to see the best results (it made since so I I was going to pay $1500 for 2 sessions. The next day I went in for the actual procedure and as she was about to start she tells me that My chin is not super big so she will do the right half of the chin 1st and then the left half (also made sense) and then I was told each side is considered an individual procedure so $1500 just for today. My jaw dropped because now I’m spending double the cost. And when I raised a concern she goes “oh they didn’t tell you that yesterday?” And in my head I was like who is they she is referring to she is the one who saw my face the day before. And the. She tells me your so small you definitely don’t need more than 1 procedure so you don’t have to come a month later this will all go away after today. And then I was like “they were you telling me yesterday I absolutely need 2 and scheduled me for 2 appointments????? Literally consultation was just to take my non-refundable deposit so that I get stuck with the procedure. Very disappointed.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Literally the best facility in Chicago! I was a first timer for a few of their services and their entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional. Lisa and Katie are simply AMAZING. I wish I would have come in much, much sooner. Their office staff goes above and beyond to help accommodate my crazy schedule and everyone is so friendly and personable.

I had such an amazing luxury experience getting Botox with Lisa. Not only did she provide excellent service, she also took the time to give me education about preventative measures specific to my skin and lifestyle. Such as sunscreen ingredients, daily antioxidant consumption, and what to make sure I have in my daily moisturizer.I truly learned a lot of useful information that I consider priceless.On top of being extremely professional, Lisa also was personable and light hearted. We shared a few laughs and I definitely plan on going back to her again and again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I found this med spa through Google and picked it because of its high rating. Let me tell you, they deserve it! Rachel and Laura took such good care of me during my coolscultping appointment and even introduced me to emsculpting! The staff is all so lovely, and the office is spotless. Theyve absolutely made a returning customer out of me!

My face has never looked better. I see Rachel on an almost monthly basis because I cannot get enough. First of all, everyone that works there is so extremely nice and welcoming whenever I visit. Second, Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and only suggests what is actually necessary/would be helpful for my skin. I have been for dermaplaning, microneedling, and botox so far and plan on adding more treatments down the line. Rachel has also recommended game changing products that I have noticed the difference in my skin within months. THANK YOU!

I love this place. They have best services, good promotions, and their nurses and aestheticians are well-trained, educated and give you great guidance in the best treatment for you. I have been going to Rachel Kwall for hydrafacials and dermaplaning and she does such a good job. I have many friends that routinely go to her for Botox, too. I plan on getting more treatments at Concierge in the future.

I had an oxygen facial with Samantha and it was amazing! She listened to my what my skin concerns were and tailored my facial to what i needed and my skin looked amazing afterwards!

I got my lashes lifted and tinted and what a great experience. Ive had this procedure done at other places, and Cellular Intelligence does it best. I love not having to curl my lashes and hardly even have to put mascara on b/c of the tint. I would highly recommend CI and go back again.

Allie is amazing. It is evident that she is not only passionate about her work, but she also truly wants her clients to feel good about themselves. Allie took the time to educate me on a skin care regime, and it was a very pleasant experience. Not to mention, the office has a wonderful and calming atmosphere. Will definitely come back.

I have been coming to Cellular Intelligence for years, and the experience never disappoints. Diane is wonderful, and I leave with glowing skin (dermaplane) and great recommendations for how to maintain.

It is the worse experience in my life. I was charged a lot of money for coolsculpting procedure and I had no results whatsoever. Trying to reason personal that it was unacceptable and something should be done about it went no way, which i think its highly unprofessional. So, what I see is this place is all about money and, as soon as they got paid, they really dont care about you.Updates:I wrote my first review almost 2 months ago. Since then, I left to Europe, where I am still now. I visited 3 specialists, telling that I would like to have a coolsculpting in the same area, which I did with this office. All three of them told that no way the coolsculpting would help me because I have too much fat that coolsculpting would be worthless and I need totally different approach.

I had the pleasure of getting a facial from Katie L. She was very knowledgeable with the procedures she was doing on me. She informed me of the benefits of the treatments and let me know what I had to do at home to keep the results and what treatments I’d befit in the future! My skin has never felt this soft before! Highly recommend a micro peel with dermaplaning and antioxidant/ oxygen infusion! Make your appointment with Katie!

Everything was so clean and nice. The staff were exceptional to my friend and I. So easy to make an appointment.

Visited today initially for a consultation for Coolsculpting, but also got Botox injections in my jaw to help my TMJ and in my left eyebrow to fix the unevenness (caused by one brow being stronger than the other). The nurse who did my injections was super understanding and very accommodating of what I wanted and answered all of my questions and concerns about all procedures I was interested in. She explained to me what exactly I’ll need to have done to get the results I want, and we started with small injections to see what will work best for me. I definitely plan on coming back for all future cosmetic services!

I started off with a groupon and checked this place out. I really like Beth whos being doing my derma flash treatments. Shes been great and my face is clearing up.

Waste of time.I told my girlfriend about micro derm-needling. She went to this spot who told her they could not tell her how much it cost until they see her. I warned her that’s a red flag and not to spend more a specific $.She paid $200 & was pleased.My experience wasn’t pleasant. Was advised $300 a single session and never has it been less.What a shame after my girlfriend just recently went for her visit here. Foul business from a business owner. I highly recommend if your seeking to visit this place, okay sure. Yet I highly recommend not telling you very late past of cosmetic surgeries as I see they size your wallet as my girlfriend who went had never had anything done besides breast augmentation.Aside of that, the staff is nice. The facility is small. Yet clean environment.I’m disappointed that my valuable time has been wasted. And okay, I do not write many reviews unless I’m super happy as a touring Model & Actress and wish to re visit or not specific places, also share with others my personal experience.What a waste of uber xl, gas, ozone!
