I’d give this place 10 stars if I could. Enfuse is simply the best. They were incredibly flexible with me booking and rescheduling my hair restoration during Covid. When it came time to for the procedure, Kevin was with me every step of the way. The techs who did the procedure did a phenomenal job (Maria and Sonia, I think). Plus, Kevin was super responsive to my questions after the procedure, which gave me extra peace of mind (especially as I don’t live in Chicago). I’m coming back later this year, and I couldn’t be more excited. Thanks, Enfuse!

LOVE this place! Shannon is the best esthetician ever, also best eyelashes out there. I’ve never received so many compliments on my lashes before. She listens to exactly what you want for your lash look. 100% recommend.

Had been going to Enfuse for years - started going back after I received my COVID vaccine.In the last session with Patti in Summer 2021, I was burned in several places across my body. Called right after my appointment and was told it was histamine reaction. Ive been getting laser hair removal for 5+ years, and I am familiar with the various reactions skin can have to treatment. These were definitely burns. I followed up a few weeks later with photos showing the scars from the burns and did not receive any response.The burns were relatively small, but they have remained as scars even months out. I feel lucky to have gotten off with just that.

Everyone at Enfuse has been a godsend. I had pretty bad scarring from acne years ago and had no idea that the scars could be treated with lasers, peels, and other treatments. Patti the owner is patient, friendly, and seems to have seen and heard everything before so I felt completely comfortable sharing my skin issues that I previously had found embarrassing. I’ve done treatments here with IPL, micro pen, skin pen, peels, and will continue to go to these guys. I also get my dysport done here with Diana and have been super happy with the results. These guys are LGBTQ+ friendly and in general just seem to go out of their way to make patients feel welcome and appreciated. The spa is always very clean and the atmosphere in general is very chill. Talk to Kevin at the front desk, he books everything and is incredibly knowledgeable. I’ve had friends go in for hair transplants consults too so I know they offer that as well and I’ve heard good things in regards to results. Can’t recommend enough.

I’ve been seeing Kat for all my skincare needs for years! She’s so professional and great at explaining my options based on my skin concerns. She has transformed my skin!! I especially love seeing her for laser and brow lamination services! Enfuse is such a comfortable and friendly environment and every visit leaves me feeling way better than when I walked in!

I had microblading done with Irene, and I absolutely love the results, she was very professional, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at ease, as I was nervous about getting this done. I also use an eyelash curler daily, well not anymore. II went back for a lash lift and tint and couldn’t be more thrilled at the outcome. I have recommended all my friends and family to Irene. In the future, I consult with her, for all of my beauty needs. Irene gets an A+ 💯 in my books👍🏼

I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love Irene. She’s very thorough, professional and you can tell she really cares about what she’s doing for her clients. I’ve seen her for several different laser procedures over the years, as well as micro blading and facials. She offers great advice in skin care and is never too pushy with products. Also, Kevin in the front office is an absolute gem! I’ve seen Diana several times for Botox and fillers as well and have always been satisfied with her services. Thank you Enfuse staff!

I have been here a few times for laser hair removal and microblading. Irene is very professional, attentive and knowledgeable. Both are painless procedures and my results are amazing every time.

It’s been a few years since I e been there. I got micro blading done. Irene did my micro blading. She failed to communicate to me that if you have very little hair it’s not gonna work that well. It looked great at first...then it started to heal and chip off, which I think is normal, but after, there was barely any pigment left. I was back to my normal sparse eye brows and now I had what looked like staines on my skin. I had to go back several times for her to keep correcting it. Fast forward a few years later. Now I have less eyebrows because the micro blading ruined the little hair that I did have. Now I have blotches of reddish staines where I used to have hair. Irene really dropped the ball here. She should have said that micro blading is not for everyone instead of wanting the money.

Stop searching cuz Enfuse is the place to go! I received a hair restoration service back in September. As a trans feminine person and hairdresser my receding hairline was an extreme insecurity of mine. For years I wished there was a way to fill in the gaps. Well my wish came true because of Enfuse Med Spa!!!I had the pleasure of consulting with Kevin who right of the bat made me feel not only welcome but as though I was a regular VIP guest. Kevin answered any and all of my questions and I knew right away I was in great hands.My hair has reached the 4 month mark and is really starting to grow and shine.Thank you Enfuse!!!!! I have been going to Enfuse for about 8 years now and have done about half the services from tattoo removal, laser hair removal, facials/peels to (my favorite) injections!Dianna is a wizard of Botox and fillers! She is thorough with her consultations and always achieves what I’m looking for. When I get fillers injected into my lips, they are so natural and plumped! And my skin just looks so much better when I get a fresh round of Botox. Not to mention, my make up just glides on!Shout out to Patti and Kevin for making everyone feel comfortable in their business. So easy to talk to with whatever questions I have about services and products! I send EVERYONE TO Enfuse and will continue to!

I hate leaving reviews. Usually there is no point and I become speechless, HOWEVER, today It was necessary. I sat with Patti, she addressed all my concerns. She was attentive, gentle and made sure my comfort was a priority. I won’t lie, some parts hurt but I did ask for it, so thank you. The pain is worth it all, once you get a glimpse in the mirror, you might just love yourself a little bit more, and will what to show off to any and all. It was also a good time, feeling like you’re in a room with a friend you’ve had for years. I’m just so incredible impressed. Thank you!!

I came in and had laser hair removal for the first time and i can not express enough how amazing the staff was especially LPN Linda. From the moment I checked in to the moment I walked out, everyone was so attentive and walked me through the whole process step by step. I was nervous not knowing how painful this would be but they put my worries at ease and before I knew it, it was all over. Thank you for such beautiful service. I’m definitely returning to complete my sessions and will be seeing Linda. I highly recommend this place.

Best. Decision. Ever.I was so nervous to try Botox but Diana did an amazing job. My only regret was waiting so long. I thought I was too young for Botox but I was wrong, preventative skin love is KEY. Even when I was not frowning or raising my eyebrows intentionally..I had deep wrinkles across my forehead. Since getting Botox they have filled out, my make up applies flawlessly now and I’m not self conscious of my lines anymore. My treat to myself every four months. Thanks again Diana for always taking care of me and making me feel like a queen.

This place is a treasure! I cannot thank the staff at Enfuse enough for all of the amazing work they do. Kevin and Patti are extremely kind and accommodating. They go above and beyond for their clients. I have been getting laser hair removal at Enfuse off and on for the past year and a half and it has been an amazing experience. Enfuse is a place that I trust and feel safe in.

I went to get my facial hair lasered off and the woman who did it (I think her name was Irene) was very rude and did a horrible job, The little bit she lasered grew back after the 6 sessions we had. I also wanted to get fillers in my lips who was done by an older woman (forgot her name) and she was rude as well, they both made jokes because I wanted to pay in cash instead of with a card and also made slick comments about me being trans I would never go back to Enfuse. So rude & unprofessional!

MOST AMAZING STAFF EVER! IRENE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!Ive been coming here once a month for several months now.Ive gotten hydro facials, chemical peels, Deep Cleanse Facials, eyebrow tints, tattoo removals.. you name it!I can truly trust this Spa to treat me right and value my time! I received confirmation emails/texts. Im ALWAYS greeted when coming in and asked if Id like water or sparkling water. Everything is SO CLEAN which is huge in my books. Im always told whats being done and used BEFORE she puts anything on my skin (Im super sensitive). I can honestly say my skin has changed sooo much and I cant thank this Spa enough! Keep up the great work!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Neat and clean. Kevin greeted me professionally and Irene did my laser hair removal. My only complain is they are fast when you get the groupon, in and out was like 10 mins.

Itd be nice if the front desk staff could answer the phone. Being busy is not an excuse to not contact clients who have called and left several messages. If you answer the phone right when clients call, thered be fewer clients to get back to after having not picked up the phone in the first place. Thanks 🙄

Have been here a few times. This past time I scheduled my appointment a month in advance and it was a service I was getting specifically for my vacation. As Im walking up to the door I get an email notification that I no-showed. Lights are off. Front desk girl was about to leave. She lets me in and Im told Luisa, who I had my appointment scheduled with, had already left for the day. The girl told me Luisa would call me to see if she can squeeze me in before my trip last week. No call. I emailed her, no answer after 6 days now. Beyond unprofessional. Dont think Ill be returning.

I have been to Enfuse a few times and i always ask for Luisa! She makes sure I’m feeling fresh and amazing after my facial and takes her time with me...i get nervous when ppl are touching my face but she made me feel so comfortable. I’m going to start doing other treatments as well because she insured that i will love the service and i trust her! Great customer service and friendliness. Also the spa is MADDDD CLEAN!!!! I love the bathrooms and the facial room.

I first saw Irene in October 2017 for my microblading. I had really thin eyebrows and they really needed some work. With a combination of microblading and a little shading, I now love my eyebrows. I waited this long to write a review because I wanted to see how long it would last. They still look great! I am very happy with the results.My suggestion: be patient with Irene. I was not. I wanted them to be perfect the first session and unfortunately that’s not how it works. Average 3 sessions before you get your desired brows! So keep calm, they will come out great!Thanks Irene!I also had Patti do laser on my upper lip around the same tine. So far so good. Feel good not to guys with the hair on my upper lip or fill in my eyebrows!Thanks Patti!

Carol after asking me how old am i gave me number to a plastic surgeon, what a smack in a fave Im in late thirties, than after 5 min consultation she told me ahe s busy and if that s it im good to goWOW

I have had hydrafacials in the past at other med spas. Therefore, I know what to expect & what is standard for the procedure. Perhaps since I purchased a Groupon at a reduced price the aesthetician did not provide the full service as described & stated on the Groupon & on the Enfuse website. Hence, since I did not purchase the hydrafacial at full price I received partial service (no steam, no extractions).Unless, I misunderstood “Ask us about Free Parking” on their website, I did, the front desk said only street parking is available. Enfuse should perhaps eliminate this from the website.Other reviews stated that this was a friendly environment. I did not receive a warm welcome; I was not greeted when I arrived for my appointment, the aesthetician did not provide her name, asked me to sign paperwork and rushed me downstairs to a room & asked me to disrobe to begin the hydrafacial.Before the procedure the aesthetician did not ask what my concerns were or problem areas, if any. Nor did she explain each step of the procedure while it was being conducted. Once the hydrafacial was complete she stated I will see you upstairs. I had to locate the bathroom on my own since she did not bother to ask if there was anything else that I may need (glass of water, needed to use the bathroom). Once upstairs she said “thank you” and proceeded to leave the desk before I even opened my mouth to give a response. I stopped her and asked is there anything I needed to provide her with she stated no. From my experience at this point, I would be asked if I needed any products, book another appointment or asked how was my experience. She did none of this. I felt the checkout was rushed & abrupt. I was the one who asked how do I provide a tip for the services. She looked surprised by my question. Considering how I was treated, I had every-right not to provide a tip for service. However, I do not allow someone else’s bad behavior reflect on my part.Note to staff, you should not judge new customers based off of prior customers using Groupon. If you have had a terrible experience with prior customers using Groupon that does not represent the majority of new customers you will encounter.

I had an appointment at 10:30am. I walked in at my time and there was no one at the front desk. I waited a half hour and still no one. I walked out and will never come back. The owners should be embarassed to run a business with zero customer service.

I like this place a lot but its nearly impossible to get them on the phone to schedule an appointment.
