I recently moved to town and had a much needed facial with Victoria at the West Loop location. When I told her I had an event in a few days, she crafted a facial that would not have me blotchy or flakey on the day. She was calm and kind, explaining how each step of the facial would feel. When I asked about other available treatments for the future, her advice was not at all “sales-y”, which I appreciated. The staff at the front desk were lovely and welcoming. The best part though, is how great my 59 year old skin looked this morning when I woke up! It is much more even toned and feels softer and firmer. I will most definitely be returning!

Nikki is phenomenal!!! I felt in a rut with my skincare regimen and wanted a jumpstart with someone who is not only professional, educated about products and various treatments.Nikki will help set you up for success. I have already scheduled my next appointment and look forward to the results over time and working with Nikki on these goals.

Everyone here is so charismatic and always is willing to help with questions about products or services. From the services Ive done, to the technicians Ive been treated by, and the front desk staff that is helped me; everyone has been great! Also, the spa is very clean and in most cases on time.

I had a microneedling treatment from Elyse who is the ultimate professional. She explained the procedure from start to finish and I was very comfortable the entire time. I recommend the West Loop location and highly recommend Elyse!

It’s been a fantastic experience at SpaDerma. The entire process from start to end was quick, easy, and efficient. I opted for Hydrafacial at this location. Stephanie was super thorough in not only explaining all the steps that were carried out but also educating me with the skincare routine specific to my needs. The difference between pre and post-facial has been night and day. SpaDerma will be part of my regular skincare routine from now on.

Great staff and very clean clinic, I however didnt even come close to seeing a bit of hair reduction for the laser treatment I purchased. I booked my sessions with this spa specifically because of the laser machine they use and have fair skin with dark hair but barely saw a difference. Id recommend trying out a different spa and hopefully get better results.

Ive been going to SpaDerma for years - chemical peels, laser removal, botox, product purchase, etc. Theyre tough from a scheduling perspective, so book ahead, but Ive loved every girl Ive seen and theyve been great for every single procedure.Keep an eye out for the monthly deals, as well!

SpaDerma in the West Loop is fantastic! The staff are all incredibly kind and helpful, and the interior is spotless. I’ve been seeing Elyse for laser hair removal treatments- couldn’t be happier to have found her! She talks you through every step of the process, and is so reassuring and sweet that it makes the session fly by. They’ve found a life-long customer in me.

Michelle has been my technician for LHR for a few months now and she has been amazing. She is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable!In regards to the front desk staff (not only at this location but other locations) they are always great in person but whenever I have called to inquire or ask general questions about services they behave like robots - judgmental attitude, in genuine, hard to talk to. I don’t find them helpful at all.... it’s odd but I’ve had this experience multiple times when calling during normal business hours. You would think they would be trained to be more helpful and with friendlier customer service skills.

They do the best job when it comes to skincare and i highly recommend going here. Ive always felt comfortable at spa derma and theyve always been nice.The reason I gave it a 4/5 is because of the front desk staff. I do not care if you are chatty when no one is at the desk but when someone is checking in or out, your attention needs to be on them. Do not talk to the coworker next to you about their hair color or what they plan to do next weekend while you are checking out a guest. Its rude and Ive had appointments messed up because the person wasnt paying attention. People make mistakes but its hard to sympathize when you feel ignored the whole time. Im only saying this because I want Spa derma to do a great job and you will push people away by this way of customer service.

Ive been going here for laser hair removal for over a year and every visit the staff are so welcoming and Im always seen on time. Stephanie L. answers all of my questions and adjusts my treatments appropriately, she makes a painful experience always go as smoothly as possible. Ive never been to a medical spa prior to this, but I expected them to push services and products on me and that has never once happened. It really makes for a relaxing experience and I definitely want to come here in the future when I want to try out more services.

The entire SpaDerma experience was excellent from when I walked in the door until I left! They seemed to take many necessary COVID precautions, including a temperature screening, social distancing/mask guidelines, and asking important questions pertaining to COVID.I was very impressed with my aesthetician Tatyana, whom provided me the hydrafacial elite. She was informative throughout the entire process, telling me what she was doing and why she did it. I really liked that. She also said she could be quiet if I wanted a more relaxing experience. She also asked me to let her know if anything ever felt uncomfortable. I highly recommend her or anyone else at SpaDerma West Loop!

They never force products or services on me - only make suggestions and provide helpful tips. I usually get hydrafacials after finding out that’s what my skin handles best. I went to see Louisa Stepien about some problematic dark spots on my face and I couldn’t have been happier that I did! She explained to me what the cause of the dark spots was, treatment options and preventative steps to take to keep them from getting worse. She was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout our entire visit. I look forward to seeing her again! 10/10

I went on a Saturday and street parking was pretty easy. Stephanie did a hydrafacial and dermaplaning for me and it made my face feel so smooth, clean, and refreshing. I was able to see all the gunk my skin has built up. She recommended some facial products for me to add to my daily routine in which I hope to start seeing a change. I’m definitely coming back to Stephanie for my next facial!

The SpaDerma West Loop location is stunning and very clean. My appointment was with Stacy, who was very knowledgeable and courteous. I had many questions about products I was using and ones that I wanted to use. Stacy helped walk me through the best products for my skin. After we finished with the injections, Stacy also went through other procedures that would be good for me and my skin in the future. I will definitely be back!

Dana is such an artist with her injections! She is thoughtful, precise, and very skilled. I was left unhappy with my lips after visiting another place, they were lumpy, and didn’t look right. That doctor also didn’t place filler in based off my facial structure but rather just what would get the job done quick. I waited 6 months for that to nearly dissolve. After seeing Dana, my face is more balanced, youthful and healthy and that’s only due to my lips she injected. I’m looking forward to seeing her again when needed for anything else.

I had my first ever injections done by Stacy. I was extremely nervous and had a lot of questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and had impeccable bedside manner. The spa is so nice and clean and I also thought everyone working there was very pleasant. Looking forward to going back very soon!

Ive been wanting to get lip injections for a long time but I was nervous about the results. I was afraid I was going to end up unnaturally plumped up. I finally worked up the courage to get it done and I couldnt be happier with the results. i saw Maria and she was so patient and professional. I told her upfront that I was nervous and that I did not do well with needles or pain. She was very understanding and made sure to give me extra time with the numbing cream. She explained every step along the way, checked in with me often, and gave me a small break when she could tell I needed it. The final result was that I got exactly what I wanted. My friends who knew I was going raved about my lips after the injections, but my coworkers who I see every day did not notice a change when I arrived at work on Monday. My goal was for my lips to not look as thin when I smiled and to look natural, so I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be going back when its time for a touch up. I highly recommend Maria, especially if you are a Nervous Nelly like me!

It’s my go-to place for all facial needs. I always see Ewelina - she is warm and very knowledgeable with each visit. I regularly get the hydro facial here and recently with Ewelina’s recommendation I opted into the Clear + Brilliant laser - game changer! I love my skin; it has improved the texture of my skin and reduced the size of pores (noticeable difference). The spa is very clean and everyone is super professional. I thought I would share as a local.

Did NOT have a good experience at this place. It was my first hydrafacial so I did not know what to expect. I have black heads in my nose and chin area, I was told that I was going to be able to see the difference. But at the end I saw no difference I came home and manually extracted all the junk from my pores.

All the sudden, after a few years of going there, they can’t seem to keep appointments. I’ve had four cancelled on me the day before over the last three months. It’s obnoxious and they have no solution.

I was a First time costumer at SpaDerma west loop and I was highly satisfied. Victoria suggested microneedling to help battle my hyperpigmentation and acne. The process was life changing. My skin has done a 360 and I’m forever thankful for her suggestions, samples, and recommended skincare routines. I have pretty much become obsessed with taking care of my skin. I have been using PCA skincare routines at night and in the morning and I am finally feeling comfortable in my own skin. It feels brighter and healthier everyday! Thanks to Victoria!

My technician was very informative and educated which was beyond what i expected. I used to go to another spa for chemical peels and they were not as professional as SpaDerma. I thought I knew what I needed to about PCA peels, but I didn’t know I shouldn’t be resuming my normal skin care routine after treatment right away like the other spa said was fine to do. The atmosphere here is comfortable and makes me feel like I’m in really good hands. The immense amount of information about skin care I learned here is what really impressed me, though. Ive had laser before which worked amazingly for nearly 10 years. I expected this experience to be the same, however, NOTHING is getting better, hair is still growing after 6 sessions. Id had it done before, so 8-12 should not be needed. When I told them, they recommended I buy more, so like a gullible infant, I did. Now Im completing those, and hair is still growing. They only provide the groupon at a low price to get you in the door, and then charge you up the a** for more sessions.

I went into Spa Derma because I wanted to get laser hair removal treatments. Never had been exposed to any type of spa and was brand new to laser hair removal, so I got a groupon first to try them out. Everyone was super nice and accommodating from the get-go. My esthetician is Nikki, and I absolutely love her. She is so nice, smart, knowledgeable, and will not give you information that she is unsure about. If youre planning on trying them out, I dont think youll regret it. :)

Strongly recommend Victoria and Ewelina for laser treatment! They were very knowledgeable, they took time with the procedure, and very good care of me!!

I was treated at SpaDerma by Stacy for my first ever botox treatment. Since it was my first time, I was a little nervous, but Stacy made me feel at ease, explained the treatment in great detail before beginning - why it works, what it does, what it will feel like day of, 1 week after, 2 weeks after, etc. She was very knowledgeable and I remember thinking I wish my other healthcare professionals explained everything to me this way. She did not over treat and I am THRILLED with my results. Stacy and SpaDerma even followed up with me after my treatment to make sure I was happy with it.

I did not have a good experience at Spaderma at all. Soon after my first peel I started getting acne on my forehead which was new. Second time and third time I saw Dr Kiran who did not give a good reason to the acne and brushed it off saying these are the bacteria which are resurfacing and not just that, I had burnt skin around my mouth. As a damage control they offered me free treatment and said they would do whatever they can to fix it. But session after session I had new problems with my skin, new products to buy from them and absolutely nothing got fixed. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I really cannot speak highly enough about the service and staff at Spa Derma! I found them on groupon for a laser package and when I went in for my first appointment they had a NP do a brief exam after I filled out their questioner and consent forms. I work in health care so that really impressed me and made me feel much more comfortable about their facility. Everyone who works at the front desk is extremely friendly and efficient every time I come in. Michelle has been my technician since I started my treatment which is great that we have gotten to build a relationship and there is consistency with who each client works with. They have wonderful hours and plenty of accessible parking. All of this is in addition to how successful my laser treatment has been! Im just over half way through my treatments and there is about 60-70% of hair gone!I have not tried any other service at this point but def will!

Spa Derma in the west loop is amazing!! Kiran is the best! She does my laser hair removal and chemical peels for about almost a year now and my skin has gotten SO much better. I could never find anything that worked and she knew exactly what to do! She doesn’t try to push or sell services or products on you, she’s truly there to help you and do what she thinks is best for you skin type. I always really look forward to going in and looking great when I leave. I wish I could go every week lol ! If you’re thinking about starting up at spa derma do it now and start with Kiran!

I AM OBSESSED WITH MARIA!!! This was my 4th time getting my lips done (1st time with her) and they have NEVER looked better. I’m so into myself now it’s ridiculous. I like to have my lips a lot bigger than my normal and I don’t look like a duck, thank goodness! I also wanted to try Botox as a preventive and she made me feel SO comfortable. Our consultation was not rushed and very thorough so I felt completely heard and understood. I can’t wait to come back!

I went to SpaDerma for my first time treatment for a gummy smile with Stacy, as well as laser hair removal with Kiran. The moment I walked in I could tell I was in for a great experience. The spa is pristine and the entire staff was so welcoming. Kiran couldnt have been more professional talking me through the entire laser hair removal process & walking me through what to expect with my first visit. I was done & hair free in under 10 minutes! I then got my gummy smile treatment done right afterwards. Stacy was knowledgable and made me feel so comfortable. Stacy thoroughly explained the treatment and showed me exactly where she was going to treat. 2 weeks later and I couldnt be more happy with my results! SpaDerma West Loop has definitely now become my go to for all of my skin care needs & I will be back very soon!
