Went in today for a procedure and I HAVE to talk about my experience…it was great!! From getting lost and the receptionist helped me over the phone…to the nurses who were AMAZING… and last but not least the doctor himself…I was kinda star struck from watching him on YouTube but he was such a nice, cool, gentle man…At the end they go over and provide everything you need post-op..I can’t wait to see you guys at my follow up…

I am completely blown away by this team. I was there for a consultation six years ago and decided at that time to wait.Fast forward a few years and I decided to call them back. I just had a procedure done there 10 days ago. Let me tell you a few things about my experience.1. Dr. Yates is a top shelf guy. Smart, patient, hip, personable. I am a fan. He is a super achiever and a leader in his field. Mad respect for the guy.2. The team says so much about his character too. The staff members that took care of me were Cynthia and Marie. Cynthia has been there more than 20 years. Marie 17. So, that speaks volumes in my mind. Typically qualified professionals like Cynthia and Marie wouldnt stick unless they respected their boss - and they do. They were wonderful, professional women that made my time there wonderful.3. Scott Jones and Devin were my reps, Scott helped me back in 2015. Devin took over in 2021 when I called back to book the procedure.. Both amazingly helpful, cheerful, professional, and responsive. (Scott is a poster for what Dr. Yates can do for a man. Scott looks amazing. Part of it is genetics. The other part is Dr. Yates!)4. The office is right behind the Hyatt on Wacker. Totally convenient to stay there if you are coming from out of town. You can leave your car in the garage for 24 hours for $53 (at the time of this post.)** I will update this review in about 6-9 months to report back on the effectiveness. With several of the procedures there are no guarantees. If the procedure I had doesnt work, it wasnt because the team didnt try their hardest - because they did. I had the FUE procedure done. There was some discomfort in the days that followed but nothing major. Plus they prescribed some meds and sent me home with a well thought out care package. Plus called a few days in to check on my progress.Thanks guys!! Fingers crossed for some great results. I will do exactly what I am supposed to do on my side. Here we go...

Nice staff and clean spa, however I had a consultation and purchased small laser area package for underarms and it didn’t work.. They had said you’d only need 6 and on my 6th session it grew back 3 weeks later. Excited because I thought it would work but I’m afraid not!

Great experience and even better results after just one session with Nikelle! Currently getting laser on my underarms and I cannot wait to get my Brazilian done next. Very minimal pain. She was quick, efficient, and so friendly! Highly recommend.

I’ve always wanted laser hair removal but it’s always seemed so difficult and overly expensive at other Med-Spa’s. I finally gave Nikelle a chance, and I’m so glad I did! The laser they use is state of the art and has almost no pain related to the procedure. Nikelle is absolutely amazing! I came to her the beginning of this year because I had some skin concerns and some pretty bad acne scarring from when I had been on accutane. My skin just keeps getting better and better. She is so personable and really took the time to explain all the different things we would be doing for my skin. If I have any questions or concerns at all I can always reach out to her. She has been incredible and I completely trust her with my skin!

I’ve gotten two Vi Peels for old acne scarring and two Keralese laser treatments for my thinning hair from Nikelle and she is so thorough, explains the process in a way I can understand and is good at mapping out my treatment plans. My skin literally has never looked better in my whole life, I’m so much more confident not wearing makeup, I don’t hide my face when I see someone I know when I don’t have a full face of makeup on and for the first time in my whole life, I feel pretty. After dealing with cystic acne for 15 years and being on acutane I felt happy I wasn’t breaking out anymore but I was left with a face full of pitted, uneven colored, textured skin and now I have hope that I won’t be embarrassed of my face the rest of my life. She does several of my clients as well who adore her, I just can’t recommend her enough!

Nikelle is amazing and Dr. Yates Med Spa in general exceeds my expectations. I’ve seen Nikelle, numerous times for my laser hair removal procedures I’ve had done in two areas (under arms and bikini). During every treatment, I’ve noticed results of some kind. I finished my treatments last month and the end result has been amazing; my hair growth is almost NO more- little if any and it’s only a patch or two. The procedure overall was almost painless. A concern of mine is that I would rash up or feel discomfort after the laser treatment since I am fair skinned; However I didn’t rash up at all and my skin had almost no irritation. So exciting! I’m so happy with the results! Nikelle is so friendly and bubbly and I love seeing her. She also recommended me and gifted me a facial cleanser when I asked her what product would be best for bumpy skin. it’s phenomenal as well, it helped improve my skin and I saw an immediate impact.

I am currently doing the Brazilian wax laser and the pain is minimal to none I love it . Nikelle is so sweet explains everything that will happen in your treatment and even offers tips on how to keep your face clear and what she would recommend if there is a concern we have .

I’ve been seeing Nikelle for over 6 months now, she’s done laser hair removal treatments and a hydra facial. I went to Nikelle for both microneedling and laser hair removal and I couldnt be happier with the results!!! Ill be going back for my second session of both microneedling and LHR (for underarms) in the next few weeks.
