Reception was good and nurse and doctor were great in assisting me and answering all my questions. Would have been a 5 but the last part of the exam was frustrating. The young man taking my blood was not helpful at all. Everything he did was routine to him, but he acted like it was routine to me as well. He just told me stuff and expected for me to know everything like I did it everyday. It is difficult enough for me to hear, but when you speak through a mask, you need to be more articulate in what you are saying to patients. When I need to go to leave a urine sample, he just point me down the hall and said take a right. I dont pee in a cup everyday, so again some detail explanation would help. I had to find the room myself and locate the cups and figure out the process. Yes, there are written instructions, but when they do it every day, they should anticipate where people might get lost or confused. When I was finished he told me to just leave it on the counter, but did not direct me to the reception to check out. I ended up leaving through an exit and found myself outside the office. I had to walk around and enter again.

Was skeptical about my first visit as anyone would be, but Doctor Reinhart made my appointment very comfortable and his knowledge and expertise made me feel welcome. Will definitely be returning and will recommend this establishment to anyone seeking medical help. Thanks again for making my interaction easy and efficient. 5 stars!

Dr. Reinhart and his P.A. Althea are the greatest. She is very caring and thorough. She returns calls promptly and makes sure all questions are answered. Dr. Reinhart is a great doctor. He listens and takes time to explain everything. Excellent service.

Office visit was brief. Follow up on labs was done by technician without recommendation of remediation for out of tolerance measurements. Met basic expectation expectations.
