Terrible Service. My son visits Dr Long when he has an emergency for IBS. When we go to the emergency room they do not do anything and say you need to go see the specialist. We called Dr Longs after hours and they would not review his records or assist. She stated we had to wait for Dr Longs office to open. After waiting again another 24 hours, my son has been in pain for days. We finally called this AM to be told we would have to wait a week to see someone. Dr Long is great when you can get in front of him or his nurse practitioner but good luck. They are a stand alone office with zero support and he is back up on scheduling. Find a Doctor that can be responsive to your needs - You will find no immediate support from this office.

Way toooooo busy to care, plus tried to tell my daughter who I referred , she did not have gall stones, and tried to charge her$650 for that quite wrong I go. (She had them removed weeks later). 1 of the office ladies was really terrible to deal with and quite rude!

Dr Long was so popular I had to see his PA and she was personable and thorough. Dr Long did perform a procedure and scheduling was fast and convenient. I also liked his taste in music during my 2 minutes of conscientiousness. Go see him.

I was referred to Dr. Long by the doctor doing my surgery. I was called a few days after booking an appointment with the office rescheduling me because they had double booked. So a week later I had to reschedule myself only to be told the next available appointment would be October. Clearly I was not a priority to this Dr.

I felt like Dr. Long was knowledgeable and had good bedside manner. I don’t like the Center he uses for procedures - I felt like a cow coming through with the other cattle, but lots of the doctors use that center so I can’t deduct for that. He can be hard to get in to see but I don’t care because I love his nurse practitioner, Louise, even more than him. She’s great at what she does and is so sweet.

I have seen Dr Long for over 5 years. He is a very knowledgeable doctor with fantastic bed side manner. He is very welcoming and doesn’t make you feel uncomfortable in some of the situations that come up with Gastro issues. I HIGHLY recommend him. I have actually already referred numerous people to him and they love him too!!

Best and caring specialist ever, very attentive, and very informative. Makes you feel comfortable. Great on follow up, and explains every thing.

Has no respect for others time. Keeps you waiting for over one hour to come and spend 5 minutes with you. Office staff have poor attention to detailTerrible place!
