It was clean quick and easy. The wait time from check in to being moved to a private room was less than 10 minutes . . . If even that.. The staff was very polite and professional. Ive been struggling to get signed up with a new PC since moving out here in May, due to COVID. Doctors are just not establishing new patients. This was a great solution and they tool my insurance.

I needed a Covid test in a hurry, and came across Total Care Primary Care online. So glad I did! The entire process was quick and easy, from scheduling online to check in at the office. The ladies at the office were so kind and professional, they made me feel so welcome. My visit to this office was during my lunch break, so they kind enough to offer me drinks and snacks from their waiting room/snack bar area. Highly recommend!

Making an appointment via their website was super simple. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and checked-in smoothly. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and only waited in the waiting room for a minute. Once I was taken back, the practitioners were pleasant and communicated everything clearly. Today was my first experience at a Total Men facility and I was seen by Slade Braswell,NPWhat a great guy, very personable and gave me information that I haven’t received from my primary care physician in the years that I’ve been seeing him about things my insurance covers that I should take advantage of annually. Aside from seeing a great NP, the facility was clean and not crowded no long wait time and several locations around town. Will definitely be visiting this location again… as a matter of fact I may have just found a new primary care practice in this location. Thanks Slade and staff!!!!

I highly recommend this clinic. I scheduled a covid test yesterday for today at 12:10 p.m. because I had to do it during my lunch hour. I was done within 15 minutes. My results were delivered via text in 20 minutes. The entire process was great. The staff was so efficient, prompt, professional and friendly and the clinic was very clean.

I walked in without an appointment close to lunch time for a Covid Test. The nurses at the front were polite and welcoming and made a space for me before their lunch. They also instructed me on what to do in case my test was positive. I would definitely recommend this clinic to friends and family and the Leander community where I live.

I was able to schedule for an appointment within a day of the appt. When I arrived, the receptionists were friendly and had a positive energy about them.I was in the waiting room for under two minutes and went over info with the nurse. She was attentive and sweet.The doctor (Hughes) was great. He thoroughly went over the notes I had brought regarding a recent ER visit and talked to me about my recurring symptoms and problems. He referred me to two specialists and Im definitely going to start seeing him regularly. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.Excellent staff!

I went in for a Covid test and they answered all my questions and finished in less than 5 minutes she said I would receive my results in about 20 minutes but I actually received them in about 5! I was very impressed! I will definitely be back whenever I need to visit an urgent care again.

Clean, sanitized facility, Dr. Braswell is intelligent, knowledgeable, and is able to vibe with any age patient. I LOVE this place! Diamond who is up at the front desk is literally the nicest woman ever. She is so friendly and warm and always has a smile on her face. And Slade is an absolutely fabulous provider. He takes his time, listens to what your concerns are and truly seems to care about your health and well being. If youre on the fence about seeing a doctor thats not like a traditional doctors office, give these guys a try. They will treat you in just as much of a personal way as a traditional family practice doctor and they are usually very easy to get in to see. A+++

I needed a rapid COVID test and found Total Care Primary Care had availability. I was able to use their online portal to book my appointment with ease. Upon walking in the staff was friendly and had a contactless check-in process. Their wait room had a wide selection of complementary drinks and snack which was a nice touch. The nurse came in and took a sample before sending me on my way. I was in and out in under 10 mins and received the result (thankfully negative) to my phone before I arrived home. I had an appointment today at your 2800 E Whitestone Blvd #123 Cedar Park, TX 78613 location, first off let me say, the ladies in there were very rude, their tone and faces were not welcoming at all. Second off, I called three times before my appointment so I would know what I needed to do because at most testing sites they come to your car to avoid contact, no one answered, I left a voicemail and I even texted the phone number that was available to text. No one gets back to me, I look it up and I thought I was in the wrong location, so I went to the one down the street, there they answered the phone immediately and told me to come inside, then they sent me back to the first location, where she said she notified them that I was on time and on my way, then when I got there they told me I had to wait over an hour to get my rapid test. So I waited in my HOT CAR, because they had no wait area, and it’s Texas and the heat index was 100°F, then when I finally walk in, I got a rude attitude from the lady and was told that a test that is free everywhere else was $200 since I didn’t have insurance. My experience was terrible and you may call me a Karen but no decent human being treats people like this especially in health care profession.

Found out dear friend who I saw on Sunday tested positive Wed and decided to get tested. Getting appointment at Total Mens PC was very easy. Arrived a few minutes early and was welcomed immediately. I wanted to find a place that was easy to get into without calling around. Found them online, booked an appointment, when I arrived I was greeted and was seeing the physician within 5 minutes. I got to address my concerns in regards to my health and was given a list of lab tests to run, for my first time I was impressed with the efficient running of the facility.

At 9:45am I booked a covid test online. At 10:20am I got tested & at 10:25am I got my results emailed and texted to me. Plus, it was free! And all in the same day! Best covid testing experience I’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend.

I had an appointment for a mens physical at Total Care Primary Care. I was instructed to fast all morning until my appointment and I was extremely surprised whenever Slade completely ignored my appointment for an annual wellness checkup and proceeded to ask me about my pharmacy and whether I would like an anti depressant or Xanax. Slade had the nerve to be rude to my pregnant partner whenever she wanted to ask questions, dismissing her and clearly exerting annoyed energy. I hope your physicians treat other patients with more courtesy and understanding than was offered to my partner and I. After 5 minutes of talking to Slade we decided he wouldnt be a good match for our needs and decided to leave the appointment, only to later find out we had been billed nearly $200 for a men’s physical. Will never be returning

The entire experience from setting appointment to addressing my specific issue was so easy, quick, and convenient. Very friendly staff, no wait, easy billing/ insurance with no delays or questions you seem to get at the regular drs. offices. And you can go to any of the Total Men’s Primary care locations and see a different dr. from before and they all have your records and history. I had gone to the other Cedar Park location before but that location didn’t have an appointment time I wanted, but this location did, and they were all great here! Thank you for making it so easy and stress-free!

So I hate going to the doctor. I know everyone does but I seriously avoid it at all possible. Like havent been to one in years... I wasnt feeling well and probably waited to long to go in but I read the reviews and took a chance. The office is very nice, clean and has nice little waiting room with snacks. I should have taken advantage of that :). The ladies at the front were super nice. The doctor was pretty nice too and I felt comfortable speaking about a not fun subject. Giving just 3 stars because not sure if this is a good place for women to go or if you need regular care. But if you need something checked out quickly this is a good place

The Whitestone location by HEB is great! (I haven’t been to any others) I had to go in for a covid test. They told me I would need to come back in later on in the day for the test since they were all booked up. But while I was filling out the super easy 5 minute online paperwork, someone else was a no-show for their appointment. The ladies up front allowed me to take that persons spot. The test was super fast and easy. They were very efficient. 20 minutes later I got my negative test results back. The 2 girls upfront were friendly and helpful which I feel like is a rare thing these days.
