Dr Cardwell is an excellent physician. He is very responsive and knowledgeable when it comes to any concerns my boys have had. Great overall, but we really love how good he is with sports care, as well.

This is our first time at this clinic. Even though its far from home, we chose this clinic for the specific doctor we want to see for our sons 12 month wellness check and vaccination. The doctor was great. However the nurse was horrible - gave wrong vaccines to our son :(.The nurse came in and gave 3 shots. Then before we left she said, the nurse came back and said she needs to give one more shot. We were puzzled as the count of shots matched with what doctor said. Upon stressing she said she could not recollect what she gave and said she will be back to get that info. After sometime another nurse came and said she needs to give 2 more shots - more puzzled now. Pressed on what shots were given and what she is trying to give now. She went back and now the doctor came and revealed what happened. The nurse mixed up vaccines and gave our kid 6 month milestone related vaccines which were meant for another kid! Since the count(4 vaccines) matched, I didnt notice it. Horrible. The doctor assured there wont be side effects except the mild fever and soreness associated with 6 month milestone vaccines.I still retained 2 stars as the doctor was great and the nurse actually came in and helped hint that something is wrong with the shots - we still needed to press on to get to what actually happened though. But it wasnt completely swept under the rug. Thankful for that!

We use Dr. Betzi Mathew for both our kids and absolutely adore her. She is so nice and so great at getting both kids to laugh and feel comfortable with her right away. She always listens to my concerns as a parent, no matter how small, and is open, honest and reassuring. She’s seriously the best. Five stars for Dr. Mathew and the nurses, but knocked down to four stars because I have had a couple problems communicating with the desk staff at the practice who have been less than helpful.

We found this practice on social media and were really excited to join this practice but we are taking our newborn somewhere else. The front desk is HORRIBLE and so are the pediatricians or at least the one that we got stuck with - Shah. They tell you that you can choose the pediatrician that you want but that is a lie and false advertising. Actually everything is false advertising because this is such a poorly run clinic. My sister was such a nervous wreck after having her child and they did not make it easier. If anything they made everything worse. We had friends who had a similar experience here but they at least go the pediatrician they wanted. DO NOT take your baby here.

My childs pediatrician at Cedar Park Pediatric is thorough, professional, and kind. I appreciate the time she took to listen to our questions and concerns, ask age appropriate questions, and really check on the well being of each of my children. Grateful for this office!

I have absolutely loved my experience with Cedar Park Pediatric and Family Medicine. We saw Dr. Ng in the hospital with our new born and he was so informative and had such a good bed side manor. Then at the clinic we saw Dr. Matthew and Dr. Cardwell. Both doctors were so reassuring to us as new parents and we very informative, and answered all of our newborn questions.

Great Pediatricians, whenever we have visited their office we are always treated promptly. Every room is clean, they are taking all safety precautions seriously. And the staff was very patient and kind with my child when he was worried about getting blood drawn or shots.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. We love the Dr we see, but the FRONT OFFICE IS HORRIBLE. Get a different answer every time I speak with someone different (on the phone or in person - literally the person sitting next to another will say something different), on hold for 30+ minutes just to reschedule an appointment, and when I finally get someone on the phone they are so rude and act put out. They dont return calls when you leave a message on the nurses line, you wait endlessly when you arrive for your appointment, and the pre-visit texting/emailing/online forms is so random and inconsistent and confusing. Once we get my daughters second covid vaccine shot we are high tailing it out of there. I have no idea who is managing the office, but how they stay in business is baffling.

The office is so efficient, but you still get the time you need with your provider. NP Silva Baeza is so friendly, explains everything so youre comfortable with it and is very open to questions and listening to your concerns. Im so happy to have found this practice and NP Silva Baeza specifically!

Took my kids here to get a Covid test. ( both negative thank goodness). The process was painless and quick. Drive up to a tent on the side of the building and done in five minutes. The nurse was super nice and gave the boys stickers and toys after it was done. Easier than expected. Would recommend for quick children’s testing. We did a telehealth meeting with the doctor and then drove right over to the clinic and had results within the hour.

This facility is not friendly to parent or child. They have a very unkind environment that my child found uncomfortable. It’s mostly how they treat and speak in a harsh condescending manner.

Very unorganized scheduling/management. Wouldnt know how the doctors in the practice are since I could not get past the unprofessional scheduling person. The doctors might be awesome, but I will not use an office that has a poorly run front desk/office management

Dr. Betzi is a very professional, detail-oriented, nice pediatrician. We have been coming to this office for 3 years. She diagnosed that my son has an ASD, and referred him to the proper therapists and he has been improving a lot, which his previous family doctor has overlooked. She’s very quick to requests, and the up-to-date online contacts are easily accessible.

With the current climate and changes to operations the experience was on time and well orchestrated. Once approved for entry I was greeted at the door by Casey. She was polite, on point and very knowledgeable. Dr. King always the consummate professional thoroughly went through my exam and provided a course of action. The phlebotomist was kind and reassuring with her process. Finally, the young lady at the exit provided me the paperwork I needed. Like clockwork!! Highly recommend!!

Doctor Moore also amazing with my kids, this time was my Little 5 years old check up and she was happy to see her doctor.

The staff is always very friendly. They are understanding and we have never had a bad experience with any nurses doctors or other staff members. They are also very clean and the rooms even play calming sounds. I love this place for my children.

Our Daughter got covid, mild symptoms - properly quarantined and completely recovered. This Doctor office refused to sign a waiver allowing her back to school unless we see cardiologist - even after returning a perfectly normal EKG. Absurd that we had to go to Urgent care to get a release. We pulled all our kids from this office.Let me just add - they sent a young man shadowing the doctor into our daughters room and attempted to allow him to attend as they insisted that an EKG be performed completely undressed including bra.

First time at Cedar Park Pediatric & Family Medicine, and everyone was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Jennifer Cardwell was AMAZING, patient and sweet. She did everything I was hoping for, very resourceful and did everything possible to find the help that we needed for my 7 yr old daughter. Thank You Dr. Cardwell and staff!

First time patient, the office is very clean, it’s clear that is a big priority, which was a comfort to see during these times. I saw Rosemarie, PA, and she is thorough, kind, and professional. She listens well and provides great feedback. I know I’m in good hands if and when I need to go back. I was a little confused as far as when to leave the exam room or stay or where to go to get my labs. I waited a few minutes until I walked out, but a nurse at the nurses station kindly walked me to where I needed to go smiling and pleasant, as busy as she was.That made a difference!

This is the best service and caution with a doctors office that I have experienced during COVID-19. The automated check in process is amazing with no need to sit in a waiting area - they use a text system!!! I feel really safe there and the staff is awesome, polite, compassionate and friendly!

AMAZING! I called and had my appointment for a rapid covid test within 40 minutes. I was in the drive thru for only 5 minutes. I had my results in two hours. I was shocked. They were able to do it so fast because I paid out of pocket instead of going through my insurance but even then it was only $99. I was happy to pay it to get in and out and have peace of mind as quickly as possible. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. Tried to make an appointment and the lady was saying stuff under her breath about me. Very disrespectful and needs to remember she’s on the phone with someone and people can hear you :) wish I remembered her name.

Very discouraged with their appointment reminder system #excessive. Was notified 19 times in one day of an appointment via phone and not to mention the numerous text and emails on top of that. When I called in to address issue, receptionist did not own situation but instead blew me off telling me there was nothing she could do. No customer service here, just a number, wont waste their time on you to do the right thing.

Weve been with our pediatrician, Dr. Matthew, for around 10 years. We absolutely love her! My 14 year old just had to have a physical for band, and it was his first experience with the turn and cough. She made the situation as comfortable as it could be. But shes been great through the years.

Professional , caring, efficient. The PA I spoke with was so friendly and compassionate. Dr. King who I have seen before was very knowledgeable and spent time listening to my concerns and answered my questions without the God complex many doctors seem to have. I am a medical professional who has worked in my field for more than 20 years and am around doctors who think they are better than everyone else and those who have respect for theyre patients and conduct themselves with humility. I will continue with this clinic for my healthcare needs.

I started going here about 3 years ago (2017) & was grateful for the service that was provided as well as doing what was in my best interest based on listening to what I said was going on. Dr. King was my favorite doctor to see because he was attentive & personable. As the years passed Im sad to say the attention & care Ive received has been a game of referrals to other doctors/specialists, or what can only be described as half-listening. In one particular recent experience, I had been dealing with pain for 8 weeks, & that left me in a bad place psychologically. I have a history of depression also. I had communicated this to Dr. King & yet a week or so later (after I sent another portal message asking if theres anything else that could be done) he said I should trust the process, but that If the impairment is more psychological due to the stressors of the pain and impact of it on your functionality then I need to know that and would mean that I am the appropriate physician. I am a stay at home dad and couldnt walk on my right foot due to pain. My anxiety was through the roof, depression was setting in, & a sense of hopelessness was setting in as well. I had communicated this to Dr. King prior, yet he still said the above quote when I had requested a letter that would allow my wife to take medical leave & allow me to be off my foot while we figured out what was wrong. For the record...he still refused it. Later, when I had been treated for mold exposure (which was the root cause) & was better, he seemed dismissive that I had gone to an Eastern Medicine Practioner even though a PA, 3 MDs, & 2 Drs of PT couldnt figure out what was wrong.WITH THIS HAVING BEEN MY EXPERIENCE, I very recently asked P.A. Jiz Jordan what her experience is with treating mold, and she said, Thats not something we really deal with anymore and if someone gets mold exposure they would need to see a pulmonologist because it would be in the lungs. I told her I respectfully disagreed based on my experience, and encouraged her to research mold exposure more.As I write this, I have been now dealing with dizziness, fatigue, and headaches for a little over a month. I went to see P.A. Jordan, who ruled out circulatory issues, and sinus infection. She ordered bloodwork that came back normal, including (at my request) a mold exposure test. I received the test results in my portal inbox on 12/28, and anticipated a call of what the next steps would be. It didnt come. I called on 12/30, and received a call back on 12/31. I didnt speak with P.A. Jordan, but a nurse named Autumn, who told me Jordan doesnt advise an MRI because my blood work is normal, and instead said she could give me a referral for some therapy to treat the dizziness, If I wanted.Heres the last peace Ill leave you with. I got a MRI done this past Friday, & results came back on Tuesday (1/28/20). I have a 3.5 cm retrocerebellar arachnoid cyst. Short version: I have an uncomfortably large cyst in my brain causing issues, & JIZ JORDAN DIDN’T RECOMMEND AN MRI. This is negligence, & a liability for this practice. I REQUESTED a MRI, cost isn’t an issue, & she said no. If she doesn’t know the answer to why I’m feeling the way I’m feeling, then why in the hell would she say no to that? I do NOT recommend anyone to go here.

Dr. Moore is so sweet, professional, and really makes you feel heard. She never rushes you and takes the time to fully explain things. This is so important when having a child, you want them to have the best care and she’s it!

We absolutely LOVE CPP&FM! They do their best to work with our work schedule and they are always punctual and we NEVER feel rushed. Dr. King and the medical and office staff are always professional and friendly! We love that Dr. King and the team of Doctors are progressive with our care. We have moved to another city temporarily and drive 4 hours in for our Doctor appointments; it is worth the drive and time! We 💯 trust the CPP&FM team to give us the absolute best medical care possible! We are grateful!

The staff was super safe with Covid, my son was super comfortable and we were able to get answers of what was wrong withmy son quickly in a safe environment during Covid.

Edit: I chose to visit this clinic after reading all of the great reviews. Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience. I felt completely ignored and neglected as a patient, especially as a new patient. I spoke with the office manager after leaving my initial review. She was very apologetic and helpful. I still don’t feel comfortable returning to the clinic, but I do appreciate her effort in trying to make things right.

Money before long-standing patient relationship. If you choose this office for their great doctors, like Dr Keegan, Dr Brent Cardwell and Dr Jennifer Cardwell, just do not assume your insurance covered it when you don’t get a bill. Their business office seems to enjoy their power trip of banning long-time, loyal patients for one billing confusion. 13 years, four kids, 8 months left in my youngest’s childhood, a patient/dr relationship with Dr Keegan like no other she has had (this is extremely important for reasons I won’t go into), and told the relationship is over because of a billing billing misunderstanding. As a kindergarten teacher and proud 20 yr Cedar Park resident, I recommended CP Family & Pediatrics to hundreds, or more, people. That will no longer happen, my daughter is crushed that she can’t see Dr Keegan before she goes to college...and for what? Because in 2020 we got distracted and paid a bill late? Money before patient...Imagine telling Dr Keegan and Cardwells that this is how their business office treats loyal families...

I called today to schedule a curbside flu shot for my husband and I. They dont accept my husbands insurance, which is fine, I said we can just pay out of pocket. The receptionist explained that because my husbands insurance provider falls under a medicare umbrella, they cant let us pay out of pocket. I said So had I lied and just said we dont have insurance, we could come get the shots? and she said yes. What kind of health care provider is refusing to let someone pay out of pocket for a flu shot during a global pandemic because of the type of insurance they have??! Unbelievable!! You cant get treatment in this country without insurance, and at Cedar Park Pediatric & Family, we cant get treatment because we have insurance!! Absolute trash!!

The office is clean. Staff were welcoming. The PA was compassionate and answers all my concerns.

I enjoyed my first visit to Cypress Creek Clinic, Family Medicine. I felt very welcome and I received more care than I came for and this is relieving to me. Great office, my daughter loved the fish. I loved the digital patient forms- so much easier than paper forms. I was seen quickly after checking in. I really liked that they had after hours option(for a small extra fee) so I could come after work. The doctor was nice and thorough. We were in and out very fast!

I’ve seen Ms Silva NP twice now at the Cypress Creek location, and she is absolutely amazing. She truly finds what is wrong and gets you everything you need to get better quickly. I feel as if she cares about my wellbeing as if I were a member of her own family. Her “bedside manner” is unmatched! I always appreciate how Dr. Brent Cardwell spends time speaking directly to my boys helping them understand their health. He does not rush through the appointment and he explains things in a way even the kids can understand him. Our first pediatrician retired after 40 years and I was looking for a new doctor who was a male and who would be relatable. Dr. Cardwell has exceeded my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a pediatrician in the Cedar Park area.

Dr. Cardwell has been amazing to our family. My daughter loves him and he’s guided us through our first year with expertise, professionalism, and joy. I’m pregnant with another and we’ll continue under the capable hands and guidance of Dr. Cardwell.

First time at this clinic. Very clean, organized and technologically adept. Dr. King and his staff are first class and down to earth, all at the same time!

Dr.Lee Keegan has been such a great doctor for our first child. Shes so patient with all our questions during every visit and gives great advice on our sons specific needs. Whenever weve used the patient portal we always get a quick response, very easy to get a same day appointment if needed. Weve also met with 2 other doctors who have also been very helpful and informative. The office/rooms are always clean & the nurses/office staff are very friendly. If it were possible to give more than five stars I would.

Dr. King is awesome. Given todays healthcare environment with finding appointments at the right time and with the right doctor, after talking to him for only 5 minutes, you can understand the real difference here: This is a practice that takes their time with you and will hear you out, in private, for any questions you might have. Big shout-out to the nurses as well, who work so hard, to make you feel comfortable through whatever you might have going on. All-around a phenomenal team, and highly recommended from me! From the front desk to the private rooms, its an incredible staff and experience.

Dr Betzi Mathew has been our pediatrician since my daughter left the hospital after birth. She has been informative, supportive and gives the best guidance. Dr Mathew does everything we need for both mom and kiddo (now 5 years old) to feel comfortable in her office.

Very pleased with everyone I interacted with at this practice. The nursing staff was very kind and even helped my little boy find a toy left in the waiting room while I waited to see the doctor. Dr. King has a great bedside manner and was able to diagnose and treat me very quickly. My children see the pediatricians at this practice as well. I really like their pediatrician. Very glad I found this place!

Absolutely terrible. The Doctors are amazing and thats what makes it so sad that the office is so disorganized and continuously drops the ball on logging conversations and updating insurance information. Now I owe them a few hundred dollars because they not only didnt take my daughters insurance information the multiple times I called but they also didnt make appointments like they said they were so it threw my daughters appointment off by a month since they are booked and the doctor was out of town. They have record of none of this, of course. So now it is my issue. If you chose to come to this practice please cover yourself and make sure you do their job. Make sure you get names of who you talk to and when. Call back and make sure they changed information or made the appointments if you didnt get an email. The office doesnt care about making it right or helping when they make mistakes. Do you think they offered to fit me in somewhere when they failed to make the appointment? No they made me wait a month. Like I said, Love the doctors. Wish the staff had their stuff together. By the way dont try to leave a message for the office manager she doesnt have one and it just hangs up on you.

The office is clean, they are following the precautions for Covid-19 very well. I feel safe coming to the office. The staff is always so nice and Dr. Cardwell always gives you enough time to ask your questions and as new parents we have a lot of questions! This time around it was great to have a resident do the exam and answer all the questions to give us the opportunity to think of more questions for when Dr. Cardwell came in. The practice also gives us a packet with useful information on current needs for the child. I am happy I went with Dr. Cardwell.

I can’t say enough about Erin! She is patient, thoughtful, and truly listened to my concerns as a parent. She engaged with my twin girls in such a compassionate fun way, that they have no hesitation going here! Thank you Erin for truly loving what you do...It definitely shows!

I cannot begin to state how amazing the facility and DR.Lindsey Moore were. I am so happy we chose them since we just moved to Texas. The checkin process was quick and they explained everything in full. We did not wait but a couple minutes past our appointment time. Once in the exam room, we were given tons of useful information and a thorough explanation of everything that would occur during the visit. DR. Moore introduced herself Nd was super friendly. My son loved her. She asked all the right questions and gave us plenty of time to ask questions and address any concerns. We were highly misinformed by our previous pediatrician about our sons care, but they quickly got us on track. They immediately were able to obtain accurate records and give my son the care he needed. They even have a treasure chest for the kids as they leave. I am so thankful we found them!

All the staff here are friendly and competent. I never feel rushed in an appointment and there is always time to ask questions and make sure my child is on track. The facilities are good and both offices take safety seriously.

The nurse and the doctor have treated us well.I am only giving 3 star because we were told that an orthopedic appointment is required for my daughter and the front desk knows the magic of how to get it quickly. Come Monday, the front desk person calls us and says they dont do such things and we need to book it ourselves. Clearly there is a communication gap. If we were told this before, we would have gone ahead and search for an appointment on the same day and not losing 3 days because of the weekend.

I cannot express enough how great the doctors and staff have been since the moment I went in to tour the clinic, right away I knew it was the perfect fit for my soon to be born baby girl. Dr. Moore never failed to show the importance of my child and I from visiting us at the hospital after giving birth and now 2.5 years later. I love how involved Dr. Moore is and how I can share my concerns and trust in her not only as a pediatrician, but as a parent as well. I love the doctors at Cedar Park Pediatrics! They are so genuine and always take their time to understand our symptoms. My girls have allergies and asthma. Dr. Matthews has fine a great job teaching them about their symptoms and educating them on how to take care of themselves. We recommend them to everyone we meet!

I love this office for both me and my kiddo. I have never, ever been made to feel stupid for my first time mom questions. I’ve always felt validated and made to feel like my choices as a parent are good choices. Dr. Lindsey Moore is a great pediatrician. She is seriously just the sweetest person and so kind when answering my questions. I love that she always says “I’m so glad you brought him in!” even if it’s really for a stupid reason.Their Family Medicine providers are great too! I usually see the NP Amanda Lively and she’s great. She listens and asks great questions.Anyway, I really recommend this office, ESPECIALLY if you’re a first time parent.

We just moved here and happy that the urgent care recommended us here! Dr. Mathew is super friendly and made our 4 yo girls feel very comfortable for their first check up! The staff is extremely friendly as well.We’ve also seen the PA Erin and she’s very nice and knowledgeable and thorough! Would highly recommend!

Dr. Florence is absolutely a gem! She made us feel very welcome at our first appointment. The office staff was friendly and the office is very clean!

Ive been to both locations many times, seen a variety of staff, all have always been thorough and pleasant. Staff and physicians are all great listeners, easy to talk to, compassionate, and understanding of each unique situation. I also appreciate the extended hours as well as their fast and friendly service. I highly recommend this clinic. Ive visited this clinic twice this week, for two separate issues, had the pleasure of seeing the clinics newest addition, Andrew Kester and Ashley Mott, Both absolutely AMAZING! Ive also seen Amanda Lively and my children have seen probably all of the pediatric physicians, all are equally AMAZING as well. Use this clinic, I promise, you will love and appreciate them as much as I do.

I absolutely love our pediatrician! We have Dr. Cardwell, he takes the time to listen to us and answers all our questions without making us feel rushed. We have also been with another doctor here and she was also great! We just stick with Dr. Cardwell to be consistent. I would recommend both to everyone! Very happy here!

I tried to get more information and schedule an appointment for me and my baby. The receptionist was rude and condescending. I was surprised because there are so many good reviews. I was apphauled and have never been treated so poorly. I will never be a patient at this office and will definitely make sure people I know are not either.

This nurse is the best I have ever had, she is caring, empathetic and real. She has the ability to become close with a patient beyond just the general visit in a professional manner. Her training is very good, and one can tell she fully enjoys her occupation and cares for the growth of herself and the people around her. She is dynamic and technical. She has passion and zest. Her energy is great. She is willing to support those who need her time. Please, I hope you get her before you see the doctor, she has a bright spark which will lift you up when you’re not regulating at your highest. She is a fantastic nurse, and deserves to be at a higher practice, even one day running one of her own practices. I am speaking of nurse Sarah Ward. This 5 stars is for her specific rating.

Dr Elizabeth was on point. I was diagnosed with Influenza “a”, and she recommended me the best medicines. I feel much better from yesterday, when I visited her.

We love Dr. Moore! Shes friendly and nice, and provides really great care. Our previous pediatrician noticed a heart murmur in our toddler, and thought it was benign (kids often have these and grow out of them), but wanted it double-checked by a pediatric cardiologist, which cost about $2000. We switched to Dr. Moore a few months later, and with the stethoscope, she immediately noticed the heart murmur and assured us it was benign and we didnt need to worry about it, before I even told her this was the conclusion of the pediatric cardiologist as well. I feel like shes just much more confident in herself and her diagnosis. Shes really a great doctor we highly recommend to everyone.

I have been with Cedar Park Pediatrics for ten years. I am very happy with the doctors and physician assistants, the nursing staff and office staff are very nice. I do not have any complaints, they are all very good. They also offer after hour clinics for people who are workingv.I had a Tele med call yesterday with my doctor and it was a good experience.

I cant speak highly enough of Dr. Moore. She always go above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable whether is he sick or a well check. He loves going to see Dr. Moore. She is one of the most kind and compassionate people i have ever met and a wonderful Doctor.I love all the pediatricians there, at one time or another my son has had to see one of them when unable to get in with his PCP and we always receive the best care possible.

We love Cedar Park Pediatrics! Weve been patients here for over three years now. Our primary doctor is Dr. Moore - and I highly recommend her. Weve seen each of the doctors in the office, having to go in for last-minute appointments, and weve been happy with each of them. You cant go wrong.

We have been going to Cedar Park Pediatric and Family Medicine for about 18 years, and are very pleased to recommend the team. We have never had a challenge getting an appointment as needed, and we never have to wait long periods of time before seeing a doctor. Yet we have never felt rushed - and are grateful for that. The doctors listen and provide very personalized, rational care. And the support staff is great too.

Our whole experience here was excellent. From the receptionist to the doctor. Everyone was so nice and actually seemed like they cared. We had been going to another practice that we were on the fence about. We visited only because they had Saturday hours and we needed to be seen ASAP on a Saturday. I think we’ll be switching to cedar park pediatric & family medicine!

I’ve been going to this office for several years now and have seen several PA’s and Dr King. Thus far everyone I’ve seen has been fantastic. They’ve always been able to see me right away. Can’t ask for much more. Highly recommend!
