The process was fast to register her since it was my daughter’s first time here. We were also in and out within the hour. The doctor was nice and answered all my questions. They were helpful and very polite. Their office was also very clean.

The wait to go back wasn’t long. The nurse came in and was so nice. She made my son laugh and smile. The doctor was very helpful and we got the medication we needed for my son. The only problem I had was the wait for the doctor to come in. We waited 30-40 minutes just to see her. That was the only downfall of the visit. But my son is already feeling much better!

I’ve brought my daughter here twice now - one for the flu shot and yesterday for a COVID test - and we always have an incredible experience. The atmosphere is fun and very child-friendly, and the staff are so patient and kind. This is my go-to place for any quick medical needs.

Very friendly, polite, caring, thoughtful, helpful and professional. New to town and searched for 2 days trying to find someone to see my sick daughter. I could not believe the rudness we had run into in other urgent care clinics, and then we found this oasis in the desert 🙏 Highly recommend and will most definitely be using them for my daughters medical needs in the future 🙌

I took my 16 year old for a covid test after he started running fever. They got us in early, the staff was great, the NP explained everything, and got the test back fast. I’ve been to other urgent care places and had really bad experiences. I’m so glad I decided to give this one a try.

The whole process was easy to get an appointment via online. Dani was amazing with my child. She explained to her what she was doing while having to test her for strep, flu, and covid. Made sure to even get her an ice pop to help cool her down. Overall all staff was amazing. I would definitely come back to this location. Thank you for your hard work during this time. Disappointed with billing. I have the same insurance as my children. At the time of my virtual appointment, I had to submit insurance, and called to verify that insurance was accepted. Told today that they would not submit to insurance, and that I would need to pay the full bill. At the time, the CARES act was covering all Covid tests in Williamson County, but I was also charged for the Covid test itself. I would have gone somewhere else if they had been upfront about their billing practices when I first verified coverage before even making my virtual appointment.The doctors and nurses for my children were on the ball, and amazing.This review is specifically in regards to adult virtual visit and Covid testing billing practices.

Just moved here and have been running around all over austin trying to find help because i’ve been really sick for the past week and no one would accept my health insurance, all the other clinics i visited were really rude and had no compassion or will to even try to help. Everyone here, the receptionists, doctor, and nurse were all more than willing to help and go the extra mile. Super sweet staff that clearly care about their patients. 10/10

I absolutely love Urgent Care for Kids in Round Rock but this particular day they were not accepting walk ins so I drove to the Cedar Park Location. The whole staff was sweet as was the Dr but the Dr took a look in my 15 month olds ears and told me she had a double ear infection so he called in antibiotics. The next day was her 15 month wellness appointment with her actual Pediatrician and she look at her ears and told me they were perfect. My daughter was miss diagnosed and was put on antibiotics for no reason. I will not be returning to this location.

We were able to walk in, register and get called back within 30 mins. We were seen/evaluated quickly and given follow up advice. The staff are extremely supportive, professional, and great with kiddos. The facility is clean and well kept. Great experience from amazing staff!

Best professional care ever...starting when I found them on line. It was easy to find out if my insurance was accepted. The 2 young ladies at the front were fabulous. MA and the PA were exceptional!. I highly recommend if your children are in need of emergency non life threatening medical treatment. The adult urgent care facility could learn a few things to better serve their clients.

They were really busy when I got there, so the wait was a little long, but totally understandable. The staff was so so nice. Very inviting space for children (at least my duck obsessed son) Trish was amazing at explaining things so I could understand, and listened to any questions I had. Very very thankful for them.

Ive been to this location multiple times. The front staff is usually decent, but not super friendly. People are bringing in sick kids that are needing care so you would think everyone would be friendly and helpful. Today I had a screaming 14 month old and walked in at 4:30. The girl asked if I checked in online, I said no because it wouldnt let me but said I could walk in. She told me to find somewhere else because they were not taking any people. I understand that closing was in 30 minutes, but I was told I could walk in. The front desk had no sympathy and was extremely cold and condescending. Horrible customer service. The website should be changed if you are not taking walk ins. I drove all the way there just to be treated poorly.

Whenever you go to an urgent care facility or clinic, you’re a little nervous about it and probably not ideally having a great day. So, it was a pleasant experience how kind and helpful the front desk receptionist was. She answered questions, tried to help figure out my out of state insurance policy and had a lot on her plate with walk-ins who were disgruntled and worried parents. She handled each person as a person and was kind to the kids. It made me feel at ease and felt like I could trust the staff as well. Thank you.

We were so impressed with Urgent Care for kids! The facility is beautiful, the staff was very friendly, and we were there less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

They diagnosed my son with strep and then no one sent in a prescription. I drove around all morning trying to figure out where they ‘sent it’ and since they don’t open until noon I had to just reschedule another doctors appointment just to get him retested so that his doctor could re-prescribe the same medication so that I could get it sooner than waiting for the urgent care to open.

I took my son here to get his flu vaccine, he is special needs and has very high anxiety. The staff here was so kind and amazing!!! Denyce and Gunja were absolutely understanding and sweet to him! Thank y’all so much!!!!

The staff were all amazing! We arrived roughly 5 minutes before closing to treat a laceration to my 2 year olds head. We were treated right away and each person we interacted with was extremely patient and compassionate. In a difficult and stressful situation like that, there is nowhere I would have rather had my son taken care of.

Erica the NP was so sweet and fast. She had us in and out within 30 minutes or so. Thank you for your kindness towards my sick baby!Also, the lady at the front desk (I can’t remember her name, I’m sorry) was so sweet as well!

The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars is they are not face friendly. If you don’t mind that then great. More power to you. Anyone not ok with that, find another urgent care. I am!

Efficient and quick without being dismissive. Its a hard line to balance on, but Urgent Care for Kids achieved it on our visit. My daughter didnt have a serious reason, but it was worth the visit to confirm what we were thinking (swimmers ear) and have a plan to help resolve it. It did require some uncomfortable irrigation of my daughters ear, which she hated, but everyone there was empathetic and kind. Overall, it was a good experience.

The front desk staff was courteous and helpful. The physician was thorough, pragmatic, and down to earth. We were incredibly happy with everyone.

I had to take my little one here after hours. They were great! They got me checked in quickly and there was almost no wait for the nurse then doctor. Dr. Zachariah was thorough and personable and I didnt feel he rushed our visit at all.

We are so thankful to have urgent care for kids close by us! Super easy to book appointments online, easy check-in process, plenty of space in the waiting room, and most importantly friendly staff!

I was able to get a same day appointment within 2 hours for my child to be seen for a possible Covid case. The staff were very professional and friendly and we were in and out in about 1/2 hour. I couldn’t ask for any more.

The service was amazing! I was in and out in less then 45 mins. The doctor that saw us made us feel comfortable and informed. Ill be bringing all my kids to this location, I recommend others to bring theirs as well.

Unacceptable thats the only proper word i can give for this place. Took my daughter earlier today as my doctors office adviced and i did hear one of the ladies saying there was an appointment cancelled, in which my daughter could go, but they asked somebody else and said policy is no walk ins. I mean im not asking you a favour or free treatment, you did have a chance to see a child and you didnt.

We had a good experience at Urgent Care for Kids in Cedar Park, everyone was super nice and my son had his COVID test done, really fast and easy , everyone was really helpful with all of our questions.

It took soooooo long to be seen by a doctor and the consultation not took more than 5 minutes. I stayed 2 hours in the clinic and the doctor didnt even write the prescription (that was over the counter) that my daughter was supposed to take. I dont think Id came back to this place again. Really disappointed.

Appointment was set online for a physical. Time was respected and out of pocket cost listed in advance of the appointment. All good things.

Good place to bring your children. Just remember to make an appointment before hand or you won’t get seen.

This place is a life saver. Everything is so smooth and is done so quickly and test results are out within 10 minutes. That way you can quickly start with the medication, to relieve your child from ongoing problem.I would always take my kids here for urgent care.

Very friendly and kept to their appt schedule with minimal wait times. Doctor was very good with the little ones on explaining Covid isolation etc.

The receptionist Marissa was overly compensating albeit we arrived close to closing time with our little after hed fallen down on a freshly built dresser drawer and made us panic that hed broken his little arm. Christina our nurse was top shelf from the get go and made sure everything was completely good to go with him. Definitely recommend this company to anyone with children of any age. Highly recommend!

The front desk lady was super nice, but I could tell she was way too busy to be the only one managing the phones, emails, and walk ins.Medial team were all nice but I had to call back to get her patient portal documents for school. Called again the next day to get X-rays sent over to orthopedics - that did ocurre quickly, thank you. (Reactive instead of proactive) but all super friendly.

Second time using them—great both times! The nurses and nurse practitioner were excellent. Son had a broken big toe and was in a lot of pain. A nurse brought him Ibuprofen, a popsicle and a little duck in the waiting room while I was filling out forms. Definitely helped him calm down and eased the pain. They gave him a bravery medal and certificate too. He was really proud of that! Great experience and help when you need it!! They were very kind to me..... It’s hard when you’re child is hurting, but they were the best! Thank you!!

I do not live close to this urgent care location. But I make the drive anytime my pediatrician can’t get us in, or on the weekends, because the people here are the absolute best. The doctors and the nurses are extremely helpful and extremely kind.

Receptionist was nice, that’s the only thing I can say about this place. Didn’t know that a nurse practitioner would be the one seeing my daughter. I requested for antibiotics and this NP prescribed an antibiotic cream. 2 days later had to run to an other urgent care and doc had to prescribe antibiotics on an emergency. Lesson learnt: always call and ask if a doc is available.

My son (age 7) was running fever and complaining of headaches, and with 1 person in our household already positive for COVID, we wanted to get him tested, so we made an appointment online and were seen the same day. Of course, we were worried how he would deal with the test itself, but they made him feel comfortable enough to were if you asked him about it he would tell you they tickled his nose with long q-tip and it made his eyes watery. My husband was really impressed with their bedside manner, saying they were really nice and asked how can he make appointments there for himself. (They do show online that they offer COVID testing for adults, but they ask that you remain in your vehicle.)So, sorry hon, unless you need a COVID test, they arent seeing adults at this time, thus the name: Urgent Care for KIDS!

Did a walk in physical for my daughter. We were greeted with smiles and was in and out in a jiffy!!

I had an appointment, we were seen quickly and the visit was thorough and helpful. I will bring my daughter back whenever I need too.

We always go here when our kids are sick on the weekend or when we can’t get in with our pediatrician. The Dr.s and NPs are always kind and seem to know what they are doing. I highly recommend this place!

From the moment I started the scheduling process through the virtual appointment to the in house visit the staff were absolutely kind and friendly. They made every step easy. I felt like I was friend not a patient. I will recommend them to everyone and if I need a clinic again this is the place I would go.

I had to unfortunately get my 1 year old son tested for Covid yesterday after a scare at his daycare and I was extremely nervous for him but let me tell you...I’m so glad I came here. Reception treated us with so much kindness even when I was having issues finding his insurance information. The test itself went so quickly and smoothly. He hardly cried. And our nurse was very informative. Highly recommend this place.

We’ve been several times for sick appointments (pediatrician is overbooked) and they’re fabulous! Quick and kind medical care.

Check in was easy as a walk in client. We were seen quickly. Clinic was clean.. All of the staff were friendly and made my daughter feel comfortable. We had a great experience!

Only complaint was it was extremely hot in the building. Not exactly a comfortable setting for a child whos already running a high fever. Other than that everyone was friendly, we were seen quickly, and the facility seemed clean.

They are always super efficient and helpful. I drive 25 minutes away to visit them because I have had such positive experiences!

The staff is nice, it’s clean and fast, but going here was a waste of time. The doctors were no help and it seems they were only worried about my baby having covid. (Which was negative)There was no diagnosis and no medications were prescribed. He didn’t get any better so I called the next day to see if I could get something prescribed. I was told he would have to be brought in and checked out again (understandable), but I would be charged again. ALTHOUGH I would have been bringing him in within the same 24 hours with the same symptoms. The visit felt like a rip off, a waste of time and money.

Waited today for a good amount of time, for my child having an ear infection. She gets frequent ear infections so I know all the signs and how she gets. My child was screaming in pain and the nurse told me she was fine and rushed us out. Going to her doctor in the morning since they were closed today, and I just know my baby is sick. She’s now throwing up and is spiraling down. The staff was rude and didn’t seem to care about my child feeling sick. Will never go back again. I do NOT recommend. I usually go to the Round Rock location if we can’t get into our doctor, and will continue to stay at that location. Sad.

If this place is the last place on the earth I wouldnt visit this location. The doctors are not thorough. My 3 years old went in with serious stomachache, he wasnt able to stand at all but no fever or any other symptoms. we were sent home saying you can keep an eye on him. My son got dehydrated by next 24 hours and his appendix burst. we ended up having emergency appendicitis surgery in the hospital. I wish they would have been thorough or send us to ER and we could have saved my son and my family from that horrible time.! Do not recommend this place to anyone.

I walked in for the first time and there is not much delay before provider can look at my daughter. Provider and nurse have unique ways to make the kids cooperate.

We waited an hour and half to be seen. Not a good experience once we were seen.

I have been taking my kids here when after hours care was not available through my pediatrician. Always a speedy check in process, no long wait times in the room. Very pleased with the services provided!

Checked each family in one at a time. Wasn’t crowded at all. We were able to get to the back quick and the nurse and PA were thorough and kind. Thank you all for everything you do each day.

This place was amazing ...The front desk was super welcoming and helpful.. I got there at 8:30pm. Being so late in the evening I figured the staff would be rushing to get us out the door... They treated us with the up most respect. My son was taken care of with great care. We were in and out in no time. We love this place. I live in south austin and I would drive back here anytime.

Experience was decent until they sent me to a pharmacy that was closed knowing I wasn’t from this area so I had asked that they send me to the closest one that was still open. Once I called 4 times and got ahold of them, they had it moved to another pharmacy 16 minutes further away. The prescription was then put in with his first name being incorrect. Beyond frustrating with a screaming 18 month old baby that feels awful.

I took my son in for an ankle injury. Th X-ray went down one patient ahead of me, so I paid $150 for a NP to examine his ankle. She failed to watch him try and walk and examined the incorrect ankle for a few minutes until I pointed out the mistake. Definitely not impressed to wait an hour for a 5 minute $150 exam. I don’t feel like was much quality to the exam at all.The round rock location is good, but after two visits to Cedar Park I will not go back location.

How can you call yourselves urgent care when your not even open. You don’t even open till noon. Glad you got to sleep in.

Very happy with the treatment and service. I called ahead to inquire about covid testing. They explained the process and were honest and upfront about wait times without an appointment. Went there checked in, they were following covid safety procedures perfectly. They got me in sooner than the 1 -1.5 hour wait that was quoted. I only waited 30 minutes. Super friendly and caring and took care of my daughter. I would recommend this facility to others.

All of the workers I encountered were wonderful! From the front desk, nurse, to the nurse practitioner we saw. Kind and compassionate women.

Disorganized.Waited 10 minutes to get checked in. Front desk person was checking someone who spoke Spanish. The patient, 8 or 9 year old was doing a fabulous job translating between the employee and her mom until she had to translate “you haven’t met your deductible yet.”Our appointment time was 7pm for a covid test. We were still in the lobby at 7:35pm.We said we were leaving. She said, “All 6 rooms are filled and you’re next.” But didn’t know how long it would be.We have been to this place in October 2020 for a covid test and would have given it 5 stars without hesitation. We were in, out, and tested with results in 45 minutes.

Called to schedule an appt last minute due to my child getting injured in athletics. front desk was rude when I asked if they had any openings after hours for the day and her exact words were “ I don’t know I don’t schedule appts, look online” Im sorry, but if you can’t help with scheduling then you should t be answering the phones. Very unprofessional way to handle a New patient call.

Be prepared for a long wait in your car and a second one in the exam room even if you made an appointment in advance. When we arrived (on time), we were put in a queue where appointments from 1.5h prior hadn’t yet been seen, along with additional walkins.The care given is fine. The efficiency is lacking (why schedule appointments every 15min if you know you can’t see people that efficiently?

The urgent care team was quick and responsive to my symptoms and concerns. Treated me promptly and assisted with absolute professionalism and courtesy. Highly recommend the team for straightforward, no nonsense care. They treat adults too!

Super friendly staff and were able to help my daughter out quick. If anything, and hopefully nothing else anytime soon, happens again we will definitely bring her back.

Our experience was wonderful ! Our regular doctors office was closed and my son had an ear infection. There was one in the waiting room, I set up my appt time on line walked right in at that time and was taken to a freshly cleaned room and waited about 5 mins to see the doctor. The entire stuff was wonderful and helpful and we never came in contact with anyone else. It’s was easy, safe and perfect ! I’m very grateful for the measures the clinic is going to for the safety of everyone there! Thank you!!

My appointment was at 1:15. We checked in before that. They left us waiting at the lobby for 45 minutes with a bunch of sick people without telling us anything. The front desk lady was taking my concerns very lightly. I am a little disappointed with this place.

I took my granddaughter for a Covid test. They were under staffed that day but the quality of service didn’t suffer from it. Understandably the wait times were pretty long due to much increased safety procedures surrounding Covid. That being said, they are very organized and there was little confusion. Once inside it was pretty much business as usual and very comfortable. They handeled my granddaughter with great care.

I would have given 5 stars but the wait time was so long and there was barely any patients!!..But the doctor and nurse was really good and patient knowledgeable and friendly!!..I would def recommend to my friends and family and I would choose them again if needed!!..They were AWESOME 😃

Urgent Care for Kids was great with my son’s sprained ankle. All staff members were very professional and truly cared about my son’s needs. They also made it fun and were able to get him to giggle although he was in pain.

Staff at Urgent Care were prompt, friendly and timely. They called me with results as they said they would. It was as good as it could have been.

We use Urgent Care for Kids and Families telemedicine for dr appts and to schedule drive up covid tests. The kids have been exposed to covid at school, or sports and need to be tested. Urgent Care fir Kids is SO NICE and gentle. We won’t go anywhere else!!!

Absolutely horrible. We received an email titled Pre-Thanksgiving Testing To Protect Your Family from urgent care for kids offering rapid covid testing for minors. Sounds like a great idea, right. It took an hour with a screaming 2 year old waiting for a 2 second test. If you have small children, go somewhere else.

I drove 45 minutes to this location for my son whos 15 months because he had been running a high fever for two days. The ladies at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. The nurse that took us back was also very kind and sweet to my son. However, the nurse practitioner or physicians assistant (not sure 100%) that saw him I was not fond of. He really acted like he didnt want to take much time to make sure he was being thorough. He hardly engaged with me person to person and didnt seem to care much about anything I said. They tested my son for the flu and looked into his ears and throat and determined that he had an ear infection. His demeanor made me feel like we were just a number and his overall exam felt routine vs sincere. He was just very dry straight to the point and I didnt really feel comforted by him from doctor to concerned mother. Perhaps I caught him on an off day or perhaps this is just his personality. He just did not strike me as someone who had a passion for treating or interacting with children or people in general. I guess his bedside manner could use some work. Thats why I rated this place 2 stars and I dont think Ill go back if, God forbid, we ever have to. I did not feel my baby got the absolute best and thorough care he could have gotten.

My wife and I brought my son here. Smit was very rude with his tone and words. I understand he may be trying to get things done but hes the first one someone has contact with so a little more politeness would have been appreciated.
