My wife and I have had enough of Dr. Hughes liberal views about C19 and vaccine shaming. Im not sure why he feels it necessary to force the issue, but we are finding another physician that doesnt have an aganda!

Dr. Hughes is short with patients and didnt reply and still never did to a refill request for my BP medication for nearly a week. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.

Avoid at all costs. Was super dismissive and told me I was healthy. He missed huge abnormalities in my blood test that I now know is a disorder. That’s hard to miss stuff

He was extremely condescending when I saw him, however I just kept that to myself. But when my husband went to see him recently, (he substitutes for our regular doctor) he was just as condescending again, made a poor diagnosis, and actually snickered at my husband. Neither one of us will ever see him again.

I went to Dr. Hughes for a really bad pain in my throat. He told me it was normal, it is allergies and should clear up in about 3 months when the allergie season passes. I did not feel like he asked enough questions or spent enough time with me to make a proper diagnosis. I made another appointment with a different doctor to get a 2nd opinion. The 2nd doctor took the time to ask the right questions and referred me to a Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor. The ENT put a small camera down my throat to see what the issue was and make sure it was not cancerous. I had inflammation in my throat which was causing the pain. If I would of listened to Dr. Hughes I would of been in pain for 3 months with no end in sight.

Felt like i was an inconvenience; as though he had other things hed rather be doing than seeing me. he wouldnt let me finish a sentence. He would interrupt me and go off on a tangent. Barely examined me. Needless to say, I am doing what I was told, and the problem and the pain are worse...now I cant eat because I cant keep anything down...I am throwing up, and have a headache ..I am actually worse off than when I sent in...AND I WAS NEVER ASKED ABOUT GETTING FLU SHOT, OR A MEASELS SHOT - I have never had a measels, OR A SHINGLES SHOT (I am over 50 and had the chicken pox... ****update. - I was billed $134 for the 12 minutes he saw me. My insurance is only covering $33! I dont think I should have to pay it..its like paying for a painter to paint your house and they paint half the roof and send a bill for the full amt. I had to see another dr. They saw me, listened to me, examined me, did blood work, referred me to a specialist...and told me to stop taking the OTC meds Dr Hughes told me to take, and to take others that seem to help instead of making the situation worse. I am considering reporting to the medical Board

Dr Hughes is a very clever and knowledgable doctor. I am quite impressed with his expertise. He came up with a very effective treatment plan to help me overcome sinus allergies/congestion that resulted in a sinus infection. I have only had 2 doses of the Meds he prescribed and I am already feeling so much better! I have struggled with a pattern of sinus allergies /congestion that did not improve with antihistamines and usually progression to sinus infection. Dr Hughe s strategy has worked quite quickly for me. He is my HERO. I hope yo see this DR Hughes, adding the Ipratropium spray and the antibiotic have really helped, Thank you, Gratefully yours, Linda Kleidon, RN
