Im so happy to have found Town Center Dental. I went to another dentist in the area and they quoted me for some fillings and the price seemed outrageous. So I came to Town Center Dental for a second opinion and explained to them that I was nervous about pricing. I was able to get everything done here for 1/2 the price of the other dentist. Just left from my second cleaning with this amazing office! I had a couple personal issues with the hygienist last time but didnt want to write this place off because the front of house staff is AMAZING and the Dr. was super friendly. Boy am I glad I went back this time I had GWEN she was super. Actually listened and cared about my comfort. Also had a lot of great advice and took concerns to the Dr. Even my teen kidos raved about how personable Gwen was. This trip to the dentist this morning was a delight and I highly recommend this office.

Although I was experiencing dental issues I came across Town Center Dental on Facebook by accident. So I scheduled an appointment and was able to be seen the following day. So far so good with the disaster I brought to them with my mouth some 7 months ago. Working our way thru a plan that while more expensive than a quote I recvd from another place they take it perfectly step by step knowing what works and what doesnt at the right time. Taking all virus precautions right now as well. I dont feel nervous or anything going there during these times. Been going to the dentist for over 4 years now and I am just as happy as I was with the first visit. Town Center Dental has found a good middle ground of being both professional and friendly. I have my teeth cleaned multiple times a year and have also gotten new crowns for my front teeth. With more simple stuff or more complicated procedures I’ve always been happy with the results. Of course going to the dentist is not the most fun thing in the world but I would recommend them without any doubts and that’s the biggest test of being a happy customer to me.Update: Been coming here since close to when they first opened and Im still very pleased with their performance. After having all my immediate family move to Town Center Dental between all of us weve pretty much had almost every kind of dental work done. The prices have always been competitive and the dental work has been excellent. Whether we have general preemptive care, emergency work or cosmetic dentistry weve all been happy with the results. What keeps me a loyal customer is everything is modern and well maintained. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick to take care of any issues. Going to the dentist will never be my favorite thing but they make it much less of a chore.

What an amazing visit I had today. It was my first time here and everyone in this office was absolutely wonderful. I felt so relaxed, comfortable and welcomed the whole time I was here. The office is clean, bright and open which just made me feel good. The Dr. was so calm, kind and informative as was his assistant and the two women at the front desk were friendly and easy to talk to. Before I left, I was taken to a room to discuss my dental treatment plan and what insurance coverage etc. The man who helped me knew exactly what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable with the plan/ route that I chose. He made everything as easy as he possibly could for me. I don’t always right reviews but I felt it was necessary because this was the best trip to a dentist I’d ever had! Ha! I look forward to continuing business with them and switching my family and friends over to them as well.

I dont usually take the time to write bad reviews but i am very upset with the way this company has handled payments. My first visit they said i needed a few things done and if i could not pay upfront they could set up a payment plan which really just meant a credit card (care credit) had i known that, i wouldve waited to pay out of pocket. They charged the card with services that had not even been done yet. They shouldve been up front and offered the credit card for my payment, instead of just signing me up for it. I have good insurance and most places charge me once my insurance has been billed FIRST. This has now negatively affected my credit.Otherwise the Dr was great, i liked him. Unfortunately i wont be returning to this clinic.

I never has any issue here. The dentist was very understanding with my anxiety. I saw 7 times and will not go to any other dentist. My 1st appointment was on 12/22 and I saw them 2 more times that month so I can use my $1000 payout for 2019 or I would have lost it. Then I saw him 4 times in January and used my $1000 payout forn $2020. He saved my $1000 by seeing me in December and no toishimg those appointments back.

They are super friendly and great people. The staff really takes time to talk to you and get to know you. They are great at working out appointment dates. The dentist himself is also friendly and gentle. And anytime you have a question, they take their time to explain.

Dr. Momin and his staff placed my comfort and needs at a level I dont even give myself. I didnt even notice the needle injecting me with anesthetic. He only had to give me ONE round of anesthetics for each of my procedures - extraction and a crown placement on another tooth. It took LONGER for the nitrous oxide to come into effect than it did for him to remove my rotten molar. My crown has a PERFECT bite.I felt NOTHING during either procedure.As a patient, I have NEVER been treated with as much respect, compassion, and saintlike professionalism as I was with Dr. Momin and his incredible staff. If I ever move away from Austin, I would gladly drive several hours knowing that Ill be taken care of PROPERLY after the experiences Ive had at Town Center Dental. This office had been my primary provider but my recent experiences have not been good. I have tried to get the problem resolved with the office but I have not heard back so I am reluctantly logging a negative review. My problems started about 3 months ago when I went in with some jaw pain. He immediately suggested multiple root canals. I was too desperate to question this treatment plus I trusted him completely. This led to a 3+ week situation that involved temporary crowns, removal of aforesaid temporary crowns for some reason to re-measure (the resulting anesthesia caused my blood pressure to spike even though I had advised him of this side effect previously - to others in a similar situation, avoid anesthetic with added epinephrine), and then finally the final crowns. I had warned him throughout to measure properly and that the temporary crowns seemed too small. When the final crowns were installed, they also seem to be too small, which makes it difficult to chew food properly. My jaw still hurts like it did prior to this traumatic procedure, making me think that perhaps the root canals were not strictly needed. I hope we can resolve this situation at some point.

I have to applaud Dr. Momin and his staff! They truly live up to what they say theyre about Patients are the heart of our practice the admin staff made you feel welcome, Nicole streamlined the process for me and Dr. Momin sorted out my dental issue on the spot and now Im pain free!!!! Highly recommend this place for your dental needs and certainly my family in the future.

10 stars. This place is amazing and they do fantastic and quick work. This is coming from someone who has often neglected to go to the dentist and does not have dental insurance. They do not judge and are extremely friendly. Dr. Momin is very nice, professional, and absolutely phenomenal at what he does. You owe it to yourself to see him. Your mouth and teeth will thank you!

All of the staff are super friendly and Dr. Momin is personable and so nice! I’m always in and out super fast and their schedule is always super flexible. Very clean office and I love the design of it! They do good work too ;) I always enjoy visiting the office even if it is to get cavaties filled!
