Friendly and easy to work with. Dont dread going to the dentist. The receptionist has almost became a family member. Been going there for over 8 years. Highly recommend them.

I recently had some work done on a crown at Campbell Dental. From the moment I walked into the clean, warm and welcoming office, I was greeted by a courteous and polite staff member, Hillary. While I can only attest to the skills Dr Campbell displayed in my lone visit, I came away with the impression that Dr Campbell truly cares about not only his patients, but his staff. It starts at the top and works it way down - he has fostered a staff that demonstrates quality customer service and “bedside manner.” A special shout out to the hygienist, Vanessa, that assisted Dr Campbell. A calming and reassuring presence that made my visit all the more pleasant and memorable.

Love the staff and Dr. Campbell! Its rare to find both an office staff and doctor you love so much in a practice. I moved to Houston, but I still make trips to Austin to take care of my dental needs. Thats how much I love them. My family love them just as much as I do.

Great experience. I had been looking for a new dentist for a while. We loved our old one, but the drive was just not convenient. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Bonus that the office is very nice and clean!

I’ve been going to Dr. Campbell’s office for over a year now. He and his staff are so friendly and professional. Dr. Campbell is great about answering any questions you might have. I have never been pressured to get treatment like I have at previous offices. His hygienist Stephanie is very thorough and takes her time when cleaning your teeth. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned at his office.

Dr Campbell is a great, personable guy who knows his stuff. My hygienist Laurie has been great, very pleasant and gentle in my mouth. The ladies at the front desk are also super nice. This is more like a small town dentist who really cares, unlike some previous places that I have been that treat you more like cattle.

Cant say enough positive things about this office. The office is super clean and the entire is staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They actually build relationships by getting to know you and your family better. Feels more like a small town dentist experience vs. the larger offices that just try and turn over as many people in one day as possible.

My family has been going to Campbell Dental for many years. We moved here from out-of-state and being from a family full of dentists and orthodontists, dental care is extremely important to us and finding a top doctor and team are hard to find. Dr. Campbell and his team are outstanding! Nicole is extremely personable, knowledgeable and the BEST hygienist I have ever had. Dr. Campbell is also very personable, thorough and has the latest technology to provide the highest level of care. Kristi, the office manager is a delight!! I had to change dentists unexpectedly and have anxiety when going to the dentist. Dr. Campbell and his amazing team made me feel safe, comfortable and at home during my new patient visit. Everything was explained to me patiently and expertly, guiding me through each procedure. State of the art equipment and a complete check up, I felt calm during my whole experience.

They are so accommodating, friendly and flexible. You get a TV to watch on the ceiling while youre getting your dental work done. Not only did I start going there, but my husband goes there now, plus another coworker, her fiancee and another new coworker of mine. HIGHLY recommend!!!

Dr. Campbell, Valerie (hygienist) and the rest of the staff are awesome. Been many years since i had been to the dentist and 2 years ago I started my wellness plan with them. Needless to say I had some catching up to do. Every visit there has been improvement in my oral health. Very positive encouragement and feedback from them. Never once have I felt judged or discouraged by them. Very professional and I wish more doctors were like them. Will continue to go to Campbell dental and will continue to recommend them.

Campbell Dental is always helpful and accommodating. They fit in our college student when he is home on break. They helped us out when my 79-year-old mother broke a crown. I was looking for a new dentist. I picked Campbell Dental based on yelp reviews. From the time I walked in the door the staff was very friendly. The receptionist greeted me with a smile. She offered me coffee or water and also they gave me a tour of the office. Dr. Campbell was very precise going through the concerns I had. He was very good at explaining treatment. My previous dental office the staff barely talked. But the assistant at Campbell Dental was very personable. She sat and chatted with me for awhile. I love how everyone made me feel so welcome. Dr. Campbell gave me choices and didn’t make me feel pressured about the recommended treatment. The front desk was very thorough going through pricing options. I did not hesitate to make the choice to schedule my next cleaning with Campbell Dental. I was 100% happy with my experience!!

I canceled an appointment with more than a week notice and still got billed for a missed appointment. Great dentist and everyone has been really nice in person but being billed for an appointment I canceled because they didn’t record it correctly really upset me. Worse is the way the person who called me about the unpaid bill spoke to me. I said I had canceled it and she said “come on” in a way that made it clear she was accusing me of lying. It’s been a year or so and I am still annoyed by this. Plus I assume they would still try to make me pay the fee if I made a new appointment. So now I am looking for another practice for my family. It’s a shame because my kids both really like Dr Campbell. One bad employee can really damage a small practice and if it were my business I would want to know.

Ughhh... how I hate dental work, I’m such a wuss and avoid dentists like the plague. When I shattered a crown on a business trip I was dreading getting it fixed. When I got back I searched for a dentist and Dr. Campbell came highly recommended from our children’s Pediatric Dentist.I visited Dr. Campbell for the first time this week to have the crown done, I was impressed that they were able to do the whole process in house on the same day without having to send out for the crown... being able to do everything in one appointment was so easy.The staff was great from the beginning to the end. A truly great experience for me. The dental work itself was painless, his expertise shows both in how understanding/comforting he was and also in his skills to get the work done quickly and gently. This was the first time I’ve had a dentist use a bite rest, which was comfortable and for the first time I left the dentist office without having jaw pain for a week after. This experience has quelled my aversion to future dental work.I received a personal follow up call that night from Dr. Campbell checking on me.I’d highly recommend him.

I never thought Id find another dentist like the one from my childhood. Boy was I wrong. I was the patient who neglected her teeth for years, because of embarrassment and fear. The time came when I absolutely needed a dentist. I (reluctantly) made an appt with Dr Campbell and was instantly put at ease. That was 4 years and many appointments ago.In my opinion, it is rare to find any doctor who is wonderful with their patients, is highly proficient in their field, has assistants who demonstrate the same care AND has a front desk that is welcoming and knowledgeable.
