I was a little apprehensive about my dental appointment, due to fact that it had been a long time since I was last seen.I came in for an exam and cleaning but also had a few specific problems that would need to be addressed. Buttercup made me feel very comfortable from the very moment I arrived.They were very thorough and reliable. It’s an important decision when there is a good bit of dental work to be performed but after my visit, I know, without a doubt that I made a wise choice with Buttercup Dental and recommend to anyone who needs dental assistance.

Buttercup Dental is a great dentist’s office. The office is well run and I have rarely had to wait more than 2 or 3 minutes. My hygienist, Annie Gott, is wonderful! Caring and knowledgeable and willing to answer any off the wall questions I may have, she is just a delight as a professional hygienist. I recommend wholeheartedly!

I broke a filling and cracked the same tooth the day before I was to leave for vacation. Dr Oster fit me in the same day and put in a temporary filing to hold me over at no charge. I was able to go on vacation and have an appointment for a crown when I get back. He and his staff was very friendly and I am very appreciative of their quick action to fit me in right away.

Dr. Stancey did a great job with my 3rd molars (wisdom teeth). They were done on separate visits and even though they were complicated extractions he took the challenge and did a fenomenal job. 5 stars to him and his staff.

Nearly twenty years ago I had a couple thousand dollars worth of work done and it is still holding up. Any questions or concerns I have had over the years have always been answered. Recently had a good sized cap put on my front tooth and the color pigment was matched perfectly, shaped and molded like new. I absolutely could not have made a better decision choosing Buttercup Dental!

I’m the caregiver for my 89 year old father who has lost most of his teeth. He had yet another bad tooth, was unable to eat solid food, and was losing weight. Thankfully, Dr. Park was there for the rescue. His patience and warm bedside manner with both me and my father made the whole experience so much better. The same sentiments go for his staff. I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. Everyone was so very nice. Ngh was so pleasant and explained every step of the X-ray experience so well. I feel confident that any possible conditions were thoroughly examined by Dr Parks and that the hygienist, Kerry, did an excellent job of cleaning without causing pain. The massage chair was a very special perk for helping to relax. The rooms are very private and sounds from other rooms are not heard. The exam room has a wonderful view of the trees outside. For being a busy dental office, the patient care was very individualized and top notch cleanliness was practiced at every station. I found my née dental clinic! Thank you Buttercup Dental!

I highly recommend this dental practice for all things teeth. My one regret in life is not having taken better care of my teeth as a youth. I have lots of dental work and hundreds of dental chair hours to show for it. I have experienced many dentists and many dental practices over the years and like any thing else, some are good, some are bad, and some are outstanding. Buttercup Dental is in the outstanding group. My wife is also a Buttercup patient and feels the same. So, the one last burning question I have, is it better to floss first? Or to brush?

Dr. Smith is the best dentist. I have dentist phobia because of the numbing part. He had me numbed up before I knew it and NO PAIN or discomfort at all. I give him an A+++++! The office staff are great. Friendly and compassionate. They are very clean and take all covid precautions.

I went in today for my 4th orthodontist visit since getting in braces last year..I always receive prompt care, my hygienist knows how nervous I am about dental work so she takes extra care! Dr. Stancey is courteous, and has a calm demeanor. I’ve been to offices where the dentist just rushes in and out; not the case here. He thoroughly answers questions first. Laura, their treatment specialist is extra sweet, and efficient at her job ;). Also, their protocols for covid are thorough too. They check temperatures, sanitize at the door, every room, etc.

Best dentist Ive ever been to, both general practice and orthodontics. Staff is very friendly from the receptionists to assistants to the doctors. They will treat you right and not try to upsell or overcharge you. If you want an office thats cares about you, go here.

Dr Smith has been our family’s dentist for roughly 20 years. The whole team is thoughtful and truly have your best interest at heart. They provided my son with a free consultation after he got some news of periodontal disease from another dentist. It ended up he did not have periodontal disease. Dr smith and his team never charged him a dime and my son is fine to this day. They really care and I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

Im not fond of going to the dentist and have had some bad experiences in the past. I found Dr.Smith a few years ago and am so impressed with his expertise, kindness, and overall demeanor. He is extremely smart and a wonderful dentist. He provided great insight and knowledge for my dental issues. He also has a wonderful staff that is caring, patient, and helpful. He has definitely turned around my fear of going to the dentist and makes me feel comfortable. Thanks for being awesome! Highly recommend.

I work in the dental space and therefore probably have a heightened awareness (and higher expectations) when I’m at the dentist myself. In my opinion, Buttercup Dental checks all the boxes. The office is well-appointed and cozy, with a thoughtful spot for kids to play. Their team is well-staffed, and everyone I’ve been in contact with is professional, friendly, competent, and understanding. The last time I was there, I had all 4 of my kids, with 3 of them being seen for appointments. Everyone went out of their way to make it smooth and pleasant for us, especially for my kids (one of whom was there for their first visit to the dentist). We see Dr. Park for regular visits and Dr. Stancey for ortho, and theyre both great. I highly recommend the practice.

My whole family has been seeing Dr. Smith for years. He takes a conservative approach which I prefer. For example, while some dentists jump right to the root canal option, Dr. Smith wont. He will only recommend that approach if absolutely necessary. He gives you options, if available. And, if you have any procedure done other than a cleaning, he always calls you in the evening to make sure all is well. I love this - I have never had an issue, but its nice to know that he makes this call just in case.In addition, the hygienists are very good and the office staff are always cordial and efficient. My 10 year old daughter loves her hygienist, who specializes in working with kids. I also have a regular hygienist that I like. And, my husband has another regular hygienist that he really likes. I like that the office staff are the same good people that Ive seen for years.

You guys rock. Super friendly and very good at working with patients financial needs. Had a root canal and two crowns and it was a breeze. Im glad I chose Buttercup Dental as my new dental care provider.

I found this office a few years ago when I needed a broken wisdom tooth taken out during my lunch break. I had a horrible experience at a dentist in San Antonio when I was younger, and avoided them all like the plague. This office changed it all! Seriously. The office staff is amazing and will work with you. The hygienists are super sweet and gentle. The dentists are really friendly and relaxed. They arent out to get your money, they want to earn your trust and your business. They wont recommend any procedure unless you absolutely need it, and will try other paths before a big procedure. We have made them our family dentist (Dr. Park is ours) and will use them as long as we live in this part of Texas. Even though this practice is an hour from our house, it is totally worth the drive. Love them!!!

Great dentist visit, filling went smooth with no pain or excessive numbness.

A little over 10 years ago we were told that my husband needed $3,000 worth of work on his teeth by another dentist. Luckily we sought a second opinion with Dr. Park who reevaluated my husband and eight years later, he got a crown. Two years after that, he got a root canal. Dr. Park and Christine are great with which to work and the office staff is very friendly. The facilty is super clean and the work they have done is superb. I have nothing but the highest regard for the integrity they have exhibited.

My first visit was yesterday and I had the best cleaning ever! I have never re-booked a follow up appointment faster. While getting a root canal and crown after cracking a tooth isnt something I look forward to, my mind is at ease about Dr.Parks doing the work and his staff was great!

I don’t typically write reviews and even fewer times write poor reviews - after going to buttercup for 10 years the service just went straight downhill - the front desk staff is rude and demanding - my last visit I was told by the dentist that the remaining balance would be waived allowing me to seek treatment elsewhere - I am still, months later, receiving phone calls about treatment and bills in the mail for payment - I would not recommend this office moving forward - huge disconnect between the dentists and the front desk staff making the whole experience unpleasant.
