I’ve never left the dentist and thought, “I look forward to coming back here in 6 months”, until today. I called this morning and was given an appointment right away. Every person I spoke with or interacted with was very kind and patient. I normally leave the dentist feeling a little stressed, but that was absolutely not the case today. I’m so glad to have found them!

My son had an accident at school. Called and they got him in within a couple of hours. They were so helpful, took great care of him and were so affordable! Love this office!

I am so pleased with Cedar Park Premier Dentistry. The staff is always polite, very helpful and cheerful. I went in for a crown which I was totally dreading and within 2 hours I had a custom designed porcelain crown- permanent with a perfect fit, no return visit, no waiting for the permanent crown, no pain. I’m exceptionally pleased and have referred as many new patients as I can as they are very wowed by this process and the ease of it all!

It was my first visit to a dentists in Texas. Everybody was exceptionally nice. The doctor is highly experienced and didnt push any unnecessary treatment recommendations.

Everyone was very nice! I don’t like dentist but they put me at ease and got me in and out. I’ve got a few visits to go but I’m not dreading my return.

My partner and I went here for about a year and had a lot of dental work done, including root canals, fillings and an extraction. Almost everything we had done there has had to be corrected by another dentist. We started getting suspicious when we had to have multiple emergency dentist visits (sometimes when we were out of town), even for something as simple as a filling. Additionally, they never sent records to our new dentist despite multiple calls. Wishing we had caught on earlier instead of pouring thousands into bad dental work.

Dr Williams and his crew are awesome. I got my 2 crowns done today. Two hours passed by like a breeze because of his warm and yet professional atmosphere. Thank you Dr Williams and his crew😘

I had a sudden situation whereby an implant broke and the crown loosened and then fell out of my mouth. I called Cedar Park Premiere Dentistry, was asked to come right in and was seen by Dr C immediately. Dr W made himself available for Dr C to consult. This is such a thorough team. Ive been a patient there for several years and am still quite pleased about how I and my family can rely on them for the best dental care. Stellar service.

Everything is super clean too. My husband made his deep cleaning appointment for next week also. From the moment I first called to schedule to the day and moment I left, my experience was nothing but positive!! I got lost getting there and Lindsey was very patient and positive in helping me find my way! The hygienist, Christina was excellent and very detailed in caring for my teeth on this first visit. She made me feel absolutely comfortable. And Dr. Kondoff was totally cool! She seriously greeted me with the best upbeat attitude and actually listened to my concerns while educating me on the best solution going forward. Lindsey wrapped it all up with explaining the expected plan with all the kindness and compassion she showed from the start!! I must say I’m very impressed and look forward to going back for all my dental needs!!

I need a tooth removed but we had to evacuate due to Hurricane Laura. I called on Monday, they scheduled me for Tuesday and had the tooth removed in 10 mins with literally no pain. The whole staff was accommodating and so nice. All of this for a new patient that probably will not become a regular due to location. I highly recommend these guys.

The staff and dentists are delightful, knowledgeable, patient in explaining insurance benefits, and efficient! I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I’m not fond of going to the dentist, but I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had! The staff were very accommodating, the equipment state-of-art, and Dr.Williamson was knowledgeable and down-to-earth. I would definitely recommend them!

The staff members are so friendly, professional and always make the experience stress free and very comfortable. Dr. Williams is a great dentist who really cares about his patients. His entire staff was knowledgeable, clean and super quick. They also exceeded my expectations on their COVID preparedness, making me feel very safe. Highly recommend!!

Cedar Park Premier Dentistry and Dr. Williams did not honor their new patient free cleaning. They claimed I didnt qualify after I was already in the chair because they said my gums werent healthy enough. I just verified with my dentist in Colorado of 14 years, and they agreed many dental offices use this bait and switch kind of practice. (And my gums were fine a year ago.) Its the dentists choice to say I dont qualify for a regular cleaning, but they should then discount the new patient visit. Now I know why they say you pay for the x-rays and the exam and the cleaning is free. With this arrangement, they can just force an upsell to a $750 cleaning. Or in my case, they get the same fee, but without having to do the cleaning (which is the reason I went to the dentist in the first place). If they were really concerned for my dental health, they would have ensured I at least had a regular cleaning by honoring the new patient special.

These are the nicest, friendly people I know. Front the moment you walk in until you walk out they treat you like family. Wouldnt go to any other dentist.

This office is so well-managed. They’re wonderful about sending you all of the information ahead of time that you can fill out all paperwork and insurance information ahead of time. My favorite part of it all is Dr. Tiffany Kondoff, I have followed her for about five or six years at different offices. This is her private practice and I am excited that she is at such a beautiful location with easy access. She is a very gentle and thorough dentist, which is wonderful because I am a very terrified patient that has been through the ringer with heavy handed dentist. I am actually excited to go to the dentist when she’s there!

I just had recommended it to my husband, urged him to change to this office immediately. During Covid19, they still maintain the same excellent level of service. While compared to my husbands other dentistry, he only got half of the cleaning service, he told me. But my regular cleaning was just like before the Covid-19. Same clean, professional.

This is a dental office that makes you excited for your dental appointments! Never have I had any pain, through cleanings, cavity fillings and 6 new gorgeous veneers! My veneers look so natural. I love this office! They are so sweet and funny. Rachel in the front had me laughing from the time I walked in made me feel like I was visiting family. And then the dental hygienist Paige was wonderful! Usually when I got to the doctors office I have to be super serious the whole time, but here they accepted me for my goofiness, while being goofy themselves! Because of my insurance, I had to change to a new Dentist recently. I decided to try Dr. Dale Williams and I do not regret it. His staff is friendly and they all made me feel welcome. Dr Williams has been my family dentist for 20 years. He was formerly in the Waco area. He started the Cedar Park practice in 2015 around the same time I moved to the Austin area. You wont find a dentist that loves his work and patients as much as Doc. Last weekend, on a Saturday, one of my front veneers popped off and I couldnt find it. I called him on his emergency number crying. A missing front tooth isnt attractive. He scheduled me on the phone to come in Monday morning. I had a new veneer by lunch time. Everyone in his office is super sweet and helpful.

I have been a customer for the last year with this office. Due to COVID restrictions surrounding our lives, I was not able to make a scheduled appointment. I did in fact call to cancel the appointment almost three hours prior. A staff mmeber named Courtney was quick to tell me she would charge me $50.00 more because I cancelled and they had a doctor there for me only. Basically price gauging me. Courtney also claimed I signed that agreement in the beginning. I went back and reviewed their aggreement that is not written with clarity. Nothing in the agreement talks about charging their clients $50.00 more for a out sourced doctor if you cancel. I did in fact call to cancel. Courtneys tone with me was very unprofessional. I asked if her supervisor could call me back? She claimed she would let the doctor know because hes the owner of this clinic. Courtney also said to me it wasnt his style to call the customer back about a complaint. Now being the doctor is the business owner how odd is that? Ive been a paying customer to this clinic and planned on spending allot of money here to get work needed done. Im in the middle of a root canal process and still have not seen or heard a phone call back. NOT HAPPY, My next call is the Texas Attorney General for depective trade practice, on price gauging customers and performing medical work incomplete.

We started using the Cedar Park Premier dentistry when my son needed an emergency root canal and our regular dentist was going on vacation. Our regular dentist Instructed us to take antibiotics while he was away for 2 weeks! Cedar Park Premier Dentistry had us in as a new patient that day, and they found us an emergency oral surgeon. Since then we have been loyal patients and greatly satisfied with the service that we receive from the staff and Dentist.

I had my first visit today and was very pleased with the facilities, staff, and doctor. I was in dire need of a cleaning and this was by far the most pleasant and painless cleaning I’ve ever had. The hygienist was thorough and made me feel very at ease as she was doing her cleaning job. Not once did she jab/stab my gums or pull my mouth in ways which it does not wish to stretch. The Dentist, Dr. Williams, was also kind and made me feel at ease with the future course of action needed. He explained everything in detail leaving me with no questions or concerns on what is next. I’d very much highly recommend this facility to anyone!
