Dr. Gallop and his staff are true professionals! He is very knowledgeable and actual found that I had a block in my nasal cavity from reading my dental x-rays. Had that fixed by an ENT and fell better than every. My hygienist Katherine is the best I have dealt with. She is very fast, and doesnt cut your gums 1000 times like most do. I would recommend these guys to anyone in the Austin area. Worth the drive

The office is modern and attractive, which was a very nice change from my previous dentist. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Katherine was my hygienist. She did a thorough cleaning while taking care to be gentle. I really appreciated that she works this way instead of the typical method of treating my mouth as a water park, then making me suck the straw to remove the excess water. Dr. Gallop also seems kind and gentle, though I havent needed any fillings or other work.Im very happy with their office and will continue to use them.

Ive been going to Gallop Dentistry for 9 years now and always receive the same outstanding service every time I visit. They work out of a very nice building with comfortable chairs in the waiting area which I appreciate. I dont have to wait long though as they are always very prompt. I work at a computer company so I appreciate a small business that is also high-tech. All my records are stored electronically and I am able to review them along with Dr. Gallop on the screen in front of me. This is the same screen I watch sports on during my teeth cleaning by the way. Dr. Gallop and Katherine (my hygienist) are always very nice and outgoing and I have been very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend them.

Diana and Dr. Gallop were both warm and friendly and I very much enjoyed my visit. Dr. Gallop answered all of my questions and didnt try to sell me on anything I didnt need, but made sure I had all the information I needed.Diana is hilarious and I might need to make her my best friend. She was super gentle with my cleaning and explained every step of the process. There were a couple of things that I had always had done, but no one in 30 years had actually told me what they were doing. Best cleaning of my life.

Great Service! My entire family has been going to Gallop Family Dentistry since 2009. We all like the hygienists and Dr. Gallop. I am especially thankful that he read the email I sent on a Friday when they were closed since I had some sort of infection and was in great pain. Dr. Gallop called me right away and prescribed antibiotics, which did the trick. Also, dont be put off that they no longer have a receptionist. They take turns answering the phones at the front desk. Its a small business and they are definitely focused on their patients. Highly recommend.

Other dentist I have gone to immediately start telling me how much work I am going to need. Dr. Gallop actually consults with you and just ask if your teeth are ok. We recently moved to the area and were on the hunt for a new dentist. We loved our previous dentist so we were a little nervous about the appointment. My experience here was super awesome. The place was very easy to find and everyone was super friendly. I hate places where they constantly try to sell you things so I like that theyre wasnt a lot of advertisement on their walls which kind of shows me that theyre not just trying to sell you things. They have great deals and they dont hassle you to buy products. Everything is left up to the costumer. I went in just to get my teeth clean and they did a wonderful job, they got deep into my gums and my teeth were honestly whiter (which is an issue that I have with my teeth) and that was just from getting them clean! They have a nice system of keeping up with your appointments which is always super helpful for me and my family. They also were really helpful in giving information about where and when to get my wisdom teeth removed before they become uncomfortable me. (They really make sure that youre comfortable) I recommend this place for your personal family dentistry. That was the best dentist experience Ive ever had.

We moved to Austin from San Antonio where my dentist was a former high school classmate who I trusted emphatically. Instead of having to choose a new dentist in Austin and end up with someone I did not like, my original plan was to just go back to my San Antonio dentist when needed. This got old fast so I selected a dentist in Austin only to have my concerns come true. I was not happy so I tried another dentist but had the same result. Finally I found Gallop Family Dentistry and I won’t be going anywhere else. Dr. Gallop and his staff are excellent. The atmosphere is professional but friendly. The office feels comfortable, new and clean. I’m in my late 50s so some dental work is inevitable but I don’t have to worry about having work recommended that is not really necessary. Dr. Gallop and his dental assistant Melissa have installed two crowns and I could not be happier with the work and the overall experience. Katherine is my dental hygienist and is the best ever. Enid is my wife’s dental hygienist and my wife is as equally as happy as I am. Dr. Gallop has been our dentist for about eight years now and he and his staff have taken great care of us. I have no doubt the preventative and restorative work they provide us will keep our teeth healthy and happy for a long while to come. If you are looking for a dentist you really should give these guys a try … you won’t be sorry!

Ive been going to the same dentist my entire life, so I was a little apprehensive about going to Gallop for some routine cleaning and whitening. I had no need to worry! Theyre very friendly and professional and Katherine is a great hygienist. My teeth feel very clean and do not even hurt a little. The office and the rooms are very nice and modern and outfitted with very high tech and modern equipment, including television you can watch while you get your teeth cleaned. Thats what I call service! Theyre very time efficient, did not leave us waiting even though we showed up almost 30 minutes early to complete the paperwork, and did the teeth castings in such a manner that we were able to pick them up right after the appointment. Billing is easy and they have some very good promotions and prices. Will come back again!

Katherine is an amazing hygienist that makes your smile great and painless. Dr. Gallop is real and talks like a normal person, and is damn good at his job. As a 41 year old I wish I had found this place 20 years ago.

The rooms are mostly private and very clean. Enid took good care of me; shes got a great sense of humor, walked me through everything she was doing, and gave me a lot of new info about my teeth than I had known before.Dr. Gallop was also very professional, he gave me a run down on how my teeth are doing and tips on what else I could do to keep my teeth and gums healthy.Overall, it was a great experience. Sometimes when youre at an office, you feel like just another cog in the machine. That is NOT the case here, and I can appreciate that.Im definitely going to go back for my 6 month checkups.

Sometimes its because of maybe theyre scared to hear what they have to say, or other times its because it takes too much effort to motivate yourself to get over there. But Gallop Family Dentistry has made that so much easier for everyone including me. They have made my experience fun and worth going. They tell you what you need to know and how to get better (teeth wise). Ive only been going for 3 years but those three years have been a great experience. They have great offers and keeps you updating on things you need to know. They also have great employes. They are probably the nicest people. Ive been thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and care that I have received at Dr. Gallops practice. The office is upstairs, bright and well kept. My wife and I have never been fond of dentist experiences - I wish we could have found Dr. Gallop sooner!

I have been using Dr. Gallop every 6 months for two years now and I am extremely satisfied with care and attention I receive. All of the staff at his office are kind and professional. The hygienist is always gentle. One of the best parts about Dr. Gallops office is a never have to wait more than 5 minutes for my appt! It is rare to find a dentist whom actually gets you in at the scheduled time instead of making you wait 15 min or longer prior to calling you back. I am usually in and out of the office in under 45 min. I actually dont mind going to the dentist for the first time in my life now!

My family has routinely seen Dr. Gallop for all our general dental needs for the past 6 years.
