I have been coming to this practice for 11 years. Terry at the front desk and Kristie (hygienist) have been amazing throughout all these years. They are very friendly and always providing exceptional care. I love their appt reminders and they will reach out if a sooner appt becomes available. Kristie is a great listener and addresses my concerns, she is very thorough and always explains what the plan is for that visit and in the long run. I am very happy with the care I receive at Parmer Oaks Dental, they are like family.

Dr. Whiting has genuine care for his patients. He spent time explaining and demonstrating to my son how a dental filling is done. He was frequently asking my son about his comfort level throughout the procedure. Dr. Whiting is an awesome dentist, and his staff is exceptional as well. I’d recommend this dental office to anyone, young and old.

Dr. Whiting and staff have a comfortable and professional office. Kristie was very thorough in my cleaning and x-rays. She made the experience pleasant. Dr. Whiting explained everything in a concise and understandable manner. I have had him work on me before and always felt like he did a great job and took great care to make sure I understood what is going on with my mouth and with the care that he provides.

I have been going to Dr. Dysons facility for over 14 years when I moved here from California. His office manager Teri ensures the practice runs efficiently and smoothly and makes me and my family feel welcomed each and every time we go there. All of the staff are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. A personal shout out to my tech Lindsay who always makes the experience of going to the dentist fun.There are a lot of questions and concerns patients may have regarding the Covid Pandemic and going to the dentist. Running a medical facility, I know first hand what it takes to keep staff and patients safe. With that being said, I was very impressed during my 2 visits this year with the protocols Dr. Dyson and his team have implemented ensuring that I am safe as a patient as well as the safety of his employees.So if you are reluctant to go to the dentist because of the Covid Pandemic; rest assure you have nothing to worry about at Dr. Dysons office. So thank you to Dr. Dyson, Mrs Dyson, Teri, Lindsay and all of the techs for what you do for me and my family. Keep up the awesome work; it very much appreciated.

Great follow up to make sure I do not miss an appointment! Also, if I need work done, they give me the detains and never pressure me to do the work until I am ready. Cleanings are quick, easy, and through. They are always on time, never seem to be backed up and in most cases, they are waiting on me to get the appointment started. Fun and easy to work with!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Dyson’s for nearly 20 years and have nothing but good to say. Dr Dyson’s and his entire team demonstrate the highest level of professionalism and concern. On the few times that I’ve needed any dental work, I’m always provided an accurate estimate and Dr Dyson’s gentle administration of Novocain is the best I’ve ever had.

Dr. Dyson and his staff are as good as they get! From the moment any patient steps in, they are greeted with warmth by the front desk staff. I have been to my fair share of dentists over the years, and I truly believe Dr. Dyson is one of the very best out there. First, he is gentle (yay!), with a extremely calming demeanor. Dr. Dyson is also very thorough; but what I love about him is that he never pushes treatment of any kind that is not obviously needed and/or necessary. Rather,my experience has been that he will spot something that might need to be watched, and he does just that, with no rush to the extreme treatment. Dr. Dyson is supported by his excellent dental assistant who takes on the same calming yet thorough demeanor; as well as his dental hygienists. No one loves going to the dentist, and Im with you on that. However, we all need to go, and thankfully, Dr. Dyson is one dentist that makes the dreaded experience very doable! I should also mention that he is known to personally call the following day just to check up on you; thats just how he is. He truly cares about his work and the welfare of his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Dyson and his wonderful staff at Parmer Oaks Dental Care.
