First time in my life Ive ever felt comfortable with a dentist. Friendly staff, excellent assistant and hygienist. The office staff explained the costs to me, helped me get on a payment plan, and never once made me feel bad about issues I was having. They didnt rush me into anything and helped me set up a treatment plan that will work for me.

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable here. It’s very clean all the way through and it feels much cozier than other offices I’ve been to. Everyone is very friendly (even if you don’t floss as much as you should) and Dr. Tarzi was great. They also take every dental insurance which is nice too. Overall a nice place!

Buyer beware!!! I called to request a cleaning with no insurance. I was not quoted a price except for the $350 charge for their Dental Care Package. Unfortunately I still made the appointment. When I arrived the people were friendly and the facility was nice. The tech called me in and took a gazillion x-rays for numerous angles. When the Dr came in she was very nice and chit chatted for a while. Once she did the exam, she was way beyond thorough. By the time I was escorted to Donna, the receptionist with a calculator, She told me if I wanted to join their office care plan, it would be $592! If I didn’t want their care plan, then my charges just for today was $406. I about fainted. I had told them at the beginning I was retired and on a fixed income. So my price for today only was $406. That only included an hours with of X-rays and the exam by the doctor. I never got my cleaning nor did Donna make me appointments for a future cleaning.. she suggested I come back in a month and join the care plan and then she’d book appointments for the cleaning. Moral of the story, be prepared for “entrapment.” Either you pay their price or you pay only for a lot of X-rays!! My teeth still haven’t been cleaned!!

Absolutely deplorable. My wife came in to get some work done. Not only did they cut up her mouth. She repeatedly had to go back in to get work done. They placed an unauthorized charge on her account, refused to return calls and answer the phone and DONNA repeatedly hung up on us when trying to speak with them. Absolutely terrible business, and terrible employees. If I could give -5 Stars I would do it 10x over. Do business elsewhere!

I had a emergency dealing with my teeth while visiting in Austin & they were able to get me right in the next morning! GREAT customer service, they were very friendly, and very gentle !!! I know that’s important to me when going to the dentist. The process was very smooth they allow you to complete all a paperwork virtually prior to your appt which I loved. I definitely would return if I stayed here.

Went in excited I was gonna get much needed dental help because I am in severe pain due to a tooth ache. Pretty much left with nothing done for me except being told some words and facts I already knew about teeth. Like guys I know theyre teeth. Just pull one and send me on my way. Its not hard. Now I have to be like Tom hanks in cast away. Gonna have to rip my tooth out myself just so I can go get medical care.

One of the best dentists I have ever been to! I went for an exam/cleaning with Dr. Tarzi and it was such a nice experience. Her and her assistant were quick, efficient, and very friendly and informative. During the cleaning they were careful and precise, and made sure I was always comfortable. And my teeth feel and look amazing! I absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great dentist.

Would give zero stars if possible. From my first appointment there was nothing but issues. They marked me as a no call no show even though I not only texted but also called to say I had arrived. During one of my procedures the bottom of my tongue was cut by the drill. When I had a payment plan set up with the office they charged me for another bill without my authorization and upon asking to return the unauthorized amount they were combative until they hung up without returning my money. And I have yet to receive a copy of that bill. Poor communication throughout office. Front desk in particular is rude. Dr. Tarzi herself is very nice but it aint worth the risk.

Highly disappointing experience with the appointment scheduling activity. Ive scheduled back to back appointment for me and my wife as we had to take care of our kids and we didnt wanted to get them out into dentist office.They changed the appointment on us to be at the same time, on the day of appointment and responded in a very rude way when I questioned on why the appointments have changed.Would not recommend this place.

I called at 4:30pm on a Friday for a crown that had just fallen off, they told me to come right over even though they were about to close. They were able to reattach my crown and get me out by 5:30. Amazing staff and team their I was incredibly thankful for their assistance!

I moved from downtown Austin and was looking for a new family dentist who could also care for my cosmetic crowns. Unfortunately I cracked all 3 front crowns and needed them replaced immediately but also wanted to ensure they were made with the same level of care and craftsmen that my original cosmetic dentist used. They also needed to match my other crowns in color and shape, to recreate my ideal smile. Dr. Tarzi and the entire friendly and professional staff did a tremendous job of getting me comfortable and restoring my smile!

Absolutely an amazing doctor. Her bedside manners and the way she listens and make you comfortable is what makes me come back every time. I literally travel from a city 5 hour away just to come see her. I am never in pain when she works on my teeth and she always listens to my concerns. Highly recommend this dental office! You will love the dentist, she is SO sweet and thoughtful. She’s honest and encouraging. I have never liked going to the dentist it makes me feel nervous and uncomfortable, but I feel at ease here. I also never have to wait long and they are quick which is a huge plus since I have kids. I love how seriously they take Covid too, we’ve been several times since Covid and we always feel safe.

I have never done a review on a dentist before but I just had to do one for Cedar Park Dental & Braces. The staff was very professional and I had a wonderful experience with them. I am a new patient so I had to get X-rays , consultation and teeth cleaning. They have a monitor in the room so as they take your X-rays the negatives pop-up on the screen which I thought was very cool. The also took actual pictures of my teeth and they would also pop-up on the screen. My consultation with the dentist was very pleasant and she also was very informative about my teeth. NOW the Hygienist was AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was very pleasant to talk too and her work ethics was very professional. She did an EXCELLENT job cleaning my teeth. I have scheduled my teeth to be cleaned every 4 months and am looking forward to my next teeth cleaning.

Cedar Park Dental and Braces is a new private dental practice with excellent service that isnt the same as the previous practice Rock Point Family Dentist.  The dentist and staff where extremely friendly, funny, and fun to spend time with during my visits.  Thus, they know what they are doing.  I needed a crown to be placed on my tooth and the dentist stated that I would not fill anything pain and she stated exactly when my numbness would ware off; she was exactly right!  If I had to rate this dental practice from 1 to 10, I would easily rate it a 11 or 12.  BTW, if you want them to sing while they work in your month, they do that too!  This is an awesome dentistry!

Called at 10:30 AM about a bad toothaches for my husband and I, we were both scheduled in right away for 12 o’clock! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, starting from check-in to check out! They answered every question we had and were super understanding and willing to work with our financial situation regardless of us having insurance or not. They were amazing & I can FINALLY say I am able to swish water in my mouth and eat without having to worry about constant pain!!!! Can’t thank Dr.Tarzi enough! Super clean office, very friendly staff, and convenient location. Felt very comfortable during our first visit and appreciated the extra protocols they had in place to protect patients during this time. I did a lot of research before selecting a dentist. We were looking for a new dentist for our teenage son who had been going to the same pediatric dentist since he was 2 years old. I want to thank the staff and residing physician Dr.Tarzi for their immediate attention to my dental needs.I had a cracked tooth and was treated with meds from a local dental mill and they had no regard for my continuing issue even after dealing with it for 3 more days.I was in excruciating pain as you can imagine.I contacted the previous dentist after calling another one of their locations cause he was moving from his present location which was an experience in itself.This doctor didn’t even have the decency to speak with me.Out of hostility, he replied by telling an administrative assistant that he could just pull the tooth rather then perform a root canal as proposed.Right there I decided to seek further dental attention and I realized I had made a grave mistake by going to Castel Dental.I called Cedar Park Dental and Braces which was by where I lived.Not only did they take care of me the same day.They did it very professionally and very attentively.I was in severe pain and I have now just awoke from some much needed sleep. I’m sure many people know exactly where I’m coming from when I say that I have a difficult time trusting dentists. I just had my first examination and cleaning at Cedar Park Dental and Braces and I can say without a fraction of a doubt that Dr. Tarzi is one of the best dentists I’ve ever worked with. She is sincere and charismatic. Diligent and lighthearted. She truly loves her profession and cares about the wellbeing of her patients. It’s 100% evident in the way she conducts her business. She takes time to educate her patients on the basics of oral anatomy and proper oral hygiene. I think that’s pretty cool. Ok, so I am no stranger to the dentist office but each time, there is a always a knot in my stomach. This was my 1st time at this location. I was greated at my vehicle with a warm smile and very welcoming Javon. I was even given a mini tour. The office is very clean and updated. The doctor, Dr. Tarzi, whom is also a sweetheart, was very punctual. There was no waiting for her, she was right there, ready to get to the source of my pain. She explained everything, which I loved because, even though I may have an idea of what is going on, it is always good for the professional to clarify. I visited a week later and was greeted by Stacy, real upbeat and funny woman. Seems as if the whole staff is full of awesome individuals. They offer in house financng and it is very affordable! Another feature I also love about this place, is the texting option. Imagine having just had dental work and having to call for questions. The texting is so much more convient! I am so happy I took a chance on Cedat Park Dental & Braces.

My last visit was before the covid outbreak and i felt at home! The staff was very polite and did not pressure me to do anything that i wasnt comfortable with. They even went above and beyond as i recieved a courtesy call shorty after my procedure! I felt so impressed that i referred friends and family of which are now steady patients! I would definitely reccomend anybody who is need of dental care at a very reasonable price!

By far the best dental experience Ive ever had! I went in having heard how painful a root canal is and with the seriousness of my infection I assumed it would be even worse. To my surprise, beyond a little unavoidable pain due to the infection, Dr. Stimmler made it feel like a breeze. The team welcomed me in like family and had me laughing. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon them as I searched for dentists that could do a payment plan. Thank you for such an easy, and dare I say fun😆, root canal experience!

Decpted completely. I visited the clinic three times for the first time looking for a diagnosis to solve my dental problems. 2- on my second visit (November 2020) they performed deep cleaning around 30 min work that a month later was assessed in another dental clinic as: bad work because they did not clean my teeth well and in two specific teeth they were not cleaned at all. On January 12 2021 I returned to this same clinic (Cedar Park Dental and Braces) for my dental maintenance I paid money again and again my teeth continued to be dirty (assessment that was made by another dental clinic today January 21. It is very Tiring when you have to visit clinic after clinic and they are not efficient in their work. In this clinic they only seemed interested in getting money because from my first sight they told me only about money and payment plans. After deep cleaning with them and three months later for maintenance cleaning I felt that I wasted my time and money, because two clinics agree that they did not perform a deep cleaning at this clinic. :(If you love your teeth, you dont visit this clinic.
