Weve been going here for 5 years now and my review is long overdue. If I could give more than 5 starts I would. Reveal Dental and Dr. Suras team are top notch. Melissa is the best Hygienist Ive ever had and probably saved my life from helping me to prevent plaque and gum disease. Martha and the accounting team also helped save us $2,000 for some necessary work a few years ago and fought Delta Dental who tried to bill me for work that was covered under the dental insurance plan. Now our 15 year old daughter goes here...and you should too!

First time here I was told I have a cavity and have been to two other dentist since who said I did not. That was 2 years ago. I came back to have a filling done due to it being a convenient location and they tried to charge me double the amount they had previously approved with my insurance? Don’t do it.

Beware. I switched here from my last dentist, whod treated me for years. Once at Reveal, they claimed I had gum problems and wanted to do repeated expensive gum treatments. They couldnt qualify when these treatments would be completed, and wouldnt accept me as a patient without doing them. Im now at a new dentist, and amazingly, am back to not needing any special treatments.

If Dr. SURA had always been my dentist, I wouldnt be in the condition I am in right now. He is wonderful as well as his staff. His office is beautiful, peaceful and immaculately clean. Go see him.

We moved to Leander in October of 2017 from Corpus Christi and had concerns trying to find a new dentist!! My daughter had moved here from Seattle in 2016 and she went to a dentist that was highly recommended by her neighbors!! My husband had been having bad luck with other dentist office canceling his apts due to limited staff. We also go a quote for work he needed. The amount was insane. I was looking for a new dentist so I headed to Google to check out reviews for local dentists. Reveal Dental by far had the best reviews so I made an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised by my first experience. Everyone in the office is polite and welcoming. I needed some work done and was able to get a full assessment and my teeth cleaned in the same appointment. I just went back today for a same day crown. I have a pretty intense fear of needles. I have never in my entire life experienced a doctor’s office, doctor, or team of any kind quite like the crew at Reveal. They practice the principle of real relationship-building as they humanize the typical dentist office experience. I know I am cared about each time I’m there. I feel like they see me as more than a patient. From the second I first walked into office after being referred to them by a friend, I felt home. I was with my dentist for 10 years and making the change was scary. I’m so glad I switched to reveal dental. I know it sound strange but I actually look forward to my dental visits. As a mom, it almost feels like a spa day! All the dental hygienists are delightful, but especially Valerie. I’ve never met anyone there that I wouldn’t easily have a glass of wine with. This is patient care at its highest level.

Dr Sura and his staff are professional and friendly. They are competent and have been able to resolve all my teeth issues in a quick and, thanks to my insurance, a reasonably priced manner. This last time I got to watch The Office and wipe my face with a hot lavender towel which was a first class experience and made me feel much calmer during my appointment!

All are very friendly but when its time to be honest, effective and clear comes up just lie.These guys made 1 cleaning for my husband 4 times for 4 months. Each time 1/4 of a mouth because they didnt have enough time. Sounds like a joke.I can continue forever how ridiculous is they customer service.

A friend of mine referred me to Reveal Dental. I looked at their high reviews and called them. The very first time I walked in I felt at ease. It is very modern with updated equipment. Everyone there is friendly. They didnt guilt me for not flossing daily but discussed ways to remember (now my routine is better). My dental procedure went better than any Id had in 20 years. They were gentle and listened well. A year later my filling is still good...no pain. I enjoy going for cleanings there...seriously. Lol. I highly recommend them.

You can take this with a grain of salt if you want, I mean Im only a high school junior after all, but this has got to be the best place to get your teeth cared for!! I was always scared of dentists, but this place really changed my perspective! My very first appointment was me getting a cavity filling, and I was just so amazed by how Dr. Sura and Ms. Mata treated me with such kindness, patience, and gentle care. These guys are awesome! Dr Sura and staff are super friendly and really make it a point to get to know their patients. My very first interaction was with Skylar who answered the phone. She was very helpful and answered all my questions about how to go about getting a second opinion. I called on Wednesday and she got me scheduled for Thursday. I had to request my x-rays from previous dentist, but I never got them so I had to call and request them again and finally got them. I forwarded them and then called Skylar to make sure they got them and she said she had called my previous dentist and got them on Wednesday (very proactive). Wendy was my hygienist and she was amazing and very knowledgeable. She was very considerate and patient as she did my cleaning which had not been done for 3 years. After that I spoke with Dr. Sura. He actually listened to me, he explained things to me and took his time. Everyone introduced themselves as I walked to the front. Martha went over my treatment plan and my cost. I was pleasantly shocked at how much I was going to have to pay. My previous dentist had a slightly different treatment plan that was going to cost me about $2500 total. My treatment plan at Reveal was around $600. I was very very pleased with my visit and will be recommending them to people I know. Oh and on my way out the door the receptionist called me by my first name and told me to have a wonderful day. I hate going to the dentist, but I love the people at this office and actually dont dread going back because I know they will take care of me. Thank you everyone at Reveal Dental for making my first appointment AWESOME!

Was an amazing experience from the first phone call to schedule an appointment. Haven’t been to a dentist is years and was scared and embarrassed to find out what was going to have to be done. I broke a crown over the holiday weekend. I called first day back in the office, and they worked the schedule to get me in. Not only that, they were able to do a new crown right then! Having worked in a dental office years ago, I was used to patients having to wait for the crown to come back from a lab. This office does it all right there! Dr. Sura, the staff, and all of the equipment is first rate and impressive. You’ll be in very good hands going to this office.

My search for the best dentist in town comes to a stop at Reveal. I went here for a second opinion after being alarmed by another highly rated dentist here on the rapid deterioration of my gums—unexplained and dramatic from my last years dental check that was okay with my gum health.Dr. Sura and his hygienist confirmed it wasn’t so bad after all. Pleasant side effect, my treatment bill is down to one-third. My husband has a similar story to tell.The office is great, airy with beautiful paintings of the hill country. Staff is genuinely welcoming, and my kids felt right at home with hot chocolate, books and colors while my honest, thourough, 5 star consultation was on.

This office is just as FABULOUS as advertised! When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and a handshake from Lauren, whod assisted me with setting up my appointment and getting all of my dental records transferred from my previous dental office. When it was time for me to go back for my cleaning, I was called back by Valerie who was smiling and SO cheerful. She chatted with me the whole time and we connected on so many different topics. Valarie did a great job of cleaning my teeth and gave me some wonderful recommendations. She brought in Dr. Sura who was knowledgable, kind and really helped me focus in on a dental plan. Normally, I HATE going to the dentist! Its painful, expensive and just a terrible experience in general. Dr. Sura takes over and explain the process and I must add that instead of making a recommendation that he knew would not last (and would have been more profitable for him), he advised me to focus on the longer term solution which meant going to a different dentist (specialist). In another instance for a crown, he has the technology to get you in and out (same-day-crown!). Though he sets expectations on what factors dictate his ability to finish the crown the same day (all factors aligned for me and I walked out without needing to come back for it).6. Checkout process, the lady that checks you out continues on, yes getting the payment, but it doesn’t end there, she proceeds to remind me of my future yearly exam.The whole patient journey is well crafted, they have a great operation going! Happy to have found my dentist!

Why did my family get a dismissal letter from Dr. Sura?I used to like Dr. Sura but the most bizarre thing happened to me and my family under his care. My husband and I saw him a couple of times each prior to introducing our baby to his practice. Each visit was complete with friendly banter and conversation with the hygienists as well as with Dr. Sura himself. This changed quickly after “I discovered” my 2 two year old had his first cavity 4 weeks after Dr. Sura completed his well check. Dr. Sura took one look at my child’s teeth and told me he needed to go to a pediatric dentist as he was not comfortable treating toddlers so we found a pediatric dentist and on we went.About 1 month after this event, we received a certified dismissal letter from Dr. Sura himself stating he no longer could trust our relationship and that he no longer could be my family’s Dentist (see picture of actual letter attached). We were incredibly confused as to why we received this letter so I called and asked to speak to Dr. Sura directly since he signed the letter. I spoke with the office manager (Martha) and she told me that she would relay my message to Dr. Sura and that he would call me back. Well, he never called.After a couple of days without hearing from the practice, I called and spoke to Martha. I asked why Dr. Sura did not call me back, even at his convenience, and she told me he wanted me to read the letter he sent us and that was that. When I asked what “caused” the dismissal, she had no answer. I reminded Martha of our good relationship every time I’ve been there and why we do not understand where things went awry. Martha then asked me if there were any ill-words spoken between Dr. Sura and myself or with my husband and I confirmed that nothing was ever negative and that we are both dumbfounded as to why we were basically asked to leave his practice.As a last ditch effort Martha said she would ask Dr. Sura one last time to find out the reasoning of the letter and she would call me back. Martha called a few days later and said Dr. Sura wrote the letter himself and after he conversed with his staff, they made the conclusion we were no longer welcome as patients of his practice. Martha also confirmed that Dr. Sura was never going to call me back.In between these phone calls, I attempted to converse with Dr. Sura via email since we had emailed back and forth in the past and he seemed comfortable doing so. Not to my surprise, I received this response.Dear ****,Hope this email finds you well. As the letter states, we will no longer be able to treat you in our practice. We feel that we are not the right fit for your familys needs. We wish you luck in finding a more suitable office. As stated, we are available to handle any emergency issues that arise within 30 days from receipt of the letter.Sincerely,Alkesh Sura, DDSOur view of these events only leaves us with these assumptions and conclusions. Without having any further information (that we continually asked for) we conclude the following:1. Dr. Sura choose to be unprofessional with how he dodged my phone calls and with his email reply above.2. Dr. Sura no longer wanted to be our Dentist once he realized we are an interracial couple (black and white) with a bi-racial child. Perhaps Dr. Sura is not comfortable treating patients with our demographics.3. Dr. Sura does not want to treat us because our dental plan is with ERISA and he makes little to no money on us as patients.4. Dr. Sura did not want to take responsibility for missing my son’s cavity.5. Dr. Sura was upset that I did not tell him what pediatric dentist I took my son to in sufficient time.Feel free to make your own opinion of Dr. Sura, however, please take into account these events in which my family experienced.Dismissed Patient & Family

Let me tell you why you SHOULD go see Dr. Sura. I previously had a tooth pulled in prison and it was the worst experience. I swore I wouldnt let anyone touch my mouth ever again.....that is until I met Dr. Sura. I told him about my experience and he was very compassionate about that. He made sure I was always comfortable and never in pain. He has all the latest technology. In one visit I got fitted for two crowns, the crowns were molded then put on in a matter of four hours and I was able to go back to work. To me thats unheard of. Dr. Sura was so gentle and so accurate at what he does. I was terrified of the Dentist but after Dr. Sura has fixed my mouth he has my complete trust. My mouth was in real bad shape but with time and Dr. Sura behind the wheel I finally have my mouth back, pain free. THANK YOU DR. SURA AND STAFF. Dr Sura has the best staff too. Every one there is awesome. A special shout out to Brittney and Becky, yall are awesome and always made me comfortable. As a former Dental Hygienist in NY State, I have been so pleased from the start with Dr. Sura and his staff. They have been very welcoming, and upfront with financial obligations as well as treatment protocol. Dr. Sura is very gentle in both demeanor and technique and Im sure will naturally diffuse any bit of anxiety his patients may feel. For those of you who dont like shots...I didnt feel a thing! Superb experience all the way around. The office is clean, bright and airy and I enjoyed watching HGTV during treatment! You may enjoy the warm lavender towlette post treatment too😊 Lastly, its clear Dr. Sura appreciates and honors his staff with the positivity felt in the atmosphere.

Hands down, best Dentist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.I am very selective when it comes to my health and this practice just blew me away with how caring and genuinely kind they all are. Dr. Sura took the time to really talk to me, and made sure my concerns were addressed. Martha and Jenna (staff members) made me feel right at home, and his wife Kruti is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. They take customer service and make it something so personal. Im actually looking forward to my next visit! Not to mention their gorgeous office! It is open, bright, and modern.Thank you Dr. Sura and staff for being so wonderful. Dr. Sura and his team are phenomenal! My husband needed to see a dentist on a Friday when our regular dentist was closed. A couple of my close friends had referred me to Reveal Dental recently so when my husband needed to see someone, I recommended he see Dr. Sura. We are so glad they did! Normally, my husband has a fear of dentists but said he felt at ease in the calming office environment and by the warm reception he was given by the entire dental team, especially Dr. Sura.He had such a good experience, I had to try them out myself! I must say I am equally impressed! The office is beautiful, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and I was given a thorough dental exam to reveal my teeth are in good shape! I wasnt pressured to purchase products or services I didnt ask for and wasnt told to be put on a 3 month cleaning cycle as my last dentist always recommended (I always found that to be more for their benefit than mine). My favorite part was the warm lavender towel at the end of the visit! We will plan to be coming to Reveal Dental for many years to come!!

I was introduced to Dr. Sura many years ago at a previous dentist. Simply said, he was awesome. When he parted ways with that office I couldnt find him. For the longest I would tell my wife how I wish I knew where he was but silly me, I had his name remembered wrong which is why I couldnt find him online. Luckily (and I dont know how) but my wife found him online and I am back in the best dental care you could ask for. Dr. Sura is 1st rate! He really cares about your dental care and he does everything possible to make sure you get the best there is.Reveal Dental is his shop and you can tell by the care he put into the office. Top of the line equipment, warm and inviting interior, clean, open and bright. Truly awesome. I just got my new night guard and Dr. Sura made sure I got a great fit. It took some adjusting but he wouldnt let me go until he knew that I had a good, comfortable fit. I expected no less from him because I truly trust him.His commitment to excellence is unwavering! You see it in so many ways like the great team hes assembled to run his office. I just cant say enough. Do yourself a favor. If your current dentist is slacking in the least bit, or his/her team is not quite up to par, its time to go to Dr. Sura at Reveal Dental! You wont be sorry.

I do not usually write reviews. With that being said, I would like to say customer service starts at the front door, but in todays society, its a review online. I cant say enough about how professional, understanding, and knowledgeable Dr.Sura and his staff are. It says a lot about an establishment when the staff is genuinely happy to be at work. Happy staff = Happy clients. From Ashly and her vibrant personality on the phone to Dr.Sura and his assistants like Brittany. I personally needed extensive work done. Dr.Sura and his staff explained all my options. I feel they genuinely cared and held my hand through the whole process. They even coordinated with Dr.Ding of Austin Oral Surgery whos staff was equally amazing. I guarantee you will leave Reveal Dental with a smile. Thanks again Dr.Sura and staff. :)
