Dr. Morgan does beautiful dental work. He has a wonderful gentle touch on the teeth/gums/mouth and is kind and considerate. He replaced all my silver fillings, while using protective covers and vacuums with his dental tech/assistant, so the old chemicals wouldnt be absorbed back into my body.Very clean and beautiful work. Thanks to great dental insurance I had at the time, everything was covered to a very helpful degree.Dr. Morgan also gave me beautifull done porcelain crowns.The dental techs and assistants have wonderful office and chairside manners. I really enjoy and appreciate them all.I moved away from Cedar Park and at first would still return to their clinic because of the beautiful work and kind compassionate environment. I had been going to their clinic for almost a decade.It was around 2017 that it began to look like we were being charged for extra money, or being given treatment plan proposals that would charge more money, and so my family stopped going to Morgan dental clinic.Heres what happened. One of my porcelain crowns broke and I had to come to have the crown shards removed. Dr. Morgan removed most of the crown shards but not all. I found that strange because it was still very painful, so I asked him to remove the rest of the crown so nothing sharp would remain poking in my gum. The second strange thing happened immediately after that. He responded impatiently and with barely concealed annoyance, he removed the sharp pieces of crown, after which I finally felt no more pain from the stabbing. Dr. Morgan had never behaved like that before.Connected to this event Dr. Morgan wouldnt replace the crown on this tooth, although the crown was under warranty still at that point. Dr. Morgan said that the tooth below it was cracked and that I would need a new implant first. He said the crack is not showing up on the xray, but it must be damaged somewhere. This was the 3rd strange event of the visit. He stated that I would need the tooth removed first, then I would need an implant for a new crown to go on it. Of course this would mean even more expensive treatment on this tooth. Initially, I was okay with this even if I knew that my new dental insurance wouldnt cover a good amount of the new implant.The 4rth strange experience I had at Morgan dental compounded my unease over the more expensive implant-crown treatment plan. After I came back a couple weeks or months later for a cleaning, the wife of Dr. Morgan, at the front desk, reminded me to have that tooth removed and come back soon to get the implant before the tooth gave me more problems. IMHO her reminder didnt seem sincere at all. At that point the tooth was not painful, infected or giving me problems, now that the broken crown had been removed.And that is when I began to doubt that the tooth was broken at all and that this implant-new crown treatment was unnecessary. I decided to get a second opinion. And yes, when I went to another dentist and got x-rays done, that tooth was not cracked or broken. It was ready to get a crown put on it as is.And this is where I realized Dr. Morgan didnt want to give me a free replacement crown and instead wanted to put me on a more expensive treatment plan. So disappointed by this.And heres the 3rd event that convinced us that Morgan clinic was trying to charge extra... In that same year that this happened to me, my spouse had some work done on one tooth, and Dr. Morgan asked him to come in for a 2nd follow-up check-in visit, with no further work being done on that tooth. My spouse found out later that we were charge for full amount for that visit.And that was our last year with the Morgan clinic owners. We dearly missed the rest of the staff who have been there for years.Again, Dr. Morgan does beautiful dental work. But something changed at the clinic.

I have been seeing Dr Morgan for 15 years. When I see him, we usually share stories about our children through the years- now grown. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. I also have been seeing the dental hygienist Nadia for about as many years. For a long time she used a numbing gel on my gums to do cleanings but i haven’t needed that anymore. Seeing her over the years, she has also become a good friend. We share stories about our dogs too. The office runs very efficient. Usually no waiting or issues with billing. Great family-oriented practice, the entire staff is very accommodating and helpful. My teeth needed a lot of work, but Dr. Morgan has been very conscientious of trying to prioritize and space out the work to fit within my insurance plan. Had a temporary crown pop off in the evening due to chewing on some fish strangely and they got me in the chair next morning to re-cement as a courtesy.

Its hard to beat the service Dr.Morgan and his staff provide! They do book out at times since they are a smaller operation, but its worth the wait! They are also very good at reaching out to get you in sooner when they have cancellations. Lay back and watch a movie? Sure! Listen to music while they work? Sure! Its an excellent experience every time!

I had my first visit today with exam and x-ray with Dr. Morgan. Everyone in the office are super friendly and helpful, and do their best to try and relax me (I am terrified of dentists...). Theyre booked out far in the future though, so youd want to plan ahead if its something you hope to get done soon. It is March and theyre already booked out to July. You might still be able to get in if there are cancellations.

Dr. Morgan and his staff are absolutely wonderful! Definitely the best experience I have had with a dentist. Reminder texts are sent out prior to the appointment which are very helpful. The office is always clean and neat. They are always running on time...I have never had to wait past my appointment time. Everyone is very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. On my most recent visit, I was offered a blanket upon first being seated in the chair and got to enjoy a movie during the procedure. First class service! Best of all, I felt absolutely no pain. Ive been using Dr. Morgan for years after a childhood of terrifying Dentist interactions. I once dreaded going to the Dentist, but now its a relief since if theres a problem, it will be painlessly dealt with. In 15 years of checkups and procedures, there has never been a single mistake or problem that came up, and so far all of the work thats been done has held up great. Im happy to say that I found my forever dentist. Dr. Morgan is truly a dental artist. I have had multiple fillings done by him and the color-matching and contouring are perfection. He has a light touch and dental gadgets that make your time in the chair as comfortable as possible. My favorite is the automatic Novocaine injector. If your dentist doesnt have that, then its time to find a new dentist. Of course, he has movies or music to entertain you while he works on your teeth. Nadia is the hygienist and is wonderfully skilled and very friendly. I havent had a problem with billing. They give me the estimate of what my insurance pays and what Ill be responsible for and so far they have been spot on. No unexpected charges. Insurance can be tricky, but his wife knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Morgan to anyone looking to trade up to a dentist who has better technology, a passion for his work and invests in his practice and his patients.11/29/18 - always a pleasant visit. I had implants done about 5 years ago and he did a wonderful job; recently I broke off a tooth and he was very helpful in getting it taken care of within 24 hours. Although I wasnt happy about how expensive it was for 1 tooth to be repaired his service is exceptional. His people are very very nice as well. When someone is jabbing around in your mouth with sharp instruments and ultra-high speed drills, you want them to be good. You want them to be focused - millimeters matter.Dr Morgan and crew are really good; and scrupulously careful. Weve been with Dr. Morgans office since 2001 when we first moved to the Austin area and were in need of a Dentist within close proximity to the Cedar Park Middle School and High School for our kids. Sixteen years later, post kids in school and moves, we are traveling great distances to see Dr. Morgan and his staff!

Dr. Morgan has been our family dentist since moving to Cedar Park more than ten years ago. My dental experiences before seeing Dr. Morgan were often difficult and painful. I have had TMJ issues for over 30 years and staying open long periods of time is excruciating. He is very mindful of that during my appointments and always checks with me frequently to be sure my jaw is tolerating the procedure. He will give me a break to rest several times throughout my appointment. He has even shown me some exercises to help comfort my joint after my dental appointments. As a patient whose jaw was locked open for several hours after a filling was done many years ago, the care and attention Dr. Morgan gives to ensure that never happens again means the world to me. I won’t go anywhere else.My husband and married sons also see Dr. Morgan. Each one of us gets specialized care. We don’t feel like a number. That is becoming a rarity in our society. I highly recommend Dr. Morgan and the staff at Morgan Dental without reservation!

I made an appointment for a cleaning 6 months in advance, timed to receive the cleaning just prior to a knee replacement surgery. Getting dental work before this surgery is strongly recommended due to increased chance of post-surgery infection. So I was really relying on getting this taken care of at this specific scheduled time, after waiting for SIX MONTHS.Now skip ahead six months, just 3 days prior to the long-awaited appointment, I received a voicemail from Stephanie that she was canceling the appointment because she didnt like dealing with the new dental insurance company that my (major) employer had changed to a couple of months prior to this scheduled cleaning. So basically, I got unceremoniously dumped by my long-standing dentists office, right before my scheduled cleaning, which I really needed to happen at that specific time.When I called Stephanie back to find out why she had done this, she was dismissive and rude and basically told me deal with it and go away. She knew the situation I was in, but never tried to work with me to get this cleaning done, despite her dissatisfaction with my new insurer. This told me she was completely unconcerned with the difficult position that she had put me in. Funny, she was never this rude when I was giving her big payments for multiple expensive crown work and other services Id received over the years. I was shocked that this dental practice left me in the lurch like this. Consequently, I wasnt able to schedule the crucial cleaning with a new dentist in time before my knee surgery, so had to go without. It was a very long wait until I could safely go ahead with a dental cleaning.I really thought that my patronage over the years was valued, and the trust that I gave Dr. Morgan and his staff was well-placed. Im sorry to say that I was wrong. Their best asset? Natalie, a compassionate and fantastic hygienist. I wish I could still access her services with a different dentist. She is the best part of this dental practice.

I start going into anxiety before I walk into the door of Dr. Morgan’s office. This is not his fault but rather years and years of really bad dentistry and what I would call torturous experiences. I even tense up just sitting in the chair. Dr. Morgan and his staff are amazing about making me comfortable without making me feel like a wimp. They provide music or movies to watch while you are having treatment and do offer Nitrous for the truly terrified if needed which takes away 90% of the anxiety which gets me through the difficult parts. Dr. Morgan is an artist and his work is exceptional and the crowns I have replaced or added look very natural and feel great.I would highly recommend this practice as the staff at all top notch. I especially like the Doc’s chairsise assistant Laina.

I had a broken molar and they were not only able to see me for xrays but they were able to drill the cavities, of which there were two, and set a temporary crown. I truly feel that I used to have a great dentist, but now I have the Best Dentist in Dr. Morgan.

Ive been Dr. Morgans patient for at least a decade. In this tortuous profession hes likely the most gentle dentist Ive ever dealt with. I whine like a little girl with a skinned knee if I even think I can feel something going on in there; he knows this and administers anesthesia appropriately the first time in so I dont have to embarrass myself. He does wonderful work. Every appliance hes installed in my mouth fits and works like OEM equipment.Hes got the most capable and skillful staff of dental assistants and hygienist in the area, and theyre all hot. If Victorias Secret sold scrubs this office is what the catalogue would look like.The beautiful and fantastic Mrs. Morgan works up front and can twist insurance arms like nobodys business. Shes wrestled my organization into submission more than any five times. They tap out and pay up...like insurance should.These guys are also local. They live right in the community they work in. Theyre easy to reach, even during off hours (and that one holiday I broke my tooth). Theyre a tight knit group and they run a great business. Theyve always been honest with me about my situation (Ive had plenty) and provided excellent care. I highly recommend them.

Prices are twice that of other dentists. Very unhappy and found with just a little research that Morgan Dental fees were double. Called other dentists and found their prices before insurance were what Morgan Dentist was charging AFTER INSURANCE. Very upset that my wife could have had her tooth crowned but because out of pocket after insurance was still nearly a $1,000 had her tooth pulled. Will not be taking any of my daughters back because of their exorbitant rates Morgan Dentistry charges. Very unhappy feel as though I have been scammed.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Morgan and the whole staff. I was referred by several coworkers and hadnt been to the dentist in 10 years. I had 2 filled cavities from 30 years ago, that were worse than I thought. I was shocked to see how much of my teeth were drilled out when he showed me the pics. He saved me from having to get a crown. I felt absolutely nothing. Not the shots, not the drilling, nothing even after the novocaine wore off. I went to eat at my favorite Thai restaurant 10 minutes after the procedure. Went back for a cleaning today and expected the worst. Again, nothing! It was painless and over so soon I couldnt believe it. Fantastic experience from walking in the door to walking out. Plus, he looks just like Stew, the dentist on the Hangover movies. ;-)
