I really wanted to like this practice. And things started really well too. Had three separate visits with progressively more involved procedures. But then I had lingering pain and Dr Fay had asked me to get back if it didn’t subside. I also found a substantial difference between my estimate and final bill. So I followed up…three separate calls over two weeks. Nothing! No callback or response to my messages. I am hoping they will get back as I am want to give them another chance. And my teeth and jaw still hurt after over a month :(

Always excellent advice and precise work! Their services cover all dental needs - from cleaning, through fillings and crowns to orthodontics. Crowns are made in-house with a 3D printer and you can get a crown done with only 1 visit. Every time I am amazed by the quality of their work, the organization of the office and the nice, friendly approach that everyone has. Even the kids go there without hesitation and leave happy.

Dr. Aleks is the best along with the whole staff. Always do great work and very comfortable environment. Very nice!

I came in as a new patient and on an emergency basis. First Dr. Fays assistant professionally and skillfully handled the prelims to my consultation with the doctor and competently did her other duties after my exam. Dr. Fay answered questions I had and was very patient. She had a gentle touch. She explained my situation very clearly and seemed knowledgeable and truly concerned. She was helpful in giving referrals to places where I could get good additional care I needed. I came away feeling I had answers for the dental problems I was having.Very engaged office staff, too. Elena was super helpful in sorting out my insurance issues thoroughly and quickly. All staff I came in contact with were so attentive and polite. Nice professional-looking facility.

Gs Dental Studio was referred to me by some friends of mine that are clients at Gs Dental Studio.From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable and thats a hard thing to feel in the dentist office. They did x-rays and a doctor examined my teeth and we discussed what would be the best action to take. The doctor explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand. Then the receptionist came to me and we went over the best payment plan which suit my financial situation.Everybody was so nice and understanding and its good to see that in a situation like this. Because theres so many people out there that dont have any options or dont think they have options to have their dental problems taken care of. I have been coming here almost 5 years and at no point were the employees or Dr. Alex unpleasant. If they are having a bad day you would never know it. They make you feel comfortable about any work they will perform. They speak to you in layman terms so you understand. I have referred many of my co-workers and they all have nothing but good things to say about their experience. I mean who likes to go to the Dentist? No one ever ...but at least Im not scared or treated like just a number.

Dr Fay took me in last minute as a new patient. I chipped my tooth and needed a filling. Not only dows my jaw lock but i have major anxiety with dentist! She talked me through everything and made sure i was very numb so i didn’t feel a thing. She and her team were all so nice!

Gs Dental in Cedar Park has been amazing. The staff are courteous, helpful, super efficient and knowledgeable. There was an issue with my sons insurance coverage but they took the time to work with me and BCBSTX to get everything sorted out before proceeding with treatment and potentially leaving me with a significant out of pocket bill. My son is delighted with the result of his treatment and feels much more confident about how his teeth look now. I dont usually write reviews but I am very impressed with this team.

Great doctors and very kid friendly. My daughter tooth was extracted, nurse and doctor were great. In and out within 30 -40 minutes. They explained everything to my daughter in advance and she did like her doctor visit. My daughter is 8 years old FYI.Definitely recommended! Thank you all!

These guys are thieves. They will charge you for things other dentists NEVER charge for. They wanted to charge me way more for 4 wisdom teeth removals than 2 other dentists--they wanted to charge for more xrays and for stitches and for specialized type of extraction! The other 2 doctors didnt!

I’ve had horrific experiences in the past with other dentists, hence my anxiety visiting dentists. here I’ve mentioned that i have some anxiety, they did all procedures according to that. I did not feel anything thought out the multiple procedures. They were communicative and made sure i was ok thought out. Highly recommend.

Great experience! I had to switch dentists because of insurance and I was nervous but they have made me feel comfortable at every appointment. So glad I was able to find a new dentist I really like. They even found something my old dentist missed and I am so thankful to have it all taken care of.

My husband and I have being going here for several years from out of town. We’ve always had good experiences here, with both hygienists and doctors! Plus, they make their own crowns, which is so convenient and easy. As easy as having a crown can be.

Excellent customer service from the front of the office to the back of the office. The doctors, hygienists and the dental assistants are very attentive. I have always hated going to the dentist because of early childhood visits. This office is nothing like that. Im so grateful for how they truly care for and appreciate their patients. You will not be disappointed and they are open on Saturdays so my appointments do not conflict with my work schedule. They have it figured out. If you are looking for excellent customer service , professionalism and reasonable prices look no further.

Would highly recommend this family run office!I’ve always been afraid of going to the the dentist but ever since I started going to G’s Dental Studio I’ve had only positive experiences. Both Dr. Hristina and Alek are extremely gental and patient, all of the staff are kind and welcoming, the prices are much more reasonable, and I was really impressed with the qaulity of their service.I recently got fast braces and in 2 short months already have visibly straigter teeth. I went to a specialist orthodontist when I first started thinking about braces and they told me I needed to get oral surgery and wisdom teeth removed before they would even consider aligning my teeth (total cost near $20,000). Dr. Hristina and I discussed my goals for MY perfect smile and she was able to find a solution that fit both my needs and my budget – no surgery, no extraction, and braces at a fraction of the cost.

G’s Dental is totally “Awesome Sauce” I’ve been to other dentist offices in the past, however, G’s Dental is so clean, with very nice friendly staff, who helps to put your mind at ease when they are about to work on you. I felt very safe today (May 5, 2020) at my appointment during this quarantine pandemic. G’s Dental has a very safe procedure from arrival and having patients call to let them know you’ve arrived ... to ultraviolet lighting ... to a seriously Sterile clinic ... to exiting through a separate area so as to minimize contact with others. So happy they are my Dentists!

Had a great visit today, staff is ready to tackle this COVID 19 by having safety measures in place. Took care of us, in and out service, for both my teens, one with braces and the other getting the top braces.

The most accurate cleaning ever.

I got treated for my Wisdom tooth extraction and four of my upper teeth fillings and deep cleaning. Kudos to Dr Alex and his team - Dr Alex made me so comfortable and he brings with him so much of positive energy - I cannot express. I have seen him describe a problem as not a big problem at all or its a simple thing and it will be done. I have seen him think positive and really does not make a big noise anywhere. I know i had bad decays but he made it look simple and small. The extraction was a magic - i never realized when he pulled it out! Even the injections to the gums are so smooth and painless. Post treatments effect : nothing at all. I had zero pain after the extraction or after the fillings. In fact i never needed a pain reliever at all. Sir - I salute you for the warmth you give to your patience and the detailing you go down to when you treat to ensure that there is nothing left out. Today morning i woke up as if nothing happened to me yesterday after that two hours of drilling and filling my four teeth :) I bless you Sir and the clinic and all the staff in the name of Lord Jesus Christ of Nazareth ! Everyone is so kind and gentle here. I’m the patient who has to have a Xanax just to get a cleaning! I had a dental mishap as a child that scarred me for life, so I’m a tough customer- but they are wonderful! Maria is an amazing hygienist and such a sweetheart. Dr. Alex and Dr. Kristina are great too!! Due to my own neglect, I’ve had a lot of work done here over the years: cleanings, deep cleanings, extractions, a root canal, a partial and now implants. Each experience has been the same high level of care- the office is extremely clean- and they are also doing a fantastic job of managing additional UV sanitization in the current covid-era. Highly recommend them!

Brought my 11 year old daughter Sarah to see the dentist. They did a fantastic job at all stages. They were kid friendly with their equipment and their staff. Front office staff was very outgoing. Offices and waiting area is clean and inviting. She’s on year 11 of being cavity free so she just had a cleaning and sealants applied.

This is the best team in the Austin area.Today Monique cleaned and polish my the teeth perfectly.During the session I received a light gentle back massage when on the table. Amazing!! I also had a consultation and have a clear plan how to improve my oral health .Healthy mouth - healthy body.More than 200 chronic deseas are starting from unhealthy bacteria’s in our mouth. Everybody is so kind in this clinic .I love the the way Dr. Alex and Dr.Hristina gave me a full attention, answering all my questions and concerns. They really try to do the best. They ever offer me to fix just a part of my bridge, so it will save me around 500$. They fixed my daughters appliance the same visit without waiting 3-5 days as in regular clinics. And I very love the office. Croun in 2 hours. Massage chair instead of regular patient chair. Just best.

At my last checkup Dr. Lim noted a small cavity which needed to be filled. I came in today to have it done and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No pain. 4 stars is an excellent rating from me. I usually don’t give 5 stars.

Gs Dental accommodated my schedule with early morning cleanings. They worked with my insurance and found additional savings. I paid no out of pocket expenses on some treatments because of repeated business.Beautiful kind staff and awesome doctors who sound like they actually care.I would recommend Gs to anyone that has a busy schedule and wants excellent customer service.

Had a crown done on 4/8/2017. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Dr. Hristina did a fantastic job - my crown feels like a regular tooth. She explained the process and made me feel comfortable with the procedure. Highly recommend the practice.

This is my 3rd review in the last 6+ years for Gs Dental (Dr. Alex and Dr. Hristina Gavrilov). The office has state of the art equipment and the capabilities of both the doctors are outstanding. All along I have praised the dentists but their recent staff (they have been around for a while but this is the first time I am acknowledging their outstanding care for their patients); Kaylee goes above and beyond the call of duty to help the patients. Overall the support staff is outstanding and so is the dental hygienist; always caring, understanding and will do their best to take care of you. Bravo!!! I would never go to another dentist.
