Terrible cut by Beth today. Its hard to believe these people have a license to cut hair. Got a cut today and it was the last time I visit a great clips again. Everyone here seems like they hate their job. The old staff was decent but whoever they hired now are terrible.

Erica cut my hair today and was the worst thing that happen IN MY LIFE!!! Not sure if she has a medical condition or was under the influence while cutting my hair. she did not do what I wanted was so embarrassed while walking out.Ill be thinking twice about great clips guys!

Friendly staff and did a great job on my hair, was hesitant about changing my normal look but she Explained what changes she would make in detail and that really made me feel comfortable.

Excellent folks work here. A haircuts a haircut, but they do well and are extremelybfriendly.

Giving two stars because they’ve done great with my family until a recent visit. My daughter wanted her hair to be cut where it was a bit longer in the front and shorter in the back. No layers, just a straight cut. The woman who cut it didn’t listen to the length we requested and kind of just did her own thing. This wasn’t a trim, this was about 10 inches chopped off.The hair is VERY uneven and there are huge sections that are longer in certain spots throughout her hair, which classmates called out and made fun of her for. So now I’ve got another appointment to get her hair fixed. It’s just a little frustrating that the hairdresser ignored our requests.

Erica was GREAT with my daughter. She made her laugh and made us feel so welcome. We will be back to see her! Everyone there was really nice as well.

As a disabled college student I need a hairstyle that is very easy and manageable, but also cute. Craving that since or normalcy I have not had in a long time I asked for my old haircut; long slightly curved trim at the bottom with tapered side bangs. However, I received more than just normalcy. “Sabrina”, I believe was her name, not only made me feel normal she made me feel beautiful both physically and by her kind and encouraging words. A true gem of a place and stylist.

I hadnt been to Great clips in over a year. My previous experience was not so great. The stylish kind of rushed through the job and I didnt feel like the service was that great. Since the other haircut place is closed on Sunday I decided to give Great clips another try. Rhonda was my hair stylist today and she was awesome!She took her time and confirmed the kind of haircut I wanted. She gave me some choices about how she could treat certain areas. and even gave me a tip on some rice water treatment that she had heard about for me to look into.Dislocations covid safety approach was very good as well. I was able to schedule my appointment online, received a text when my appointment was 15 minutes out, and they called me into the store when my slot was ready.Ill definitely consider them my first choice the next time I need a haircut.

Finally At Last! I came home with the cut I hoped for! Sabrina did an excellent job! I showed her a picture and she did exactly as I asked! Not too long and definitely not too short which has always been an issue.

After waiting so long during Covid-19 to get my hair cut, I decided to go to Great Clips for the 1st time. Im very glad that I did. I used online check-in and it worked well. Sabrina, you are fantastic as that was a great clip. I will be back!

So I called ahead, the lady said they were not busy and I didnt need to put my name on the list I live 15 minutes away I came in to 8 people on the list and a 45 minute wait. I waited outside because we were not aloud inside for an hour they they call and tell me my 5 year old who is afraid of getting her hair cut has to go in by herself because she doesnt wanna loose her license company policy theys a waste of my time and I dont know you people why would i.leave my kid in your care do you have licenses in child care and back ground checks i can see. Disgusting

Online check-in is very easy. Sabrina is the best! I hate getting my hair cut because I have a mole on my head and people always hit it, and she’s always able to avoid it. Very friendly, great conversation, always does a great job!

The stylist I had was very experienced...turns she is the manager of several nearby GC salons. Once in the chair, she dry cut my short style hair in 10-15 minutes. Was surprised hiw nicely it came out. Definitely will return and hope I get her again!

Always seems to be a quality experience at the best price you can expect. Find a coupon or two and pay 7 bucks for a quality cut? Im in. I cant speak for other locations within the chain, but this one has some great stylist. Plan ahead on the weekends (expected amywhere decent).

Staff is Always friendly, and helpful when you dont know what kids cut you want. Love this place for me and my husband

I love the haircut I received! Anne was easy to communicate to and very thorough. She was a joy to be around. I had her cut off 12 inches to a very short length. She worked with me and gave me exactly what I wanted. I have received so many compliments on my hair cut. I will definitely be using Great Clips again.

Ive been getting haircuts from great clips since I was 5. Every time I get a haircut there its amazing. The staff is amazing and they always do a great job.

Got a great clip at a great price. They lose 1 star for the constant haranguing about online check-in and because of the one slightly odd stylist who loudly tells customers where to put the tip on the receipt (I am sure she means well but a more discreet instruction would be well advised). Other than these two relatively minor issues, I am happy as a clam to have found this place. Highly recommended, even when they dont have a sale going.

Took longer time than other Great Clips, but the service was great. Definitely will make this my default...

Online check in is the way to go. Otherwise it seems like youre there forever. Hanna did a great job on my kids and (I forget my stylists name) seemed a bit new but she did very well!

We love this location near HEB and Smokey Moes - Sabrina (a stylist) is probably one of the most optimistic and cheerful people youll ever meet - they are very patient, they listen to you and what kind of look you are going for - we spend a LOT of time finding doctors, dentists, teachers and schools, that we entrust our family members with - why should a hair salon be any different - we LOVE these guys (and Ive been to other Great Clips locations - not always so good) - well be back!

Ok I hate cutting my hair.. but I let Sabrina cut my hair... an.. and I told her. Just a trim at first. Like 1/4 an inch..( Im a big baby ) and she did it. And she let me look.. and told me she could do more it would be healthier. We took baby steps and I LOVE it so much!!and ended up with a face frame and like an inch 1/2 off. She will be my stylist from now on!!

Nice location, but there is an asian lady who does a bad hair cut. she is so unprofessional and rude to the customer.

They offer styling services but not a single employee (out of three) knew how to do a simple up do!

Wow I got a very nice haircut. Using coupon it was $8. Sign up on line for appointment. Walked in waited less than 5 minutes and was out in less than 20 minutes. I will be back. Much better than expected.

Went there yesterday first time ever in my life had the worst experience with the stylist Sabrina very rude unpleasant person I have met. I took both of my sons for haircut and one was getting done all I asked her to fade little more from sides she said it seems like you are not happy with my haircut so wait for another stylist to cut your second sons hair I was shocked to hear her negative comments I am 100% sure she was being racist and this is my first time I used this word in my life. please do not go to her she needs to change her attitude if she wants to be in this business absolutely not friendly to anyone who ask her to cut it little shorter.

Appalled at the lack of cleanliness. Barbers are required to clean (and, if possible, disinfect) shared-use equipment between clients. This morning, the clippers the barber was about to use were caked with a previous clients hair. I left. There was one other worker waiting for clients so it wasnt a question of their being rushed at a few minutes past 9 on a Sunday morning. Id rather not get the previous clients lice or hepatitis, thanks.

I started going to this location when someone got transferred there, was getting great haircut s- until she left. Its been over a year & I rarely get a good one. Today was the worst, the girl did the opposite from what I told her- shame I gave her a tip. They just lost another customer

The hair stylists took good care of the hair cut except that sometimes they handle multiple things like checking in new customers as well as cutting my hair, if that wasnt the case, it would be perfect for anyone for a quick haircut..

Checked in online and i knew i had to wait 23 mins ....... walked in , nobody greeted me! so i sat down and kept waiting for over an hour . they kept taking people who came in after me without checking in , when i asked why she said because you didnt check in with us !what is the point of having an online check in then?bad customer service for surewill never go there anymore although Ive been going to great clips for over 8 years now

The wait is only bad if you don’t check in, but the blonde haired chick that works there is not very suitable for her job. She takes directions badly, she is has no touch when dealing with a persons hair(pulls too hard) and she seems like she’s half asleep every time I walk in there.

Save time by online check-in... If you know your numbers or saved in gc database then it would be a wonderful haircut

For the sheer value, I rate them 5 stars. If you tell them what you want/dont want them to do. you will be pleased. Check in online and save time.

I gave this place a 2nd try, I have too say, I am very displeased with my 2 boys haircuts. I gave the hair stylist 2 pics of how they wanted, came out nowhere close to the pics. $12.00 for a 5 yr old haircut?? Ill never go back again!!

THIS COMPANY HIDES REVIEWS LOWER THAN 3 AND ALL YOU SEE IS A AUTOMATED RESPONSE FROM PEOPLE THAT DOESNT CARE. lady who gave me bangs was very kind BUT completely messed it up. it was totally uneven and i tried to go to another place to fix it but they told me i had to grow them out and then cut bangs again. so for about three months now ive been walking around with easily noticeable uneven choppy bangs. will not come back and told all my friends and family or anyone who asks the name of the store so i can stop some people from making a mistake. i dont know if its this specific location, but i will NEVER be going to another greatclips. i would have given one star but the lady was kind but she did lie to my face when i asked doesnt it look a bit uneven to you. and she said no it looks great. actually im changing my review i am giving this place one star. (also i do not know the name of the lady but if i did i would mention it.)

I went in with shoulder length hair and wanted it cut under my chin in a bob. I brought in pictures of what I wanted. They ruined my hair. It is so short that it will have to grow out before i can fix it, and is not a bob. It looks horrible! I will never go back.

Been coming for 9 years but ofter the girl that does my kids hair left and there is a new girl with red hair. It was the worst experience. Did a bad hair job on my kids and ofter whan they were getting a candy she took away yet he bowl and she did it in front of me. NEVER GO BACK! ! !!

All they hire is young inexperienced people who can only barely use clippers and can’t make even scissor cuts at all.
