Great customer service! The girls at the front desk have always been so nice with a smile on their face! I have been a customer for about 6 years now and don’t have a single complaint. The salon is always clean and inviting! Keep up the great work girls!!!

Tan It All had temporarily closed its doors due to Corona. They gave me a credit for the month that I paid for. Also,they did a reimbursement for the following month. Also, did stop future payments.I worked with the company via text. They were prompt to reply and accommodate me. Tan It All in Cedar Park was easy to work with on my problem.

Dont use this place! The lady up front is super sweet, the people running it dont have a clue! When I started I told her I would probably only be able to do 1 month at the time. She said she would make a note to put my account on hold close to end of the month. I spent almost $200 to join, for one month, and the lotions. One week later Covid happened. I got to come in 4 times b4 starting to work almost 80 hours a week. No school or daycare and too many hours so could not come. The next auto payment happened even though I was told my account would be put on hold. I emailed and was told I would get a credit. I told them to cancel my account, $250 for 4 tanning sessions is too much! So I was already supposed to have almost a month of service on hold, was expecting a credit to my bank but it never happened. So now I was charged AGAIN even after I said to cancel. I emailed again and was told i couldnt get last months money returned! These people do not know how to run a business nor do they know how to provide customer service. They could have kept a customer but instead now they will be reported to the BBB, DSHS, & FDA. Oh I neglected to mention that my child and I were exposed to covid but they still want me to use my credit there and possibly expose anyone I come in contact with just so they dont have to return the money they were not even supposed to draft.

Affordable package deals, CLEAN, friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had 3 people get spray tans for vacation and the whole process took less than 20 minutes!

I really like this Tanning salon especially the service they provide their Taylor C. She is so helpful to me and very cheerful. All the workers attitudes are great. All-around I say its one of the better tanning salons

Long story short, I have been charged a membership fee twice in one month totaling $90.90 after canceling my membership. Management remains to be unresponsive to a resolution. My bank has advised me to cancel my card which is a huge inconvenience and leaves me several days without a card. This establishment has shown a lack of ethics and professionalism. And the bulbs are mediocre and built so you have to tan constantly. You shouldn’t have to tan 5 days a week to maintain a good tan. I tanned one day in another salon and got a much better tan than I did in a month there. So happy I decided to cancel but now Im fighting to get my money back.

All the people who work here are friendly and accommodating. There are a few who even know my name and have me checked in when I walk in the door. Pricing is very reasonable and everything is clean which is a HUGE plus! Ive been to some places I have to request to clean my own bed they do such a poor job and have NEVER had that be an issue at Tan it All 👍

I love coming here to tan. The staff are always friendly and accommodating. Very knowledgeable on what type of bed or lotions are great for me at the time. I am always greeted with a smile every time I walk in and a nice farewell when I leave. The wait for a bed is either never or maybe a few minutes. Never an issue there. Huge fan of the clean beds, floors, etc. Ive been to places that had leftover lotion from prior tanner. (No thank you.) I love the specials that go on from lotions to tanning deals, always a plus. Thank you Tan It All, Ill keep coming back for more!!!

No notification freeze came off account and have been charged over $150. Have requested cancellation in writing and over the phone, even went to the location and still charged.

I have been a customer at Tan It All for 6 months now. The employees are always gracious and helpful. The salon is always clean, cool and there are plenty of rooms so I rarely have to wait. I am very happy with my experience at Tan It All.

This was my first time using the Vista Pro spray tan booth and the staff was very helpful! I was recommended what kind of bronzing to use with the tan and felt very informed on how to do it. I am very happy with how the tan turned out!

Policies are a sham, employees have zero say in anything and have to text management and owners for every little thing (wont provide any contact info for mgmt either). When you pay for a FULL month of tanning dont you expect a FULL MONTH of tanning? Not here! You cancel and it cancels your account immediately and you are NOT refunded for any unused portion of your month and cannot tan until it is reinstated. I didnt want to get billed another month so I cancelled right after my last withdrawl... oh there goes a full month of service. So set that calendar reminder, folks!! It must be literally 2 days before your next draft or there goes another month. In full disclosure, the employee on site got the powers that be on the phone (still wouldnt give me contact info) to reinstate my month but after some what?! And whys But wait, you have a store credit!! Oh sorry, you can only use it if you pay an equal or more amount out of pocket... someone explain to this place how credits work everywhere else.

Ive been going to the Tan It All in RR for about 3 years now and just recently started going to the CP location. Every time Ive been the girls at the front desk are super helpful, whether Im deciding between lotions or need an extra towel. Its a great salon!

It was going fine, but when I went to cancel for the winter months, I was lied to about freezing the account. I was told the 5.00 a month would add up and go toward the months payment when I start it up again. This made sense, since I had planned to resume in the spring...(it avoids the initial membershipfee again). When I saw 55.00 come out in March, I called to ask about it. She said the accumulated money only goes toward products. I didnt want products. Ipurposely didnt use the month paid for while I tried to contact someone to at least meet me halfway on something, since I was told wrong for the sale. No one contacted me back. I texted the number the girl gave me to cancel, and no one responded still (which she said would be effective immediately). The day before it was supposed to draft the next months payment, I texted the number again and someone answered immediately this time saying it would still come out because I needed a 24 hour notice! Seriously?!So now they have 6 months of my 5.00 payments, plus 55.00 unused, and now plan another 55.00?!! I said I gave plenty of notice and they better not run my card again. Just in case, since this is now clearly dishonest, I put a freeze on my debit card. Sure enough, they tried to run it the next day!! I had to go through the trouble of canceling my whole debit card and ordering a new one to get them to stop trying to take money from my account. they continued to bother me through the text saying that I needed to make a payment in a different way. I havent tanned since September, yet they have gotten $85 of the unused services from me. Outright lied, and make me go through the trouble of canceling a card for them to stop trying to take money from my account.I will never be back here! I will go anywhere else but tan it all. Not one person has tried to even offer me half of my money back or give me a free month for the trouble or anyting.This is a dangerous place to give your card info to. I see they have good reviews so far, so good luck to you, but consider yourself warned.

They will talk about you behind your back while your in the bed room behind them, because your not built like barbie. There beds arent that strong, and there pricing is outrageous. Dont bother buying a membership because when you come back to use it, they magically cant find it in the computer. This has happened to several people. The customers in the store are nicer than the people who actually work there. They just basically want you in and out as fast as possible so they can go back to talking on there cell phones, meanwhile if you come in while theyre texting they finish there text while your standing there waiting to be helped.

This is a great location, super clean, friendly staff and great beds. Best place in the area!

I wanted to try the Versa pro spray tan and i found an offer on groupon for Tan It All. I was able to walk in and have a tanning session right away. I was very pleased with my results. The staff was very helpful and showed me how the booth worked. I definitely will make this the place i go for spray tans!

I have never been treated so badly anywhere. the blonde lady at the front was so awfully rude. she had a very bad attitude and we didnt even stay to get our tans. we have never been treated so terribly anywhere! this woman should not be employed here

Humiliated. I would never in a million years believe that the manager of a business could be so blatantly mean to a customer that they broke down in tears, in front of other customers. Today I got to be that customer. To make matters worse, I have to continue dealing with this same manager (Ashley), because she refused to give me any contact numbers for corporate, and insists that there is no one above her other than the owner (whose info she also refused to give). The entire experience here is either electronic or verbal... meaning whatever fantastic deal the teenager you signed up with promised you goes out the window when she quits, and ten months later your two months unlimited with the moon and stars in freebies becomes a living nightmare. Please go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else.

I have tanned at alot of places and always come back to Tan It All. I love the fact they are very friendly, the prices are very reasonable. The place is always clean.

Overpriced and overrated. Not just their products but their service as well. Most of the employees do not have the knowledge it takes to work there. And rather not you use it or not you still get charged for your monthly membership fee of $35. And breaking contract is automatically $100 charge.
