I tried out multiple eyelash studios before I started going to PinkLady. I was always disappointed and left with itchy irritated eyes. NEVER have I felt that way here. Always amazing service and so natural looking. Amanda is my go to and always makes me feel relaxed. She’s very thorough as well. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

Ive been a client of Shelby and Pink Lady Lash since she had a her own little rented space in Pflugerville. Her business and clientele have grown immensely since but her attitude and appreciation for lashes and their care has never changed. Going to Pink Lady Lash is an ultra feminine experience, one that makes you feel comfortable, cared for and absolutely gorgeous at the end of your session. They have always done an immensely amazing job from front desk, management, to the lash artists, it always easy to set appointments and your always seen on time. Whether it be Shelby herself or another one of her fabulous lash artists they really take the time to listen to what you want and shape it to whats best for the health of your lashes. At Pink Lady Lash, as long as you do your part in cleansing and avoiding mascara, the health of your lashes will never be poor. I put the full trust of my lashes with Pink Lady Lash and would never go anywhere else. Their prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality and care you get!

Got my lashes done at Pink Lady Lash yesterday. I’m not new to lash lifts nor am I new to Pink Lady. I’ve always had good experiences but omg yesterday was the best and most perfect lift I’ve ever had in my life. Bonnie not only gave me this perfect lift and tint, but she also made the experience the most enjoyable ever. The girl up front asked if we knew each other when I walked in because even just meeting her for the first time she treated me like a familiar face!Thank you, Bonnie! I’ll never go to anyone else!

I was there for new lashes with a new Lash tech. She did a great job, however 2.45 mi. Was to long. Please consider changing up your music for the variety of ages you serve. Not all of us like Pop music. At my request since I was there so long, they did Change the music. Thank you for that consideration.

Very professional. Super clean and hygienic. Great spot to relax and get your lashes done. The only downside I would say is that they are a little pricey but again you get what you pay for

Whether its Shelby personally, any of her staff, or any of the girls in training, Ive never left either Pink Lady Lash location unsatisfied. Shelby is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and doesnt rush teaching her staff perfection. Shes detail oriented, passionate about what she does, and knows how to give you the best look for your eye shape/face, while not comprising your natural lashes. Youll never have damaged lashes from her work!! I was obsessed after my first set of extensions! Always gorgeous, flawless work! Highly recommend.

Truly the best lash salon in Austin. Shelby is quick with her work yet inspects and attends to every single individual lash. She does a terrific job and I couldn’t be more happy with my results. Also, I had the pleasure of having Daniella as my stylist once and her work is identical. Pink lady lash does not disappoint!!

I highly recommend Isabel with Pink lady Lash! She did a volume full set and did an amazing job! I have had a classic full set in the past and it was beautiful! I told her I wanted something more dramatic this time and she exceeded my expectations. I have gotten a lot of compliments and will be back for more!

This is by far the BEST place to get lashes done! I am a flight attendant and I have been all around the states and NO ONE compares... not even close!!! All the employees are trained by the best of the best and know what they are doing! They really care about the health of my lashes and thats what makes me love this company so much!!!

Pink Lady Lash is the absolute best! I was a little hesitant to do anything with my lashes, but they took the time to educate me on the process and I could not be any happier with my decision to start getting them done. I get compliments on my fluffy lashes every single daysnd life is so much easier. Love their amazing work and their amazing artist! I would never go anywhere else.

I have been going here for years! I have seen a few different lash artists within PLL and all of them have been awesome. Shelby does a great job of training her team, so your lashes will always be fluffy and beautiful. I got them done for 2 years straight, and after I took a break my lashes were still so long and healthy! I cannot day enough amazing things about this business.
