They do me right every time! Nina is great and all staff members are kind and attentive :)Haven’t been to any other salon since moving to Austin in June.

I was only in town for the holiday weekend and thought I would give this place a try based on its reviews. I was not disappointed! Great conversation, a nail tech that took her time, and a beautiful outcome!

Im not sure whats changed, but everytime this week Ive tried to come in and get help. But no. Ive even set appointments, but when I show up I still wait. But to no avail Im still screwed. Maybe today I can get in. The staff is very friendly, but all of a sudden in short supply. Im in search for a new spot to spend my hard earned dollars. You can see by my newly added pictures how badly I needed help....

This was my first time at Austin Nails & Spa. I had a very wonderful pedicure. Ill be going back again. My previous Nail Salon closed due to COVID19 and never re opened. I went there for over 11 years. I believe Ive found a new home. Well its been a year since I first visited. Austin Nails and Spa. Im still very happy here. My Technician is Emily and shes Amazing!

Amy does fabulous work for my SNS nails. I’m a loyal customer going every 2 weeks that maintains beautiful nails. If one is broken, she skillfully adds a tip so that all of my nails look even and beautifully polished. The facility is always clean, relaxed and friendly. I’m always offered a beverage and feel relaxed and at home at Austin Nails & Spa. Highly recommend for great service at fair prices.

I will never go anywhere else. I moved, yet still drive 20 min to this salon. The workers are always friendly and they remember you.

I called day of(Tuesday afternoon) and was able to get in for a deluxe pedicure and shellac manicure as well as eyebrow threading.Vivian took her time and did a great job on my toes and hands, as well as my eyebrows.Reason for the four stars is, I had added the extra cat eye and shellac on my toes so I knew there would be extra cost but when I was given the price it was $167. I asked her if she could add up each cost which ended up being $102 not $167. Im glad I asked.There was no itemized receipt just hand typed into calculator.My tip Would be to just make sure you ask for the price in advance and double check its correct at the end.

This establishment has very courteous and professional employees. My daughter loves coming to this location as she feels the service and quality of work is just overall better when compared to the other nail salons in the area. She usually requests acrylic nails with gel polish. The price is $45. We have yet to beef to go back for a fix due to poor work (knock on wood). The location is also great, right next to Lakeline Mall.

Had two nails techs that worked with my mother and I. They were both super nice and super patient with us. The guy that did my acrylics really knew what he was doing and made sure that everything looked right. He was very gentle with my nails and didn’t seem to mind when i had to switch colors (even helped me pick a different, brighter color). The staff are very friendly and super easy to communicate with. Was around $75 dollars for a new set of gel acrylics and a manicure which isn’t too bad. i will definitely be going back next time.

Been coming for over 5 years and still no one else can give me the quality and customer service that I can get here. I moved from being across the street to across Austin and I still drive 30 mins to get the best in town and thats here. Friendly, kind, clean, professional, skilled and gentle. Never had any complaints, whoever I get.

This is how the nail tech left me nails.... miss shaped, polish sloppy, and to thin after I repeatedly asked him to keep the tips thick because they will break quickly. The worst manicure I’ve ever had and a complete waste of money. Would never go back or recommend to anyone!

Today was my first time doing acrylic nails and I absolutely love them! I only get my nails done ( always Dipping Powder) by Hai because he is THE BEST! If youre thinking of coming here CALL FIRST. It can be a 40+ min wait sometimes so you better plan it.

This is my preferred spa for a long, relaxing pedicure. The leg/foot massage, exfoliation, hot stone treatment, etc are so enjoyable. Nail techs are friendly and skilled. Great location with plenty of parking.

My first tech was really friendlyand did an amazingjob, howevermy 2nd visit left much to be desired. Ill try one more time and hopefullyIllget the woman I had the first time.

I would not recommend this place. They are unsanitary: tools are setting on the table when you walk in & not cleaned before use. My cuticles are destroyed because the nail technician used a dull tool and did not clean it as she trimmed each cuticle. When done, the tools are not cleaned and thrown into a drawer out of site. I asked for a specific color, picked out the bottle by brand & #. When I mentioned the color was too light for that specific shade, the technician told me sometimes the colors change. I thought perhaps she was right & I was imagining things. I did not have an opportunity to really dissent because every one was rushing out. So when I went home I verified: the shade was absolutely incorrect. I read that they seemed reasonable, so I went back the next day and politely requested a refund. I was so unhappy with the shade, I painted over my manicure with the CORRECT color I originally asked for. The man at the front desk took my hand without saying anything and wiped off the polish from my pinky. I reiterated they were completely different shades, and not what I asked for. The nail technician who had worked with me stopped in the middle of doing another customers pedicure. Instead of hearing me out as a first time customer who was unhappy, I had no less than 4 nail technicians gang upon me. I was told they would need to take it off for a refund, and I said certainly: please do! They did not like that, and kept saying sometimes shades are too light for a skin tone, and but thats the color you asked for, and gel color is different from regular color, and all manner of avoidance when I kept stating There is something wrong with your polish, this is not the correct color. Ive had this exact shade gel manicure from different salons and never had an issue. In the end, after being bullied by 4 technicians, even with proof, I had to state I was done with the conversation and walk away. Save your money and get pampered somewhere else by technicians who are sanitary and ethical.

Katie has been doing my nails for years! She is a perfectionist and she takes her time. The services are incredibly reasonable and the salon is always extremely clean. I love that the tools are sterilized and new packages are opened in front of you so you know they are clean. Their color choice is extensive and updated often. Katie knows her trends and what is current. Shes also not afraid to give her opinion on what looks good with my skin tone.

My wife and I have been going for quite some time now on a regular basis. Staff is always friendly and the owners are genuinely nice people. My wife enjoys their variety of gel nail polishes and attention to detail. My kids enjoy the super wide selection of regular polish colors and we usually have to give them a bit of extra time to pick a color. I personally like the staff and we know most folks by name. Their prices are average to other salons, but there service is amazing and far superior. The shop can get a bit crowded on the weekends, but you can call ahead and make appointments.

So glad I found this place! I went as a walk-in and was taken rather quickly. Complimentary soda/water was offered. They use a new/clean set for pedicures and manicures. Very professional. I opted for shellac and it lasted a full 4 weeks. Will definitely be back.

1st time going & it was Very clean and welcoming. My nails look great. Some flaw with evenness of the coffin shape but you have to be looking up close at my hands to tell. SO MANY COLOR OPTIONS! And the prices are great!

My favorite nail shop ever hands down (no pun intended)! The owner and his wife are amazing they are so kind and so sweet to me and their staff is just as awesome! The owner does my nails every time, he is a BADASS yall! I usually can call and he fits me in anytime he knows what I want and does them perfect every single time I dont even have to remind him. Not to mention I hate sitting at the nail salon all day hes very quick and efficient!! As a cosmetologist I know what to look for... this shop is very clean and I truly believe that its very accommodating to many different needs! Great little salon for pedicures. Ive been going here for several years and have always had great service without waiting or even making an appointment. About 6 months ago, a young man named Johnny did my pedi and it was absolute heaven! Now I always ask for him and get the 45 minute Deluxe pedicure. This guy is MAGIC! I always leave with gorgeous toes and am unbelievably relaxed!Ive heard good things about their manicures here but have never had one.

I have such a hard time finding a nail salon that I want to go to more than once. This place has me coming back every time! They are consistent, honest, and nice. They always make sure your happy and don’t ever turn down new ideas. Plus, who doesn’t like a complimentary drink while getting pampered?

My husband comes with me and asks for Nina. She has a light tough and does well with him. I have found Vivian does an excellent foot & leg massage. With so many salons to choose from, we are very happy with this one.

After trying dozens of nail places, I may have found my new go to place for mani/pedis. I had a gel pedicure. The technician was very gentle and complied with my request not to cut my cuticles. My cuticles on my nails and toes are sensitive and bleed easily when cut. Yesterday I got SNS nails. Also, the technician was very gentle and repeatedly asked me if I was ok with what she was doing. She did not cut my cuticles, as per my request. I am very happy with the way my manicure and pedicure turned out. My nails are beautiful on my hands and feet! I will go back! Also, the place was extremely clean, and I liked that they used packaged, sterile tools on my feet.

Still the best place I’ve found. I even moved farther away and keep coming back because I can’t find a better place closer to me. Thank you for doing a great job every time.

Friendly, clean, and the owner or manager likes to watch football, so the tv was on the cowboys game. They also did a great job on my mani (male). I will be back again soon

Best nail salon in Cedar Park! Wonderful staff that is so kind and considerate. They offer complimentary soda or water while getting a pedicure. Overall the best manicure and pedicure Ive had in a long time.

I waited for about 30 minutes for a pedicure during which time 2 other ladies came in. When a chair opened they were taken before me even after I said that I was there first. I walked out. Staff is not friendly. I had to rate this a 1 star but would preferred to rate them a ZERO. I will not go back. Drove down the road a short way and received excellent customer service!!!

Hai is absolutely amazing my nails are beautiful every time! He talked me into to doing gel instead of acrylic to be able to change the colors each time. I was hesitant because I’ve always had acrylic, but it has been a game changer! I love getting the gel it’s better for your nails because you aren’t having to drill as much each time to remove the color. Trish is absolutely amazing my pedi is above and beyond each time! I love the salon too it’s top notch and is always super clean!

Love this place! The deluxe pedicure comes with sugar scrubs and a clay mask followed by hot stones and a couple hot towel wraps. My feet look and feel great, and complimentary wine doesnt hurt either! I will be back!

I was here at 9:50am Today for a pedicure, their was one customer getting her nails done , and several employees standing around . when i asked for a pedicure i was told that they were too busy at this time . mind you the shop just opened and only one customer was being serviced. UNPROFESSIONAL, never again . If yall discriminating just say that.

Love this place when it comes to nails. the owners and one other lady is great with stiletto nails. The young man in the shop cant do nails to save his life. As far as the pedicure goes they love to talk to you instead of allowing you to relax. When I go to the spa I always put my ear buds in and they always begin to ask questions and talk to me sooo annoying. Also the prices for fillings over 4 years has gone from $10-$20.00. You wont find out until you walk in

Terrible experience! We went in to get a pedicure and were told there was a wait. No problem, we just sat and waited. While waiting another group walked in and sat down to wait as well. The staff completely ignored the fact that we had been sitting and waiting for almost 30 minutes and brought back the group that walked in after us! We left immediately after and will not be back. Awful customer service.

Ive been here a few times before for manicures and had a good experience so I decided to get a pedicure. The girl did a terrible job. The paint job is awful and she didnt do the callus remover, which I specifically said I didnt care about the paint, I cared about the callus remover. My manicure color that I said I wanted wasnt used, I said it looked light and he responded with it would be darker with the second coat. It was not, Im really unhappy with my manicure and pedicure and it was $74! I will never be going back here.

Ask for the total up front!My friend and I went here after shopping for a dress for her to wear to a wedding.. This place advertises all over craigslist that the mani/pedi combo is $35 so that was what I was expecting. The lady even asked me if I wanted the deluxe and I declined. Just the basics, which is what I received. It was 7pm when we walked in and there were three ladies that were getting mani/pedis also, so they fired up the foot spa and had us wait. The other ladies all had champagne, something we were not offered. When they left the workers swarmed us and got busy. They yelled to the guy working the cah register it was $35 each for those 3.After we were done and went to check out we were told $40 each. I asked why. She stammered that she did something different to my cuticles and it was $5 extra. BULLSHIT! I had a basic mani/pedi that any nail place is capable of giving. I paid it and let them know I would never be back. They didnt seem to care.There are way too many nail places out there that do the same job for $35. Dont bother with this one.

They guy does a good job but he’s always busy the other ladies don’t know what they are doing my nails were so thick and wrong shape they hurt they tried to convince me they will look better at the end the time before that I broke a nail and they fixed it and put a slightly off color instead of the same color they said after it dried it would change to convince me to leave it never going back!
