While the Physician was very nice, my eye issues were not resolved and I feel they were even dismissed. I scheduled another appt with a different practice and had to wait another month with severe pain and vision distortion that has impacted my life and work productivity. Days where I couldnt drive and had to miss work and lose money. . Praying my vision can still be restored. So yeah, Im pretty upset. Ive been waiting patiently to be seen in these difficult times. I am an understanding individual and deserve the same respect. Im also a paying person, and sometimes we need to remember that a Doctor isnt gracing us with their presence out of kindness, but it is a transaction that requires satisfactory performance. There are no other services I pay for that leave me unresolved and unheard....Id ask for my money back if it happened anywhere else. Take some time to listen to your patients please. Be kind, be friendly, and use your good talents to be a resource to those in your care.

Not a great experience here. I originally developed a chalazion(pure cosmetic misery btw) in early September 2020. After 2 visits to urgent care, I was referred here. This is something you need to see an ophthalmologist for. I had an appt at the Kellogg Eye center in October. Basically I am instructed to try a warm compress, itll go away. This was after 2 months of zero improvement. I call back in December since generally the next step is surgical removal. I am told oh, you actually saw an optometrist. Come see an ophthalmologist now. I get there, check in, fill out the necessary forms on the tablet, and get stuck in the waiting room for 1.5hrs. I was told its a system glitch. Finally see the Dr and they prescribe steroid eye drops for a week. Nothing works, now here I am Jan 28th trying to schedule the actual surgical removal(which I told them I needed before the last office visit) I wanted a month ago. They cant schedule me until April 7th at the earliest. I call another office on Wednesday, tell them my story, and they are able to get me in for the removal that same Friday. Its the one with 5 stars if you are wondering. Beware of pricey, ineffective office visits at this location.

Best eye care in the area with the expertise of University of Michigan doctors behind it. . Highly professional and curious staff. Wait times for appointments can very but you know every doctor and technician is giving you a very complete exam, making sure you have the best prescription and takes time to answer any questions/

As a patient of the U-M Kellogg Eye Center in Canton, I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff, and the talent of the doctors. All of them excel in communicating on a level that is easy for someone who is not in the medical field to understand. The doctors take the time to make sure all questions are answered. The office is managed well, and I never have to wait long at all (a rare find in ophthalmology offices, from my experiences). And they are all part of a greater health care network, the U-M Health Care System. I highly recommend Kellogg Eye Center in Canton.

I waited about 3 months for my appointment date to arrive. I completed the echeck in online. I arrived 15 minutes early to the Canton opthomology center. And they cannot see me at my scheduled time. I take the clipboard given to me back up to the check in desk. I tell the nice lady that it is past my appointment time and she tells me its only been a few minutes past. So, how many minutes do I have to wait past my appointment time which I have made about 3 months ago in order to see the doc? No respect for patient.

I have been a patient as well as my sons at this clinic for 17 years and neber have had a bad experience.
