Me and my family going to Vison Without Limits for years and very happy with this place. The staff is professional yet friendly. Would recommend it to anyone.

First and last time! I had a complete eye exam and wasnt measured for contacts. Ive never had to ask at any eye exam. I didnt know this until I went to order contacts and was told that the doctor didnt approve the order. Also, they make you fill out a questionnaire about any problems you may be experiencing. I noted several and they were never addressed by the doctor. During the exam, I was trying to explain to the doctor that I have some serious issues with night vision and he blew me off. I felt rushed and very dissatisfied. Now I have to find another optometrist in area to address my concerns and to get a prescription for my contacts.I was seen in your office and issues with night vision wasnt the only issue that I noted. But as I stated, I did bring up the issue of night vision during the exam. You never mentioned anything about the anti reflective lenses, you just ignored me.

I have been going to Dr. Bohden for several years. He is very thorough and an excellent doctor! He never rushes and explains to me in detail any changes since my last examine. He offers quality eyeglasses. His staff is very efficient as well!

Everyone is friendly and helpful at the place. We were able to get our eye examinations (a short wait, not too bad) As well as picking out frames.

Dr. Bohdan takes care of all 4 of my kids and myself! We love the whole staff, they are great with the kids, fair prices, super helpful and patient!! They tirelessly helped my 11 year old with her contacts and always work really hard to find glasses each of the kids love!Highly recommend!

Very thorough diabetic eye exam. Dr. explained all tests and what he was looking for. Amy and Vivian took some tests and were very knowledgeable. Amy helped me pick out glasses and was honest when telling me how different frames looked on me.

I’ve been going to Dr. Bodhan for 3 years now and I’ve always had a great experience. I’ve been explained well by the doctor and all my questions been answered patiently. Everyone in office is patient and friendly. They always want you to be happy with the glasses or contacts that you are buying from them, and they do go the extra mile to ensure this. If there’s a problem with the product later on, they are always helpful and prompt! I’ve been going to them for almost 20 yrs and never had a complaint.

Dr. Bodhan is the most patient and caring optometrist I’ve come across. The last few years I’ve really struggled with my astigmatism and finding contacts that work with my unusual eyes. My past optometrist definitely made me feel like a number, and an inconvenience when the contacts he fitted me with weren’t working. After a terrible experience there, the staff at Vision Without Limits went the extra mile to get my contact prescription transferred and filled with my preferred brand. They ordered them that day and I had my contacts within 2 days. They called me and kept me updated on my order. Love this place! I got my daughter’s contact refills in a couple of days (good thing since teenagers don’t tell you they need a refill until they are completely out).

The staff was very nice and helpful, that is why I am giving 2 starts. However, the doctor was not. He was kind of rude and I was not comfortable asking additional questions to him. Not sure if I will go back.

I have been at patient at Vision Without Limits for over ten years. During that time, I have be treated wonderfully by their staff! Amy has fitted me[ for my glasses several times and always takes her time with me (esp., when I cant decide between frames for like forever- they have so many choices on stylish frames, its hard to decide lol). Dr. Bohdan is very friendly and takes his time explaining my exam results and answering my questions. In addition, over the years. I have had to call them with several urgent painful issues ( one of them a scratched corona), they get me in right away! Very much appreciated indeed!

EDIT TO PROVIDERS RESPONSE: First off I find it extremely unprofessional and borderline against HIPAA to discuss any details of my medical care with your office on this forum. As a patient I have the right to publicly share which details I feel fit, as a heath provider it is extremely concerning that you so willingly respond publicly with details from your patients. I have seen you do this with other reviews and I am stunned you have no HIPAA violations against your practice. It is entirely inappropriate to argue my care with you on this forum. My review was left to warn others that adequate service was not given and I was disappointed with the staffs bedside manner and attention to patient care._____________________________________________________________________I was a new patient and read plenty of reviews before choosing a new eye doctor. I loved what the reviews said about Dr. Bohdan and the clinic, but unfortunately I did not receive nearly the same care as others on here. I hope my experience was an outlier and I rarely leave reviews, but I want other potential new patients to know what service they may get. I was disappointed with the exam portion of my visit and the overall customer service provided by the tech and doctor.Upon the start of my appointment the tech gave me the option for dilation, which I declined. She became defensive and pushy and tried to tell me I needed to either have my eyes dilated or proceed with the $80 camera option. I told her multiple times I did not want either and she continued to persist, eventually having an attitude with me. After about 5 minutes of back and forth she presented me with a opt out form to sign, this could have been easily presented after I initially declined the additional service.As for the exam portion I was very disappointed with the doctor. He did not ask me any questions about my eye care. I thought it was very odd that as being a new patient he did not ask about my history with contacts, glasses, which I wore more of, if I was having any issues. The actual exam was provided to determine my prescription, then he asked me to put my contacts back in. At this time I did not know the exam was over and I still had questions. When I returned the the lobby the doctor was at the front desk and I had to ask him questions about my contacts in the lobby where he was very short with me.Later I found out a full exam wasnt even preformed. He only provided me with a prescription, and not a contact fitting, even after I made it clear that I wear contacts 80% of the time. I had never known there was a difference before now because every eye doctor Ive always went to automatically did both. They tried to get me to come in for a contact fitting with an additional appointment and charge when it very well could have been completed during my initial appointment.I am extremely disappointed by the staff and service that I received and hope other potential patients dont have to deal with the staffs unprofessional manners and incomplete assessments.

Appointments are on time, services and product are exacting. In over 20 years of being a patient of Dr. Bohdan, I have never had a complaint with the facility, the service, the staff, or the product. Highly recommended. My highest recommendation: my wife and all my children are now also Dr. Bohdans patients; plus I regularly recommend him to friends.

I left this business disgusted, disappointed and ripped off. Had a very bad experience. They seem to only care about getting as much money from you and your insurance company as possible. They dont seem to care about their patients or their patients vision. Only the $$$ Would NEVER go back here
