If I could leave zero stars, I would. They used to be decent until they gave my husband the wrong prescription for his glasses, admitted fault, said they would take care of it or reimburse any issues and never did. We cant get insurance to approve another eye appointment or glasses for year because of a massive mistake on their end. Now, we are paying for glasses and another eye exam at another place out of pocket because of this mess up. Do not go here, and if you do, make sure your prescription is right before having any glasses made!

This place is a joke! I cant give them any stars, but not able to post if i dont. In fact, if it was possible, Id give them -5 stars. My husband was referred to them by our regular eye doctor. Every time he has gone, there has been an issue. 1) Always a two hour wait MINIMUM....no excuse for that! 2) Day of glaucoma surgery, the wrong eye was listed to be operated on. 3) Mistaken as another patient at one visit. 4)Asked to pay a bill that we never even saw. No proof of charges given.Very, very unprofessional!!! Needless to say, we will never recommend to anyone!!!!!!

Staff is always friendly to my daughter when I take her into the canton office. They make her feel comfortable before doing any exams

Dr. Lehrer is very professional. Done an excellent job. No complaints. The staff is horrible. The worst staff of any doctor I have ever seen. Mouthy! Argue with the patient like nothing I have ever seen. The poor seniors! One tells you something and another tells you something else. Different instructions depending on who you talk too. Women definitely need to learn proper office manners.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Dr. Dewan and with the office staff. I am seen in the Canton office. Dr. Dewan removed my cataracts and performed a surgery on my eyelids because they were drooping so much that they were in my plane of vision. Both were successful Yes, there is sometimes a long wait to be seen, and this is the reason for just 4 stars. However, I feel it is because they give every patient their full attention when seeing them. I highly recommend Ohio Eye Alliance.

Dr Lehrer is a great eye doctor. The biggest complaint is the wait time. It can take over two hours to be seen by the doctor.
