It was a pleasant experience. The doctor was on time and very informative. She took her time explaining everything and the options I had with contacts.

Loved the new to me retina technique! In and out with exam and technician was excellent that helped with our new glasses.

The eye doctor was thorough & well informed. She answered all of my questions without hesitation & explained in a way that she was sure I understood. However, the salesperson was a different story entirely. She was confrontational & dismissive. She avoided answering my questions and and was quite condescending, even when I went back to pick up my glasses. She could stand a few lessons in customer service & humility.
