I have always love coming to gentle dental. My daughter has braces through them as well. As someone who has always feared the dentist, they have always made us comfortable and listened to our concerns. They are always happy and pleasant and make us feel welcome. Maria in the front office is someone I interact with on each visit and she always greets us with a smile and helps us work out any issues.

As a new patient, I was very impressed with the facility and staff. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist made sure I had all the paperwork needed to start the visit, very streamed lined process; no wasted time. During X-rays, cleaning and filling, Dr and assistants were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Office manager Lorena, provided me with a list of services provided by her office in addition to what I was getting done, although I did not get anything not covered by my insurance, she answered every question I had. I will be coming back to this office for all my dental needs.

My experience was great the team was really professional and did an excellent job working on my teeth 🦷 they will always ask important questions in order to make sure you get the treatment done for your teeth and they will treat you like if you are part of the gentle dental family

Very happy with the staff & services. They are thoroughly professional. They have always been very good at working out financial arrangements to fit my budget. Dr. Fu is quiteknowledgeable. I appreciate his candor with me. He makes sure I understand all the procedures & options available to me.We work in tandem as a team.

With my visit office visit I was won over by the AMAZING DR and polite, patient and very helpful staff they have!I came in 4 months pregnant for my visit and was there for some time (thanks to my Dr office giving me difficult time with releasing clearance to get work done)I was offered while waiting.... water and some snacks to hold me over while I waited! Extremely warm and kind staff and they made me feel very comfortable!I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!

When I first moved out to the high desert I had a real bad experience at a dentist office that made me feel humiliated amongst other things.i didnt see another dentist out here for 10 plus years. My teeth were in real bad shape by then. I heard about gentle dentle from a friend. They were so good and so friendly at gentle dental very professional I wish I would have heard about them soon er.even while giving me the shots to make me numb everytime the dentist told me I was doing really good it would calm me down...gentle dentle apple valley scary experience into something pleasant. I had a great experience! Ive had a toothache for a couple weeks already and my own dentist wasn’t able to get me in until the end of June. Gentle Dental was able to get me in sooner and took care of my toothache situation. The staff was all polite and took their time explaining everything. I definitely recommend and will be returning.

I give this place 10 stars! I absolutely recommend coming here. DR. FU has got to be the most gentle dentist i think Ive ever encountered. He explains everything before he does it, he is awesome! His assistants, MELISSA & CALEB are excellent and very knowledgeable which helps make everything go smoothly. And the staff... I cant say enough positive things about them - JIMENA has given me first rate service from day one. She is professional, yet personable and always respectful - all the staff are amazing! Gentle Dental is the place to go if you have any problems with your teeth. Dr Fu is a one of a kind dentist because hes very attentive to your needs. Hes very kind, humble and makes you feel comfortable when hes working with your teeth.

Service was exceptional, began with a welcoming greet from the receptionist Jimena, made my visit very pleasant and efficient. Jimena always makes sure all my billing is in order and my appointments are met on time. The times she’s off during my visits are not as welcoming when I walk in the office. Happy patient overall!

Late review but better late than never so I just wanna give a shout out to the staff alongside Dr Fu at Gentie Dental in Apple Valley I had an appointment last week and being that it was my first time visiting the clinic I must say I was pleased with the professionalism of the staff and the services tended to me Dr Fu thank you for being gentle and helping to make me feel comfortable through out the procedure for assistance who were there especially keeping me engaged and relaxed through the x-ray thank you... Had to deal with some of the most incompetent people here. Went to get x-rays done back in July and have been waiting to get a call back regarding my wisdom teeth removal. I didnt get a single call back and decided to call finally. I got a letter from my insurance saying it was denied because of lack of information. When I called, I let them know that it was denied for lack of information, and now theyre telling me that I have to pay out of pocket $1000+ because they dont know what information theyre missing to get an approval from the insurance. Going to get my wisdom teeth removed elsewhere on Wednesday. I just finished a 4 month process in a week. I hate this place, dont go here.

Took my daughter to an appointment here and had a scarf on for a mask. Never have had anyone complain about it ANYWHERE else I have been in the last year of Covid. I having breathing issues and it is something I can wear and feel like it doesnt cause issues. They brought me a mask and said they would rather me wear one of theirs...informed them that I am not able to where that kind of mask. I am wearing what I am able to! After seeing I was getting upset because it something beyond my control the manager offered a face shield! I asked her how is that possibly going to be any better than what I have on?...cant the virus go around the shield under the shield!?...at least what I have on is actually covering my mouth...so tired of being discriminated against! Also I went out to ask a question while my daughter was waiting before this came up and one of the ladys behind the desk didnt even have a mask on. She had it dangling from on ear hanging down!?...if this is for safety of everyone why does it not apply to them also? How is a shield safer than a scarf that actually covers my face...ridiculous! My other daughter wore the same scarf to the previous appointment and nothing was ever said to her...why did they wait for us to be there for 20-30 mins before deciding this today?...didnt in 20-30 minutes time before anything was said germs could have been spread!?...

We moved during orthodontic treatment due to the military, now we have to pay twice what we paid to fix what they did to my childs mouth. Weve been waiting on their pro-rated refund for over 3 months. Phone calls dont get returned and hold times on the phones are 20+ min. Would not recommend. Wish I could give a negative star review.

Made me fill out paperwork outside in 100 degree heat, was waiting for half hour past my appointment before I just left. The lady on the phone said no mask required, then when i get there without a mask they said i couldnt go back without a mask on. They need to give out the correct information on the phone.

The folks here at Gentle Dental, are so awesome! The staff and the doctor went out of their way to help me with my dental emergency. They have the most compassionate doctor and staff. The prices are also very reasonable. It has been a long time, since I could say that I not only loved but also trusted my dental office. Thank you Gentle Dental!

Had an over all great experience even though its a dental office. Not a fan of dentists but the staff was professional and had a great sense of humor. Dr. Fam was pretty smooth and Sonny her assistant was funny and seemed like they cared. Prices are fair too.

The front desk team was amazing in helping me get to the dentist I needed to talk to with me being overseas. however the dentist in question is the reason for this one star my wife came in trying to get a screening done and the dentist wasnt hearing her on her attempts to clarify the information that he did not understand. what then become of that was he talked to my wife in such a way no one should be talked and with my daughter present. He owes my wife and daughter an apology, it my sincere hope that the owner will contact me after writing this review.

This dentist office is DISGUSTING. They tried to give gauze without the proper sanitary measures, their work stations are repulsive, and not only that but they cant even do their jobs right. Theyve messed up my sisters crown from her root canal and now has to get it COMPLETELY redone. Their dentists are mean and dont listen to the patient when they say they are in pain. I am NEVER coming back here and you shouldnt either.

Office staff is amazing. Very nice and are straight forward no complaints about them. If I could give just the staff a 5 star I would. The Dentist on the other hand I feel is very unprofessional. I signed in at 2 and didn’t leave till 5 due to the dentist was on the phone the whole time (I have a lot of patience). He came in for a total of maybe 5 minutes was very short and talked to the back of my head the whole time. Hopefully when I go back I can see a different provider.

I am thoroughly impressed with my last visit for a cleaning. This wasnt the case with me previous visit. The dentist who treated me this time was meticulous and thorough--thorough to the point of including a threader for the flossing tape I use, along with other little items. I think this visit is probably the best treatment Ive ever had from a dentist. I hope Im treated by her from now on.

I came because my child had a cracked tooth and they did not take x rays and the dentist looked at it for about two seconds and recommended a root canal. They did not clean his teeth, they are not sure how to deal with children. Outdated equipment and a strangely large waiting room with old and run down childrens area. We went to My Kids Dentist where they have modern equipment and are amazing with kids. We got x rays and correctly diagnosed his cracked tooth and the right treatment which was pulling the tooth not a root canal. They are not good with kids at Gentle Dental and diagnose without even finding the problem. Will not return.

The ladies here take great care of my mom! We love them!!!

Outrageous hidden charges. Have been to this dental outlet, owed nothing in charges as I pay my charges on site before I leave the facility. All of a sudden started getting outrageous fraudulent bills that I owe, I called and was told it didn’t show from their system that they were gonna rectified that with their accounts and get back to me but never did. I continued calling but they started avoiding me all for them to send me threats to send my billing to collections which can affect my credit score. This was a clear ripoff and a rogue charges. Will never recommend them as they will never be sincere with their payments and charges.

My mother went in and they broke her tooth and told her they were not going to fix it unless she pays. This dentist is a horrible dentist. So bad that I dont even feel safe to go in and get my infected tooth fixed I am paying cash to go somewhere else. They will most likely be hearing from my family lawyer. I know accidents happen in the medical field being that Im in it but the way it was handled was completely wrong.

They messed up my cap on a root canal and now I have an infection and they want me to pay to correct the issue when they clearly messed up the whole process of a root canal. Stay away.
