I have in the past had a very bad experience at the dentist after researching I found Dr. Shain. I read all of his reviews and decided to make an appointment. I was very pleased with my experience the staff and Dr. Shain are very friendly and made me feel comfortable. He really understood my fear and anxiety and never pushed me or got angry. I don’t usually do reviews but felt this office really deserves it.

This place is amazing. First, I am TERRIFIED of the dentist. On my first and second visit the ladies at the front desk help put me at ease. I was seen as soon as I filled out my paperwork. The dental tech was sweet and also put me at ease. Dr. Shain came in and again like his staff , made me feel at ease. Dr. Shain was helpful, never made me feel rushed, answered all my questions and was informative not forceful about my care plan. On my third visit Dr. Shain prescribed me medication that helped me with my anxiety (for which Im thankful). The dental tech who helped with the procedure was new. I can tell Dr. Shain takes care in hiring new techs. The tech was knowledgeable and very empathetic. I never felt pain during the procedure. For the results so far I am very pleased. As for the final results I will have to put an update to my review but Im sure will be amazing.

Dr. Shain is the best. He can do more than any orthodontists Ive ever met. He is very thorough and very professional. I would never go to anyone else ever again. Once you see Dr. Shain you will never want to leave.

Having a Mom who worked in the dental field, I am very picky about who I trust and I fully trust Dr Shain. I also very much appreciate that his office is well run and timely with a super friendly, competent staff! Even though it might not always be under the best circumstances that I need to visit, Dr Shain and his staff always make my visits as positive and pleasant as possible. So glad they were recommended to me and I highly recommend them to anyone wanting the best dental care and experience.

Dr Shain fit me in the same day I called because a veneer fell off a front tooth. He and his staff were very professional and awesome! I will definitely use them again!

I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist. Dr. Shain is so patient and kind and answers all my questions. I never feel rushed in his office. He is very gentle during procedures and is okay with giving options to ease my anxiety. Jen and Yoli are so nice, too. I need a lot of work done on my teeth because I’ve avoided the dentist so much and they never make me feel embarrassed by it.I tried other dentists in between my visits with Dr. Shain, but his office is the BEST.Thank you Dr. Shain and staff!

I HAD CHIPPED MY FRONT TOOTH ON 12-5-18 AT NIGHT, SO I CALLED DR SHAIN’S OFFICE THE NEXT MORNING TO SEE IF HE CAN WORK ON IT THAT SAME DAY, WELL I WAS TOLD THAT HE USUALLY DID’NT COME IN ON THURSDAY’S BUT THEY WOULD GIVE HIM A CALL AND TELL HIM OF MY SITUATION AND THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME RIGHT BACK. AFTER WAITING FOR THE CALL WHICH WAS ONLY A FIVE MINUTE WAIT, I WAS PLEASANTLY TOLD HE WOULD COME IN FOR ME IN ABOUT AN HOUR IF THAT WAS OK WITH ME, I SAID SURE. AS I WALKED IN A LITTLE EARLIER IN HIS OFFICE ,DR SHAIN SOON CAME RIGHT AFTER AND STARTED WORKING ON MY BROKEN TOOTH. FOR A DOCTOR TO COME IN ON HIS OFF TIME TO WORK ON ME SAY’S ALOT ABOUT HOW HE CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS... I searched high and low. I even went to another country in search of value and quality dental care. Call it karma, Devine intervention. I just know Iam so very, very!
