Who do you go to, in the High Desert, when you have a dental emergency?Dr. Baca, thats who !!!No kidding, this was a nightmare in the making but Dr. Baca got me in right away even though I had never been in before. He was gentle and understanding of my phobia and sensitivity. In no time, I was smiling again.Speaking of smiling, the office staff seems super happy. They seem to genuinely enjoy what they do and it flows to their patient interaction.Oh yes, it turns out that Dr. Baca specializes in cosmetic dentistry. This makes me happy!Im about to be a regular!

Dr. Baca is a great dentist and his previous dental hygienist was fantastic. (All office staff is nice and helpful, as well.) However, I am not a fan of the new hygienist. I went 6 months ago and she accused me of not getting them professionally cleaned regularly. I told her I come every 6 months (she was holding my chart) and that I have never had a cavity. My kids both went before me and complained that their mouths hurt after. I didnt think much of it until after mine were done. My mouth hurt so much and I bled a lot, which is not normal. I went again a couple weeks ago and spoke to her at the suggestion of the front desk. I explained that she was very rough the previous time and we would like her to be a little more gentle. She dismissed me and said we dont get them cleaned enough. Again, I said we go every 6 months and she said they werent being cleaned properly by the previous woman. She said thats why she no longer works there. I understand wanting to believe you are the best at your skill but if patients come to you twice with complaints, maybe consider being a little more gentle?

Awesome Team, Awesome Doctor!!. They even gave my 2 yr old son small stuffed toy when he was having tantrums.He will explain everything before proceeding to whats need to be done.He has light hands when dealing with teeth and that’s really important to me. No pain and I feel secure. Professional and Accommodating. They have initiative. Thank God we found a Doctor like him.

I had a painless root canal recently and it was a great experience. He put me at ease, explained everything to me step by step. With any necessary adjustments, appointments are made promptly. Rarely have I spent more than 10 minutes in the waiting room. The supporting staff is gracious and professional.

Dr. Baca is a kind and wonderful dentist. We have been going to him and before him his brother for over 25 years. He is caring and if you have a problem, he and his staff do everything they can to get you in to see him to alleviate any pain or suffering you have. He is reasonably priced and when you have no dental insurance that is truly a blessing. He does whatever he can to minimize cost and create long term solutions. Ive been going to dr. baca for years. used to love the old girls. however, recently with my visit for a cleaning, the new hygienist (just one so far) who cleaned my teeth did not give me a very enjoyable experience. she seemed slightly rude and extremely rough when caring for my teeth. she made me bleed, ALOT. and ive never bled in that way previously. it hurt. almost to the point where i wanted to ask her to stop and just brush my teeth. did not once ask me if i was ok or how i was doing. she stated i must have not had a cleaning in a while, as i replied that i go to that office every six months. she continued with i know. you have not received a PROPER cleaning in a long time... didnt offer fluoride. she kept sliding over with her chair and brushed her chest all on the top of my head. i loved the old girls, who used to be so friendly and fun to get work from. this experience was the worst by far that i have had and i hope these reviews can only lead with improvement. no one has ever made me feel so bad about my teeth. i have family who goes there and they agreed with the roughness of the new hygienist. dr baca himself is an amazing dentist. he is very great and very gentle. i will leave 4 stars for dr baca. but i really miss his old staff. looking forward to having a new hygienist in that office do my teeth next time.

I appreciate Dr. Bacas office accepting me as a VA patient. I was turned down by a Victorville dental office because they would not accept VA payments. I like Dr. Bacas office because the staff notifies me of open appointments so that I can be seen as quickly as possible. I have experienced no pain with the work that has been completed thus far. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. So far so good! Thank you to the entire staff at Dr. Bacas office and thank you, Dr. Baca.

Went in for a consultation only. Did not request X-rays but a X-ray was taken and at that time I was told I wouldn’t be charged . When I went to check out they charged for the X-ray and the consultation price was ridiculous. Beware .
