This is the best dental office Ive been to in the High Desert. I cant remember the hygienist name that cleaned my teeth but shes very nice,and has a gentle touch. I recommend Apple Valley Smile Dentistry.

From beginning to end I had a great experience at this professional dental office. Making an appointment was so easy and even though I needed to be seen during this pandemic, I felt safe and was well cared for. I’ve recommended this office to friends and family!

I went in today for my deep cleaning procedure. If you know anything about deep cleaning they are not pleasure. From my prior experiences first they bring out this long needle and they inject you about 5 times. I walk in the room and look on the tray and there is no needle and Joy gives me the option to be numb. Silly me I always thought it was a part of the procedure and I was never given that option in the past. I want everyone to know this was the BEST experience I have ever experienced at a dentist office and all thanks to Joy my personal Hygienist. She made sure I was comfortable and was not in pain. I look forward to seeing her in 3 months for my check up.

Clean facility, fast service the dentist was excellent had a root canal no pain, and him and his assistant was very sympathetic to my needs! The front desk receptionist was very patient, helpful, and professional. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

Just like many of the other reviews on here, I am also very disappointed and unsatisfied with Apple Valley Smiles, it is true about how they operate there business. The few times I have been there, and this is just me, it always seems like Im taking my vehicle in for an oil change and you know how the mechanic comes back with much more problems than just the oil, ya its comparable! I do not and would not recommend Apple Valley Smiles to anyone 👎🏼

Best dentist ever! Dr Lopez is the best, he did treatment for me and my family. We were treated for or dental work and cleaning the same day. They also have a person who does braces for my kids.

Please dont base your opinion on those other reviews because Im not sure that they even went to the same office. Let me start off by saying that the front desk staff are amazing. As soon as you walk in they get you with a SMILE. They are very efficient and timely. The dentist sat down with me and went over my concerns prior to the appointment. The assistants were super nice. Not to mention they have the latest in dental technology like a laser that helps to heal your guns after a deep cleaning. All in all they are an oasis in the desert and I recommend them to anyone wanting great service. P.S on your first visit they give you a coffee mug and tooth brush kit....

Dont go here! I went here and they said the work on my teeth would cost 2000 dollars and they didnt do a regular cleaning because they said it wouldnt help me. I went to get a second opinion at Inifinity Dental Spa and they said to fix my cavities it would cost 290 dollars. Apple Valley Smiles is a place that doesnt seem to care about its patients and their teeth. They really seem to just want to give you a giant bill.

We have been going here for years. The staff has always been wonderful! Every time we are asked about where get our dental work done we send people here.

****AVOID THIS PLACE***** AVOID THEIR ROTATION OF DENTIST*****I have been a previous patient unfortunately since 2017.... In my professional option this place needs to be closed down for scamming patients out of their money!If anyone has ever encountered an issue please contact me right away by sending me a message. I have a case pending and a class action lawsuit would be better. Through social media I have found several ex-patients but, the more the marrier.This place is ran by a medical director (Dentist) you never see and Dentist with no knowledge but, to claim you have something wrong with your teeth and you really don’t.I was a cash patient and spent thousands of dollars making sure my teeth stayed healthy with no problems. Instead, they B.S their way stating I needed things that I didn’t and when I choose not to move forward and spoke up about it they decided to divorce me as a patient. Their lame excuse was because I denied treatment, they found it was best to move on to a different dentist. POSThe only thing I ever denied was for you to rip me off of a cash service, which was replacing my silver fillings for white. I denied it only because I had large silver fillings and I didn’t want my teeth to crack!I was told I needed deep cleaning due to gum disease and had teeth fixed which to be honest I’m sure really didn’t need it. I could say that my new specialist/Denist is 100% certain my teeth did not need all the work Apple Valley Smiles Claims I did, which means 1: they ripped me off and 2: they missed up my perfect beautiful teeth.I have reported them to the Dentist Board of California and the Public Health Dept. I urge you, to do the same if you had issues similar issues.Please, please investigate the Dentist you or your family sees, it doesn’t matter what field their in. Each field has a Public Health Board for our protection.

They pulled out all of my sons teeth when they were only supposed to pull out two. Then he died. Great dentist office

Just Ignore this place.They will say something and later they do different thing.Earlier they said my insurance will cover everything and later they will send me the bill. I asked them to double check if my insurance cover the thing and they said it does. then what the heck sending me the bill saying i owe them. I wont recommend my friend to go there. This is my last business over there. i wont go back.Just avoid

My husbands cap fell off, that was from a different office before we started to go there. We wanted them just to put the cap back on, they only wanted to sell us a new one, stating there was a gap and could not use the cap. We went to Dr. Johnsons Office after leaving Apple Valley Smiles on I ave in Hesperia. They saw no issue with saving us money and reattaching the existing cap. They were not just out to make a buck. Looks like we need to be going Dr. Johnsons Office now.

My experience was awful I saw Dr.Pierce pfitzner. He was extremely rude, rough, arrogant and unprofessional. He showed no care or concern during my visit. During my exam he was extremely rough and kept hurting me when I asked him if he could be gentle he just starred at me. The staff is kind but I wouldnt recommend any visit until this Dr is no longer there.

Not a good place for me and my family. Treat patients with bad bad manner. Dont even try.

I started going to this office this year (2015) for my dental and ortho. When I had to move 1500 miles away and transfer my case I called on several occasions to get a set price on what I needed to pay to close out my ortho contract. Shawna continued to say she would get it together and it took her months to do so and I was STILL getting appointments set up after calling FOUR times to get this situated and closed out. I talked to three different women. Obviously they have bad miscommunication and clients are not at their top priority unless they are getting paid. When she finally did get it closed out they did not give me a courtesy call back after me calling different times and they sent it to 4 different collection agencies and reported it to my credit when I was trying to get it paid before they even closed it out. VERY unprofessional on their part of the wait time and doing it on their own time as if they did it whenever they decided they finally wanted payment at their conveniance.Ive lived in the HD for 20 years and I have to say this dentist office had to be the worst Ive been to. Unless you want a it to be about your oral treatment and not about moeny I wouldnt suggest going here.

Ive had major treatment done here and have never felt any pain or any issues with treatment.
