By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Easy to book an appointment. They got me in within 2 days. I needed a follow up appointment which got booked 3 days after the initial appointment. (Another mediocre dentist initially booked 2 months out when I needed something right away, not these guys) That was a big plus in my book.Then they were the most welcoming and nicest people in the office as well as in the chair. I have never had a great experience at a dentist until now.

I arrived 2 minutes before my appointment and waited 1 minute before being taken back to a room.I had a fairly serious procedure that needed to be done, and was out the door an hour and 4 minutes after I arrived.All of the staff was super friendly and professional.Dr. Isabella was born to be an oral surgeon, as far as Im concerned.I cant recommend Dakota Dental enough.

Dr. Ashburn took the time to do a really nice repair on my tooth looks and feels great! the staff was extremely friendly. I was a first time client and felt rite at home here.

Breathing may be an easy task for a lot of you but as for me not as easy it sounds because I can only breath in and out from one side of my nose due to the dental implant work that was performed on me by Dr. Isabella. The implants failed and my breathing was compromised. Be careful!!😰

I was asking for a second opinion and they were able to get me in quickly. The staff were all friendly and professional. The hygienist listened to my concerns without being judgmental. I just had a frenectomy done yesterday (tongue tie release), and the staff was great at making sure I was comfortable, wasnt experiencing pain, and even scheduled a next day follow up to make sure its healing the way it needs to. The cost was incredibly affordable and the level of service was more than I could have asked for. I would recommend Dakota Dental to anyone.

Dr. Wakefield is very nice and truly cares about your medical history and providing the best treatment possible. They are allergy friendly and the staff doesn’t wear perfume/cologne or hairspray to be sensitive to those who are sensitive to scents like me! Highly recommend this dental office! This has been the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. My daughter just had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted, he did an amazing job and his staff was so nice. Dr. Isabella is stellar in his communication and follow through. I was amazed that he actually answered his own phone, (not an assistant) and was so nice and helpful. Dr. Jacobson is very smart, taking a lot of advanced courses and I like that about her. She is down to earth and cares about my comfort.

I’ve never felt more comfortable at a dential office, from the time I walked in until I left! I worked with Dr Jacobson and her assistant Duffie. Dr Jacobson was very detailed in my options, the outcomes of those options, and what the procedure I chose was going to entail. And her assistant Duffie was amazing! I will absolutely be going back for all my dental needs.

Not only do they work with me and my dental aversion (I had a rough experience at my dental caregiver as a kid) but Dr. Ellen Jacobson just helped me determine that my newborn has a lip and tongue tie! She is able to help me get him fixed so we are able to breastfeed better and not give up. I seriously CANNOT say enough great and amazing things about their kind and friendly staff, the caring atmosphere, and overall amazingness. If you are looking for a place THIS IS THE PLACE!

I have enjoyed Dr. Isabella very much!! He is Super Wonderful at what he does, and makes a trip to the dentist most enjoyable. Only issue I have had is one employee that handles billing/insurance. Presented herself rudely to me over insurance claim,since then I am reluctant to return to this establishment. All other staff have been wonderful and very accommodating at every appointment.

The whole staff is outstanding. They really to out of their way to make sure you are well taken care of. They always have time to answer any questions from billing, insurance, procedures, or just general inquiries. Dr. Isabella has taken the extra step to reach out to our orthodontist to inquire about working together on a restorative plan for my husbands orthodontic case. I have never been very good about getting in to see a Dentist on a regular basis, that is until I met Dr. Isabella and the staff and Dakota Dental Clinic and having kids of my own. I have a 5 and 4 year old and they both love going to see Dr. Isabella. He is so kind and sweet to my boys and makes them feel right at home, so much they hate leaving. The staff there is so friendly and accommodating so I can get both kids in at the same time. One of my sons likes to “help” the hygienist while she is cleaning his teeth, and she lets him. I cannot recommend this Dental practice enough! They will have my business (and families) for life.

I have been going to Dakota Dental for a very long time. The staff are always friendly and make you feel like family. Dr. Wakefield has built up a great group of professionals. During a recent check up I asked about teeth whitening and was fitted for custom made whitening impression trays to do it at home. Very cost effective and now my teeth are much whiter and I couldnt be happier. I am always telling people who ask for a dentist recommendation about Dakota Dental.

I dont even know how to put this in words. I had spent a week with no sleep, 3 days with no food from the pain I was in, my normal dentist did not have any openings and said it would be $200 to squeeze me in to find out what was going on, I posted on facebook asking for help and 3 people suggested Dakota Dental, I called at 12:01 and they got me in at 2:30 the same day, they took care of my issue, they were so kind and friendly, and they are definitely my new primary dentist for myself and my children. The took the time to find out what was wrong, the did the work to resolve it, and yes it will be about 10 days before I heal, and there is still pain, but it is half of what it was and I am forever grateful. Best dentist ever!!!

As one who, even at my age, is petrified of dental work, I tried a few clinics here but couldnt find anyone I could feel at ease with. Then, through my search, I literally stumbled upon Dakota Dental. They are warm, compassionate, understanding and above all, Kind and Gentle. I am treated with the utmost care. Aside from my best friend in Columbus, these folks, especially Dr Jacobson provide a warm, gentle, kind, soothing atmosphere. While I still have my phobia of going to the dentist, I can say that they are as gentle as it can get in dentistry. You wont find more compassionate, caring and gentle professionals anywhere.

I have been going to another dentist for many years but I called Dakota Dental to see how soon I could get in to get a non emergency tooth pulled. They called me a few days later with an opening and I had my tooth pulled that day! They were very friendly and did a great job. I will be switching dentists.

I was very great full of the wonderful service I received at my first visit at Dakota Dental. I was greeted right away, sat down in a private room to complete my intake forms, and given a fun bag of goodies 😀 I then was greeted by my hygienist (Sami) she was so kind and took me on a tour of the place and asked me questions Ive never had a dentist hygienist ask, like what I was looking for in a dentist! I am appreciative of how accommodating and knowledgeable she and the dentist were about what they were going to do that day and about my future plans. I have a couple of cavities and need 2 crowns, I feel confident in their work and (dare I say?) am actually excited to return for another visit.

I went to Dakota Dental for an excruciating tooth ache and abscessed tooth. Not only was the staff very friendly, professional and accommodating, Dr. Isabella did an exceptional job on my root canal, providing me with immediate relief. He made me feel very comfortable, explained the procedure step by step, and best of all, it was completely painless. I was eating on that tooth in just a few hours. A couple weeks later, I had my teeth cleaned by an awesome hygienist who was very gentle and thorough. My whole experience at Dakota Dental was extremely satisfying and I would recommend Dr. Isabella to everyone I know.

Going on vacation tomorrow! I had a major problem today with one of my teeth. I was eating lunch and felt something break, next thing I noticed is a piece of my buccal cusp on my molar was fractured off leaving a very sharp filling in place. I had two options go with a broken tooth or see if I could get an appointment today with Dr. Isabella. The office staff and Dr. Isabella were very accommodating, gave me an appointment an hour later as an emergency and by 2:30 I was done. The tooth was saved and so was my vacation. I can not thank the entire staff enough for the great service within their busy schedule. Thank you too all for seeing me on short notice and fixing my tooth. I would highly recommend everyone giving them a call and schedule an appointment. It would be worth the visit for you and your teeth.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Dentist was thorough and answered all my questions. I felt that everyone I encountered from the receptionist and billing representatives to the hygenist and dentist took their time to be sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.

Told me I needed thousands of dollars in crowns for ground down teeth. Went and got a second opinion and was told they are nuts for recommending that. This clinic over-treats people so they can make $$$. Avoid at all costs.

I have never been surprised by my portion, it is always right on the money, or super close.Throughout the past year I have had to use oral anesthesia to get through the procedures and have now moved to just gas because of the staff here. Then I referred the rest of my immediate family and now we are all patients.Thank you very much for taking care of us, and making sure that every time we come in you treat us like rock stars. Came to get my molar teeth in pain, they did not recommend me any medication for pain. After figuring out plans to get a root canal, they wanted money up front. All it was just about money at first, which I was getting into that but I wanted to plan out things. Few days later got a letter saying we’re not welcome there anymore. I don’t understand how they mistreat people like that.

While it has been a while I have to say that, I would not recommend Dr. Elisabeth to any one. He is not a gentle person, and he is brutle as he give nova cane. I have never felt such pain getting nova cane like that , what a horrific experience. He also did gum surgery at tooth 8 & 9. What a hack, I am going to a certify, surgeon to get it done correctly. I had so much swelling, and had to go back for more surgery . Dr Elisabeth is not a oral surgeon. I dont believe all of the 5 star reviews. He truly does not have the skills for such work. What a mistake it was that I went there. Nice Office which belongs to the lady. not him. I have nothing good to say about him. What a hack of a dentist. Dont believe all the 5 star ratings.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They are always running 20+ minutes behind, desk staff are rude and snotty, and the doctor ignored my pain complaints for 2 years before finally telling me I needed a root canal. Then, the root canal was done so badly, I now need it done again less than a year later. I will be treated by another dentist from now on. Dont trust them with your care, they are incompetent and have no regard for their patients, only their income.

My family has been going to Dakota Dental for many years. We highly recommend the practice.
