Ive been going to Metro Dental Care at AV - Cedar for over 10 years. I have never, ever had anything bad to say about them!! Theyre kind, helpful, and detail-oriented.What makes me write today is that I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. John Wittenstrom that would have required me to take time off work. He noticed ahead of time that my appointment may simply require a referral to a different type of clinic - he saved me a whole trip to Apple Valley (40 minutes for me - I like them that much!) and taking time off work! I really appreciated it - THAT is above and beyond.

Great customer care here, was a little nervous but my DH Diana was fabulous! No pain all gain!!!! Def coming back in 6 months! Very satisfied customer

The staff is very friendly, polite, and take great care of patients. Both of the dentists are the same; theyre gentle, kind, and really make the experience of going to the dentist not that bad. I used to dread when I had to go to the dentist, whether for teeth cleaning or a root canal, and though going to the dentist is still something I dont exactly get excited for, this place takes great care in making each visit painless and easy. I highly recommend this Metro Dental Clinic!

Really liked the new dentist (though did not catch his name). Great recommendations on water pik flosser and the electric toothbrush. Felt it will improve my dental health, not just selling. My hygienist is also great. Overall great care, thanks.

Staff is excellent and friendly. I had dental work that needed to be redone which is why its only getting 4 stars and I am a little cautious when some dentist request work that doesnt need to be done. Overall this is a very good dentist and they are very thorough.

I will start from this location that ive been patient for couple years. The quality of their work was good (fillings and crowns). My dentist was Frank Lombardo. I was satisfied with quality of his work, but crowns dont really match the shade of my teeth that good, which I can close my eyes at since those are for my back teeth. The 2 major problems were billing questions and teeth cleaning. They always tried charge extra and they refused to clean my teeth at this location and at another one in Maple Grove for 4,5 years!!! And insisted I need deep cleaning. During this time they caused me more damage that the day I came there first time. I ended up with stinky terrible deposits on all my teeth and I was at the point I almost needed deep cleaning. I couldnt afford deep cleaning that they made me believe I need, so I went to different awesome dentist who finally cleaned my teeth and told me I dont need it. My inflamed gums healed and I feel great. They also told my husband he needs deep cleaning . After 4 years he went to a different clinic today and they told him NO WAY he needs deep cleaning and he has 0 cavities. So if you have doubts about deep cleaning and they want to charge you almost 2000$ because you have to have it - go for a second opinion. Now I am going to go to the website for Metro Dental at the different location and complain about my implant work there. My second crown that doesnt feel comfortable and is off shade color and still sticks out a little from my teeth line. Unbelievable. Especially the fact dentist played a joke with me and lied there was only one way the implant crown could be made and their flipper broke after 5 months of use after i followed all the instructions they gave me about it. And I ended up waiting for 8 days without front tooth for my second crown ( because they wanted to charge me over 500$ for my new flipper for a week) and second crown turned out to be not perfect. (((( And the worst part I dont want to deal with their dentists anymore. Because another dentist at different clinic pointed at all their failures in crown right away and metro dental keeps telling me everything looks great . Also I have a friend who makes crowns, he looked at my front crown and could tell that its not perfectly made. Disappointing!

Diana is great! She’s very informative and friendly every visit I’ve had! My previous retired and since then ive seen Diana! Highly recommend!

Dr Lombardo and his team are the best, they have always gone out of their way to ensure that I am comfortable during any dental procedure. Above all they are honest, caring and only perform procedures that are necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Lombardo and his whole staff at this office.

Front reception staff and my hygienist were fantastic, extremely courteous and friendly. Always a wonderful experience having a cleaning and exam here.
