Nobody likes going to the dentist...except me, now that I go to the office of Dr. Kevin Schmidt. It feels like family and friends the first time, the work is very first rate, and they have all the latest technology at hand. Ive had a couple different hygienists there. Both first rate. So are the people up front (Rebecca and Jessica) I highly recommend them.

I moved into Ann Arbor recently and had been on the hunt for a dentist covered by my works insurance. I decided on Dr. Schmidts clinic as the reviews sounded favorable and its short drive from my home. My first visit thus far was quite good - short wait time (be sure to fill out the new patient form online!), thorough check-up and cleaning, friendly staff, and professional atmosphere. The hygenist and doctor noted some potential problems with my teeth and suggested future options should I choose them. These potential treatments/fixes were not forced or overstated; apparently some dentists make much money on unnecessary procedures, but I did not get the feeling of being pushed around here. I recommend this clinic for anyone interested in getting good dental work without any hassles.

My dad, who has dementia, is a patient of Dr. Schmidt. Not only have all the staff in the office always been clearly skilled and competent, theyve also been patient and compassionate with my dad, providing multiple reminders and responses to the same questions. Every once in awhile, he can get pretty obstreperous, and I have appreciated Dr. Schmidts gentleness with him, as well as his skill and offering options for his treatment.

Dr. Schmidt, my hygienist Kim and his staff are the best. I was referred by a friend and have since sent my own family to Ann Arbor Family Dental.

Dr. Schmidt scheduled me just 1 day after I called about a tooth ache. He said I need a root canal, and as there might be complications, he recommend an endodontist. He sent my x-rays to the endodontist to facilitate my new appointment.I have been Dr. Schmidts patient for years and appreciate his careful work, and the work of his entire staff. Visited Dr. Schmidts office for the first time last week. After having been with my previous dentist for over 25 years, I was very apprehensive about seeing a new dental team.Dr. Schmidt and his staff made me feel at home, comfortable, and reassured that I had made the right choice in dental practices.

Friendly, prompt and professional service. My appointment always started and ended on-time. Had done both routine cleaning and a crown job, and has been completely satisfied.

I had the unfortunate need for 3 crowns on January 6th. The irony is Jan 6th is sometimes referred to 3 Kings days - so I had my crowns on Kings Day.Dr. Schmidt said I would love these new crowns and I glared at him. He was right - they are awesome!! They look and feel just like my original teeth (crown portion).He fit me in before my extended project in SSM Ontario. I wasnt sure if I could leave the next day, but the crowns were perfect and headed north.More recently, my bite splint wasnt working correctly and needed to be replaced. He said I would love the new bite splint ...He was right again - the new bite splint is the first one that is comfortable enough for me to wear all night and not irritate my TMJ - ThanksPS - I also want to thank Dr. Schmidt for his glass bowl donation to my FB auction to support the Michael Carter Lisnow Respite Center - my Boston Marathon Charity
