I didn’t go to the dentist for approximately 10 years due to traumatic experiences as a child/teen. My first visit at New Era was an emergency tooth extraction. I called at the end of day on a Friday and they helped me out. I now go pretty much monthly to slowly fix the long list of issues with my teeth. The receptionists, assistants, hygienist, and dentists have all been amazing. Thank you all!

This is by far the best dental office Ive been to, and Ive been to a few. There clean, professional, and caring. They were able to work with me financially, witch was amazing considering my insurance ran out. I definitely recommend new era dental for anybody.

They made my worst day in my life, unbelievable pain and I had to go to the emergency and took tramadol. Later I knew that my face was full of gasses because of the tooth they made its filling , knowing that I went back to them 3 times after the filling and told the Dr about the pain I had and he said no, it looks fine. I really not recommend it to anyone. SAVE YOUR LIFE AND MONEY?!

Came here a week ago for a molar extraction and bone graph they were very nice to whole time explained everything good and I didnt feel no pain or discomfort whats so ever it was the best dentist Ive been too honestly and they accept same day dental emergencys

I am new to the area this year and was looking to establish care with a new dentist. New Era was very accommodating and able to get me a new patient appointment within a month of me calling. Appropriate Covid precautions were evident at the office, and the techs, hygienists, and dentist were all very professional and pleasant. My only real complaint is regarding X-rays that were taken at the beginning of my appointment: it seems there was a new tech that was training or new to the office, and as a result took her several attempts to get my X-rays taken appropriately. As a result, I had closer to 20-25 X-rays taken as opposed to the dozen or so that should have been adequate for imaging. My concern is obviously unnecessary radiation exposure. Other than that, I had a great first time experience and am planning to return for future cleanings/exams, as well as whitening and procedural care in the future.

Words alone cannot express the gratitude I have for Dr. Eldib. Ive had my fair share of dental work done in my life. Ive met multiple dentists from moving around in the state of MI. I was having a few issues and went to a local dentist. The dentist scheduled me to have a tooth removed. Something didnt sit right with me. Being told I need a tooth removed when I recently had a crown done gave me the push to get a second oppinon. Dr. Eldib has worked with some of my family before. Thats how I was recommended to him. Went from being told I needed a tooth removed to Dr. Eldib saving that tooth. I have over one and a half hour drive to see Dr. Eldib and I will contiune to make that drive. I have found my dentist for life, until he retires. Thank you for everything you have done and your staff.

I havent been to the dentist in quite some time. The staff and doctor were great during my initial consultation to see what needed to be done in the near future. The office and rooms are bright, clean, and quite the opposite of what I think is clinical. I highly recommend this place.

Ive been going to Dr. Eldib for about 2 years and could not recommend him highly enough. Hes skilled at just about every dental specialty, he works quickly, and hes fair and caring. I had a lot of work to be done and I feel like New Era Dental was the right partner for that oral health journey.

Needed a wisdom tooth extraction and was having a hard time getting an appointment with U of M. New Era got me an appointment less than two weeks out from when I called, and when I went in Dr. Eldib was able to pull out my tooth with ease. They get five stars through and through, everything was perfect.

So far, Ive had 4 appointments here, and since the first, Ive resolved to making this my go-to office. The staff is amazingly hospitable, they do amazing work, and are always willing to help explain any curiosities or questions about the process of dental care that you might possibly have. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who might need a new dentist/is looking for their first.

His first question was What is your age? 2nd What disease do you have?I have seen some reviews about Wisdom tooth extraction, to my knowledge they dont extract wisdom tooth there at Ann Arbor location. I was given referral for extraction. I dont know how all people are giving 5 stars - may be fake OR paid reviews.I know another Dental office who pays for reviews and got all 5 stars. They called me to change my review to 5 they cant accept anything lower than that.

Got my wisdom teeth extracted and my root canal finished in less than an hour and half. The best thing is I did NOT feel a thing. The office is very clean and the staff is super nice and the doctor was super nice and very knowledgeable. They do not charge for Nitrous or oral sedation such as other offices where they charge you arm and leg for these services.

I received a three unit bridge. They squeezed me in with short noticed and worked with the tight time frame I had to get this two step procedure completed. The place is clean and professional, my only reason for the four stars and that I wished I was more informed about what they were doing. I found myself asking many questions that I thought they should have already addressed. I also didn’t receive any information about aftercare (I didn’t realize that until I already was gone). Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

New Era is fantastic, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The staff are all incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. When you have your initial appointment, they make sure to introduce you to just about everyone in the office. I had to go to New Era Dental for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction. Unfortunately, my emergency arose on a Saturday before a holiday, and most dentist offices were closed. From the minute I walked in, the staff was kind and patient. My dentist was amazing. He walked me through the whole procedure and spent time getting to know me to help ease my nerves. The procedure was quick and painless. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely go back!

My dental journey began over 50 years ago. Although ive had very nice Dentists. They did not adequately address my issues. This team led by Dr. A. Is awesome. He was able to look at my mouth and give me more heroic dentistry or a permanent solution.This team is very competent. through, compassionate professional and dedicated. I will tell everyone that I know to try them. You will not go anywhere else.Additionally, the staff are dedicated to making sure that any prosthetics are perfect. I cant say enough good things about them. The office is large, but it has a small office feel.Each professional is a generalist but a specialist. I am very appreciative of the level of care, concern and service that I received. I would especially like to thank Ashley for everything. And I mean everything she did to make me comfortable and to enhance the experience.

My daughter, Ashley, was having a dental emergency on a Saturday. I called all around and no one could see her. New Era was able to fit her in. I have a long history of terrible experiences with the dentist. This is the only place Ive ever been to that I actually have a positive experience with. I first found them when I needed an emergency dental appointment, and they were the only place in town I could find that would see me on the same day. Since then, they have continually provided me with the best dental care Ive ever had.They are professional, easy to schedule appointments with, accommodating of individual fears and concerns, and above all else they provide great dental care. Theyre even flexible about billing, and I often was provided additional services at no extra cost. I cannot recommend them enough. If youre looking for a dentist in the area, this is the one to go to. Period.

I honestly wondered if all these reviews were legit, first time Ive ever seen a business with this may stars and this many reviews, but I quickly realized after 45 minutes of being in their office that these reviews are 100% accurate. I literally have full-blown panic attacks just at the thought of going to the dentist, to the point where my teeth got in very poor shape, everyone here was so nice and Im sure they could tell I was nervous, when Dr. Elib came in he was just amazing and put my mind at ease within the first 20 minutes of talking to me, he spent over an hour explaining everything coming up with a treatment plan and I left out of there actually looking forward to getting my dental work done. I had a tooth that was bothering me to the point I was almost in tears, Dr. Elib was very comforting and when he gave me the shot I didnt even know he gave it to me, that was the first time Ive ever had a shot not hurt. Everyone was so friendly, I would recommend them and probably will to everyone I know. I wish I would have found them years ago I probably would have never developed a phobia to dentists.

Paid $3000 upfront for a right side reconstruction which was to be done in multiple appointments. After starting the work and developing complications the large male doctor screamed in my face to get the f out. After 8 weeks of pain I was forced to work with a different doctor in the office. The staff continued to treat me poorly hanging up the phone and threatening to call the police when I came in asking if they could look at the problem. Do not go here they do not care about patients and extremely unprofessional.
