I live about 45 minutes away from this dentist office. But its worth the drive, especially dealing with a dentist office with a professional, respectful and personable staff. Most other places were only about getting you in and out of their office, but it has ended up being more like family at this office. I recommend them, highly.

Dr. Schmidt is a wonderful dentist! He pays attention to detail and knows what he is doing. Hes the only person i would trust with my teeth. Root canals, crowns and fillings have all been wonderful from him. Tooth shade matching is perfect! I will always refer anyone who needs a dentist to Dr. Schmidt!

While my first visit went great, in my second visit Dr. Schmidt contradicted his own previous statements and was walking away before he even finished speaking to me. On my first visit he told me that I had 1 cavity and 2 spots that he wanted to do some preventative fillings on. I had to wait 6 months to increase my dental plan to be able to do these procedures at a more reasonable cost. When I returned with the increased dental plan, he told me I had 1 more cavity than my last visit, but there were 7 in total and it would take a few visits to take care of this. When I expressed confusion about this contradiction, he seemed annoyed and told me I just had bad teeth, as he was walking away. The hygienist was almost apologetic and made a joke that I just have groovy teeth. Despite Dr. Schmidts haste and poor communication, the office staff and both hygienists I saw were extremely nice and went out of their way to help me. Its unclear to me if Dr. Schmidt accidentally miscommunicated with me or if he was just trying to get more money out of me since he knew I wouldnt be a long-term patient (I am a graduating student). Regardless, I dont feel comfortable going back to this office.Follow-up: Second opinion at the dental school (rigorously examined by multiple people) found zero cavities. One previous filling needed repair, thats all. The Senior Dentist said that some spots that looked suspicious on the X-Ray were easily identified as unusual anatomy when he actually looked in my mouth. So glad I didnt get 7 unnecessary fillings...

Incredible experience. Ive been going to them for about a year now and am so glad I chose to get all my work done there. I got the 6 Month Smile program for braces. The told me it would probably take 8-9 months just because I had a lot of issues going on with spacing and such. I am so happy with the result! I still get compliments on my smile all the time and I used to be extremely self-conscious about it. The staff was always extremely friendly and helpful. Any time I had any sort of problem, they were more than happy to help with it. Overall, 5/5, would recommend.

Dr.Schmidt and his associates are first class. They do a wonderful job, are personable, friendly and professional. Our entire family goes to see Dr. Kevin. Even our young one has been accommodated by his skill and friendly folks there at his office. We have seen many dentists in Ann Arbor, and no one compares to Dr. Kevin.

I truly wish I could give them zero Stars. I saw them they did done till work and well they did done all work they caused more dental work to have to be done by scraping too hard and cracking neighboring teeth that had nothing wrong with them. Moreover the dentist had the nerve to tell me that the reason my teeth were bad was because I didnt brush them and he could tell I didnt brush them because of how bad they were and refuse to believe that the reason my teeth were bad was because the fact that Ive been punched in the face more times than I can count and so I had stress fractures in my teeth from getting hit in the face. But he told me there was no way it was from that it was because I was lazy and didnt brush my teeth. And then he wonders why I wont pay them I will never pay anyone who tells me I dont brush my teeth when I brush my teeth 3 times a day have every day since I was 4 years old...... to go here you might as well go to the health department at the same freaking bedside manner. But what do you expect were all just goyim

Dr. Schmidt is the best dentist I have ever been to!! He is passionate about it, and you can tell. He is warm, caring, and very competent. Sadly, we moved out of state and I miss him and his amazing staff so much!! The office is state of the art, and I felt very well taken care of. They made me a bite splint, which I dont know how I lived without. I also had some bonding replaced, and Dr. Schmidt did a beautiful, artful job. I also had a same day crown made, which was super easy and painless. The best dentist and staff ever!!! Miss you guys!!! :)

Im 20 years old, and out of all of my years at the dentist Dr.Schmidt has made my appointments easy sailing! From the general cleaning, to fillings. Numbing process went great! Did not feel a thing.. great dentist all around. Knows what hes talking about! Great, Great,Great! Ive even recommended a few co-workers! Hes worth it. I also commend the dental assistants, the secretaries.. everyone in that establishment is wonderful!

Went to Dr. Schmidts office for a cleaning and to see about my wisdom teeth that were starting to come in. He and his staff are extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. They took care of all of the paper work with my insurance and sent me the necessary documents needed for a referral to an oral surgeon and additional documentation for my health FSA. I have referred my co-workers to Dr. Schmidts office without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone in Ann Arbor looking for a great dentist!

Im a new customer and only visited Dr. Schmidts practice twice (once for cleaning, the other for filling). He seemed to be an honest person and experienced in what hes doing. Will use again.

Appointments always start on time, cleanings are fast and done very well. Dr. Schmidt and his staff take time to get to know their patients - a great local dentists office in the community.

I am not a huge fan of the dentist, but when I come to Dr. Schmidts office I feel relaxed and comfortable.The staff is knowledgeable and sincere.

This visit was for a general cleaning, etc. and was fine. Previously I had a wisdom tooth extracted (in Feb.) and I was in fear of this procedure bec. I have never had a tooth pulled. It was flawlessly, no pain and bascially no pain or problems afterward either. I was greatly relieved.Staff at this office is very professional and personable too.

Excellent dental care with no gimmicks.
