Heather N. has been cleaning my teeth for years and she is awesome. Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Flannigan and Michelle and they were equally awesome. Very caring and explained everything they we’re doing. Although it was a long appointment they made it go smoothly. I would definitely refer anyone looking for a new dentist to these people.

When I was calling to schedule the appointment I let the person know my 6 year old daughter has autism and we weren’t sure how she would do. The scheduler assured me we could try an appointment and see how it went. I could not have been happier today. My daughter came to watch my appointment followed by her own. Our dental hygienist (Sarah) took her time including my daughter in every thing she did. She allowed my daughter to move the chair up and down, explained what she was doing, and even didn’t mind when her head was as close to my mouth as the dental hygienist. I was so moved that someone would take that sort of time and care to help a young child have a positive experience. For the first time in her life my daughter had a dentist appointment without screaming or being held down. Sarah talked her through the whole appointment and we ended up with lots of great videos (care of dad) of her getting her teeth cleaned. Many thanks! You have a new family of patients for life.

I don’t have time to leave a LONG 5 star review, but I will say that this Dentist office is FANTASTIC!! I’m new to Ann Arbor and I am SO grateful to have found an excellent Dentist!!!

I could go on for hours about how amazing laurich Dentistry is, less than a year ago I had dental problems and I avoided going in for so long that it made me scared to go in because it had gotten so bad. My dentist through my insurance told me I needed Oral Surgery because my tooth was impacted she said and they refused to pull it there. They also referred me to a root canal specialist for my root canal because they couldnt do it there. So I immediately began to look for the best dentist in Michigan and by the grace of God I came across this amazing Dentistry and today my wisdom tooth out and Im almost healed up and I got a root canal and a cap and a crown and it was literally the best experience I could have ever dreamed of. Thank you so much to everybody there you guys are awesome, to anybody whos looking for the best dentist look no further make your appointment today

If you have children, you must see Dr. Klein! She’s absolutely amazing with children! My son had to get fillings done and she explained every part of the process and walked him through everything. I can not get over how wonderful of an experience it was, especially since getting fillings as a child can be traumatic and cause future avoidance as an adult. Peggy, Dr. Klein’s assistant was wonderful and also great with children. The front desk was super nice. I have no complaints whatsoever. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist, especially for children.

Dr. Bailey Kline is knowledgeable, skilled, and takes the time to thoroughly explain treatment options. I had a lot of anxiety about getting my crown—but she helped me feel calm throughout the procedure.Assistants Heather and Peggy work gently and expertly. Billing is upfront and seamless with my insurance; no hidden costs. Wonderful experience!

Dr. Bailey was very skilled, efficient, thoughtful and well versed in the latest techniques. My experience was awesome.

I was quoted a price for 2 crowns in Oct, then after having the procedure done in Feb, I was told AFTER the procedure was done, that their fees with my insurance company had changed Jan 1st. (Not my deductible) I was charged an extra $600. Had I known prior to the procedure, I could’ve saved money elsewhere.

Very good COVID-19 procedure for arrival, checkin and preparation. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The doctors and hygienists are professional and personable. Great combination!
