Ive been to a few different high profile locations and all of them are in another class of dispensary. Ann Arbor have kind and knowledgeable staff, not to mention the top quality products for really reasonable prices. I have had a very positive experience as a new customer! Victor helped me find exactly what I was looking for after I had found the jackpot on their online menu! I love how convenient their parking spot is but seriously all of the staff have been so helpful and nice. Always super personable and I never feel like Im rushed out, which is pretty much every other place in town. Just one of Ann Arbors best kept secrets apparently! By the way!!! If you want something even cooler, they have a point system I didnt realize but they give you points for the money you spend. I havent seen anywhere do that in a while. Just awesome! Check them out. Seriously love this place.

I’d give this place another star only if they had more of a concentration selection. I love the products. The flower is great and most strains they carry are top shelf. Definitely not the place to go if you’re a penny pincher when buying bud or wax.Something I’d like to see High Profile improve on is having different types of concentrates out, I.E. live resin, badder, shatter, crumble, terp sugar, and sauce. I know we can’t have it all but a little bit more selection from the amazing people making this stuff would be much appreciated. 🤘🏻

Super friendly, great selection, parking can be a challenge the first time you go, but that is true when that close to the campus. They really take time to find the right product for you.

BAD EXPERIENCE. Called ahead to make sure I would have enough to get what I wanted. They do not do prices over the phone but told me they had what I wanted for under 40 dollars plus a ten percent discount because I have a med card. I walk two miles and once I get there I could not afford what I wanted it was 50 dollars with no discount based on med cards. I expressed my frustration and one woman was very nice but everyone else kind of shrugged it off. It is hard for me to get places so I like to make sure what I need is there before I make the journey. They did not offer a discount for the mistake or an alternative with the amount of money I had. This was my first and last experience at this dispensary. Try arborside if you want a better experience.

They have easy online ordering and curbside pickup as well as some of the best products in town. Not to mention short wait times. Staff is very helpful and friendly, the prices are very fair for the area (you can find some bud a bit cheaper here usually), products always taste fresh, you never have to wait long, and if needed they have delivery for only $5. It has quickly become my go-to place downtown

I was excited to give this new Recreational dispensary a try as they just opened. The customer service was fantastic, super knowledgeable and friendly bud-tenders. They were telling me that they just started receiving their own Michigan grown product, their head grower has won several cannabis cups and it really shows! The flower they had was unreal. I especially like the Do Si Dos and Frozen Dessert! Wow.. This is my new go to spot for sure.

Being a regular medical patient at this dispensary, I am so disappointed and sad to be leaving a 1 star review. I have been buying from High Profile Ann Arbor since I moved to Ann Arbor, and even before I became a medical patient. They have always had the best customer service but unfortunately within the past year that has all changed. I have been a medical patient for several months now, and only seek out high-testing THC product as this is what best suits my medical needs. On the medical menu on their website, they had low-testing THC/high-testing CBD flower called Shark Bite listed under their high-testing THC flower products without any indication that this was in fact CBD flower. I purchased 14 grams of this CBD flower Shark Bite unknowingly, and another 14 grams of high-testing cloud cover queso perro. After receiving my order and being back at home, I realized that Shark Bite was CBD flower and not high-testing THC flower, which I have only ever purchased from them for over a full year. I called them and asked if I could bring this back and exchange it for what I medically came there to purchase, and keep in mind I had not broken the seal on the packaging or opened it at all. They told me that this was not their fault, that it was my fault for not checking the recreational menu where the product description for Shark Bite was located (product info was missing from the medical menu and being a medical patient why would I ever even look at the recreational menu), they told me it was my fault for not calling and asking more about the product (even though they had placed CBD flower under High-testing thc flower on their website), and that there was nothing they could do for me except give me 10% off my next visit. I wasted $175 on product that was incorrectly labeled and Incorrectly placed on their website, and being a consistent medical patient who only buys high-testing thc products due to medical reasons, which they can see in my transaction history for the last year, there was nothing they were willing to do for me except Yell at me on the phone and tell me it was all my fault. Please do not go here if you are a medical patient. This is not the first time they have messed up my order. I recommend arborside compassion more than any place out there. Your experience there will actually be enjoyable and you will not only feel valued as a medical patient, but as a person.

What a dang day, you guys. It was super surreal today to see High Profile in action today and meet some of the incredible staff dedicated to offering only the absolute, very best cannabis out there. I came home and did a taste test of the Sour Tangie from Cloud Cover Cannabis and it got me feeling things—physically and emotionally.This is #art, you guys. I’m telling you,the hype is very real.Smoking weed of this caliber Made think about how much change cannabis has seen in the last 5, 10, 15 years. From my first experience trying some dirt, $60-1/8th brick weed in a pole barn with my friends as a teenager; getting put in handcuffs for having a joint in college; to more recently legalizing recreational use in Michigan, it’s been quite a trip. Getting to meet and talk to so many of the fantastic people in the Michigan cannabis community was really great. As Cloud Cover says, we do it “for the of flower”.You can trust this place to give your the best experience in cannabis.
